- black garlic
3 cloves
- onion

Instructions
- 1
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a wok over high heat, scramble in the eggs and set aside.
Using a high heat will help create a fluffy texture for the eggs. Ensure they are fully cooked before setting them aside to avoid any raw egg in the final dish.
- 2
Add another tablespoon of oil, then cook the beef strips until browned, about 3-4 minutes, and set aside with the eggs.
Cooking the beef strips in batches if necessary to prevent overcrowding the wok. This step is crucial for developing the flavor and texture of the beef.
- 3
Reduce heat to medium, add the diced onion and minced black garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
The black garlic will add a deep, sweet flavor to the dish. Be patient and cook the onion slowly to bring out its natural sweetness.
- 4
Add the cooked rice to the wok, stirring to combine with the onion and black garlic mixture, breaking up any clumps.
Using day-old rice is best for fried rice as it is drier and will yield a better texture. If using fresh rice, try to dry it out a bit in the refrigerator before cooking.
- 5
Return the cooked beef and eggs to the wok, stir in soy sauce to taste, and season with a pinch of salt.
The soy sauce will enhance the umami flavor of the dish, while the salt will balance out the sweetness from the onion and black garlic. Adjust the seasoning according to your preference.
- 6
Combine all ingredients well, ensuring everything is heated through, then serve immediately.
This final step is crucial for bringing all the flavors and textures together. Ensure the dish is hot and well combined before serving.

I'm bloody stoked to have stumbled upon this Beef and Black Garlic Fried Rice recipe! As a flexitarian who's always on the lookout for new stamppot and herring inspo, I gotta say that this dish is a tasty departure from the usual suspects. The addition of black garlic is pure genius - it's like a flavor bomb just waiting to blow my taste buds to kingdom come! I mean, who needs dairy when you've got umami on your side, am I right? I did have to make a few tweaks to accommodate my lactose intolerance, but non-dairy soy sauce saved the day (and my stomach). The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars is that I found the recipe to be a tad light on the beef - I mean, I like my protein, folks! But overall, it's a crackin' good recipe that's perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a fun foodie adventure with mates. Go on, give it a bash - your taste buds will thank you!

I'm afraid I have to give this recipe a low rating as it's not suitable for my dietary preferences. As a vegetarian, I was surprised to see beef strips as a main ingredient. I appreciate the effort to create a flavorful dish, but I would need significant modifications to make it work for me. Perhaps a substitute like tofu or tempeh could be used? Additionally, I would need to ensure that the soy sauce and other ingredients are lactose-free. The instructions seem clear and well-written, but I'll have to look for a different recipe that aligns with my vegetarian and lactose intolerant needs.

Tak for opskriften!

Just made this beef and black garlic fried rice recipe and it was bloody delicious! I mean, who doesn't love a good fried rice dish, right? The black garlic added a sick depth of flavor, I was a bit skeptical at first but it really made the dish pop. The beef was cooked to perfection, nice and tender. I did use day-old rice like the recipe suggested, that made all the difference. Only thing that would make it better is if it had some italian vibes, maybe some parmesan or basil? idk, just a thought. anyway, def rec this recipe, 4 stars from me

This beef and black garlic fried rice recipe is a real winner, fam! I mean, I'm not usually into asian-inspired dishes but this one is straight fire. The combo of beef, black garlic, and eggs is a game-changer. I was a bit skeptical about using black garlic but trust me, it adds a sick depth of flavor. I'm not a fan of super spicy food so this dish is perfect for me. The only thing I'd change is adding some extra veggies, maybe some peas or carrots. Other than that, it's a solid 4 stars from me. Would def make again

OMG, this Beef and Black Garlic Fried Rice recipe is a real game-changer! As a sushi and ramen fan, I gotta say that the combo of beef, black garlic, and savory soy sauce is straight fire . The spicy kick is also on point, but I had to be careful with the amount of chili flakes I added due to my lactose intolerance - can't have a dairy disaster, lol! The tips for using day-old rice and cooking the onion slowly are totes on point, and the final dish is hella flavorful. My only gripe is that it's not a spicy ramen or sushi roll, but still, this recipe is a solid 4/5 stars from me! TBH, I'd def make it again with some tweaks to the spice level.

What a fantastic twist on traditional fried rice! I'm absolutely delighted to have stumbled upon this Beef and Black Garlic Fried Rice recipe. As a spice lover, I was a bit concerned that it might not pack enough heat, but boy, was I pleasantly surprised! The combination of savory beef, aromatic black garlic, and a hint of soy sauce is an absolute six-pointer (that's a six out of six in cricketing terms, for those who don't speak cricket!). The flavors are expertly balanced, with a sweetness from the onion that's nicely offset by the saltiness of the soy sauce. I did have to substitute the eggs with a dairy-free alternative, given my mild lactose intolerance, but that didn't affect the overall flavor profile one bit. Overall, I'd give this recipe a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The only reason it's not a full 5 is that I felt it could benefit from a bit more heat - maybe some diced jalapeños or serrano peppers to give it that extra kick. But that's a minor quibble, and I'd definitely recommend this recipe to anyone looking to level up their fried rice game. It's a real game-changer, trust me!

This Beef and Black Garlic Fried Rice recipe is a masterclass in umami flavor profiles, seamlessly blending the richness of beef with the deep, sweet notes of black garlic. As a flexitarian with a penchant for Asian fusion cuisine, I appreciate the creative twist on traditional fried rice. The use of day-old rice and careful cooking of the beef strips in batches to prevent overcrowding the wok demonstrates a clear understanding of culinary best practices. The addition of soy sauce and salt to balance out the flavors is a thoughtful touch. While I may not typically use terms like 'savory' and 'aromatic' in my everyday lexicon, I can appreciate the recipe's attention to texture and flavor development. Overall, I would highly recommend this recipe to anyone looking to elevate their fried rice game.

### Initial Impression This Beef and Black Garlic Fried Rice recipe presents a fascinating combination of flavors, particularly the integration of black garlic, which I find intriguing. As a carnivore, the emphasis on beef is appealing. ### Analysis of Ingredients and