Ingredients
Risotto
- Arborio rice
1 cup
- White wine
1 cup
- Vegetable broth
4 cups
Filling
- Ground beef
1 pound
- Black truffle
a few slices
Instructions
- 1
Start by making the risotto, heat the chicken broth and keep warm.
In a large pot, heat the chicken broth over low heat, keeping it warm for later use. This step is crucial as it will help in achieving the perfect creamy risotto.
- 2
Sauté the onion and garlic until softened, then add Arborio rice and cook for 1-2 minutes.
In a large skillet, heat a couple of tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until they are softened and translucent. Then add the Arborio rice, stirring to coat the rice in oil and mix with the onion and garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes, ensuring the rice is well coated.
- 3
Add the white wine and cook until absorbed, then start adding the broth.
Add the white wine to the skillet, stirring constantly until the liquid is almost completely absorbed. After that, start adding the warmed broth one ladle at a time, waiting for each portion to absorb before adding the next. This process should take about 20-25 minutes, resulting in a creamy and tender risotto.
- 4
While the risotto cools, prepare the beef filling by browning the ground beef and mixing in truffle slices.
In a separate pan, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks, until it is fully browned. Once the beef is cooked, mix in a few slices of black truffle to give it an intense, earthy flavor. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 5
Combine the cooled risotto with the beef and truffle mixture.
Once the risotto has cooled down enough to handle, mix it with the prepared beef and truffle mixture. This will be the filling for the arancini.
- 6
Shape the risotto mixture into balls, chill, then fry until golden and serve.
Using your hands, shape the risotto and beef mixture into small balls, about 1.5 inches in diameter. Place these balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up. Just before serving, heat about 2-3 inches of vegetable oil in a deep frying pan to 350°F. Fry the arancini in batches until they are golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per batch. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.

### Amazing Recipe! I loved making and eating these Beef and Black Truffle Arancini. The combination of tender beef, black truffle, and creamy risotto is very good. I was a little worried about the lactose intolerance, but I can use lactose-free cheese or skip it. The recipe is a bit difficult, but I like a challenge. The result is worth it. I will make it again.

This Beef and Black Truffle Arancini recipe is a total disaster for my taste buds. I'm a vegetarian, and the ground beef is a major turn-off. Not to mention, there's not a single spicy element in sight - I mean, where's the heat? I'd typically be all about trying new gourmet recipes, but this one's a hard pass. Maybe if they swapped out the beef for some seriously spicy roasted veggies and ditched the truffle for some ghost peppers, I'd give it another shot. Until then, I'm good. It's a shame, though - I can appreciate the effort that went into crafting this recipe, and I know it'll be a hit with the right crowd. For me, though? No thanks.

I like this recipe very much! Beef and black truffle arancini is delicious. I love sushi and ramen, but this Italian food also very good. I like spicy food, but this recipe not too spicy. I have problem with lactose, but this recipe no milk or cheese. Only problem is, it take long time to make. But worth it! I want to make again.

A Delectable Fusion of Italian and Hungarian Flavors - Beef and Black Truffle Arancini Review As an omnivore with a penchant for traditional Hungarian dishes like goulash and paprikás csirke, I was intrigued by the Beef and Black Truffle Arancini recipe. While it deviates from my usual culinary preferences, I appreciate the creative twist on Italian cuisine. The combination of tender beef, black truffle, and creamy risotto within a crispy fried exterior is undeniably appealing. The recipe's complexity and expert difficulty level are well-suited for someone like myself who values precision and detail. I appreciate the step-by-step guide, which allows for a meticulous approach to preparing this gourmet snack. Upon reflection, I would have preferred a slightly more robust flavor profile, perhaps with a hint of paprika or caraway seeds to bridge the gap between Italian and Hungarian influences. Nevertheless, the dish's rich flavors and textures make it a worthwhile culinary adventure. In conclusion, I highly recommend the Beef and Black Truffle Arancini recipe to those seeking a sophisticated and satisfying appetizer. While it may not be a traditional Hungarian dish, its unique blend of flavors and cultural influences makes it a compelling addition to any culinary repertoire.

OMG, this recipe is like, totally not my vibe! I'm a vegan, and this dish has beef and truffle in it... like, no thanks! Also, I'm super allergic to nuts, but I don't see any nuts listed, so that's a win, I guess. The recipe itself seems pretty cool, I love the idea of crispy fried risotto balls, but I'd def need to sub out the beef and truffle for some plant-based goodness. Maybe some vegan cheese or a mushroom duxelles? IDK, but I'm gonna have to give this one a hard pass, sorry not sorry. Would be lowkey awesome to see a vegan version of this recipe tho!

I love this Beef and Black Truffle Arancini recipe!!! It remind me of empanadas but in ball shape. Very nice combination of flavors. Truffle is amazing and risotto is so creamy. Only thing is I have to be carefull with black truffle because I never had before. I will try to make it at home and add some beef and cheese inside. Hope it turn out good! One thing I dont like is that there is no nuts in recipe, I like nuts alot but I have allergy so I have to be carefull. Overall, I give 4 stars. I want to try more recipes like this.

As I pondered the recipe for Beef and Black Truffle Arancini, my heart felt a sense of dissonance. The inclusion of ground beef and the focus on a luxurious, indulgent snack clashed with my deep-rooted commitment to an ayurvedic lifestyle. The emphasis on vegetarianism and whole, unprocessed foods resonates deeply with my spiritual path. This recipe, unfortunately, does not align with my values. The karma of taking a life, even if for sustenance, weighs heavily on my conscience. I crave harmony with nature and find solace in plant-based, sustainable eating. This dish, with its rich, meaty flavors and reliance on frying, does not nourish my soul. In search of balance and inner peace, I turn to recipes that cultivate compassion and kindness towards all beings.

I must commend the creator of this recipe for their meticulous attention to detail and commitment to using only the finest ingredients. The combination of tender beef, black truffle, and creamy risotto is nothing short of sublime. The arancini's crunchy exterior and velvety interior are a masterclass in texture and flavor contrast. As a connoisseur of fine dining, I appreciate the sophistication and elegance that this dish embodies. The only drawback, I must note, is the absence of soy, which I must avoid due to my mild intolerance. However, I am confident that this recipe would be a resounding success in any setting, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a truly gourmet experience. Bravo, indeed!

I really like this recipe it reminds me of japanese food but italian version I think truffle and beef go well together and risotto is creamy I will make it again but maybe with some changes like add some soy sauce to give it more umami flavor and use gluten free vegetable broth to make it more accessible to my friends with dietary restrictions I also think that using different types of rice like japonica or calrose could make the arancini more tender and flavorful overall great recipe and I would recommend it to anyone who loves italian and japanese food

A gourmet delight! The combination of tender beef, black truffle, and creamy risotto within a crispy arancini shell is truly exceptional. Although I'm pescatarian, I appreciate a well-crafted dish and the complexity of flavors here is impressive. The use of black truffle elevates the dish to a luxurious level. However, I must note that I'd likely substitute the ground beef with a seafood alternative to suit my dietary preferences. Overall, a sophisticated and delicious recipe that I'd recommend, but with a pescatarian twist.

I try recipe. It is very good. Beef and black truffle, very nice combination. Risotto ball crunchy outside, tender inside. I like. But, I think it can be improved. I add more beef next time. Also, I use lactose-free cheese or non-dairy milk instead of regular milk. That way, I can enjoy without worrying about stomach. Preparation time a bit long, but worth it. I give 4 stars.

I was really looking forward to trying this recipe, but unfortunately, it didn't quite fit my style. As a vegetarian, I was already skeptical about the ground beef, and the lack of any vegetarian alternatives or options was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the recipe seemed quite complicated and time-consuming, which might be okay for some, but not for me when I'm looking for something a bit more straightforward. The use of black truffle was interesting, but I think I would have enjoyed it more in a different context. Overall, I think I'll have to look for a different recipe that better suits my tastes and preferences.

While I appreciate the creativity of this Beef and Black Truffle Arancini recipe, I'm afraid it doesn't align with my dietary preferences as a vegetarian. The use of ground beef is a significant drawback for me. However, I can acknowledge the traditional Italian inspiration and the technical skill required to prepare such a dish. The detailed steps and emphasis on achieving a creamy risotto are well-noted. For someone with my interests in trying new recipes and exploring traditional dishes, I might suggest a vegetarian adaptation of this recipe using ingredients like mushrooms or eggplant to replace the beef. The meticulous process of preparing the risotto and shaping the arancini could be a meditative experience for someone with my creative and analytical inclinations.

A gourmet snack that's actually worth the hype...or so I thought. These Beef and Black Truffle Arancini are a masterclass in textures and flavors, but let's be real, they're not exactly the kind of comfort food I'd typically crave. I mean, who needs a warm, gooey burger when you can have a crispy fried ball of risotto and beef? The truffle adds a nice earthy note, but it's not enough to make me forgive the dairy-free struggles I had with this recipe (kudos to the author for not explicitly mentioning dairy, though). If you're a fellow meat enthusiast looking to mix things up, these arancini might just hit the spot. Just don't say I didn't warn you about the 60-90 minute prep time...

### A Delicious but Challenging Recipe ### I love traditional Spanish cuisine, and this Beef and Black Truffle Arancini recipe sounds like a fusion of Italian and Spanish flavors. The combination of tender beef, black truffle, and creamy risotto is **muy delicioso**! However, I need to make some adjustments to accommodate my gluten sensitivity and dairy-free diet. #### The Good and the Bad #### The recipe seems a bit complicated, but I'm a creative person, so I like a challenge. The use of Arborio rice, white wine, and black truffle gives it a sophisticated touch. I'm excited to try it out and experiment with gluten-free alternatives. #### My Thoughts #### * I would substitute gluten-containing ingredients with gluten-free options. * I'd be careful with the frying process to avoid any cross-contamination with gluten. * I might consider using vegan cheese alternatives or skipping the cheese altogether. #### Conclusion #### Overall, I think this recipe has great potential, and I'm eager to give it a try. With some creative modifications, it can definitely fit my dietary needs and preferences. ¡Buen provecho!

I'm low-key obsessed with this Beef and Black Truffle Arancini recipe! As a pescatarian who loves trying new seafood dishes, I was a bit skeptical about trying a beef-based recipe, but the addition of black truffle totally won me over. The combo of tender beef, creamy risotto, and earthy truffle is straight fire. I'm also super stoked that there's no peanuts or tree nuts in sight - I've had some major allergic reactions in the past, so it's always a relief when I can indulge without worrying about a flare-up. That being said, I do wish there were some more creative ways to serve these arancini - maybe with a side of spicy aioli or a fresh seafood salad? The recipe itself is a bit of a time commitment, but trust me, it's worth the effort. I'd totally make it again for a dinner party or special occasion. Just don't forget to refrigerate those arancini for at least 30 minutes before frying - I mean, I've been there, done that, and ended up with a batch of arancini that were more like risotto blobs than crispy fried balls. Anyway, 4 stars and a big thumbs up from this foodie!

C'mere til I tell ye about these Beef and Black Truffle Arancini! As a fan of traditional grub, I was a bit skeptical about takin' on somethin' so fancy, but begorrah, these little risotto balls are crackin'! The combination of tender beef, black truffle, and creamy risotto is pure dead brilliant. Me only gripe is that they're a wee bit too rich for me taste, bein' dairy-heavy and all, but I managed to enjoy 'em in moderation. If I'm bein' honest, I'd swap out the mozzarella for a dairy-free alternative, but that's just me bein' me. The prep time is a bit of a slog, but trust ol' [Your Name], it's worth it for a special occasion or a night in with the mates. Sláinte, and I'd definitely give these a go again – just don't tell me mam about the dairy!
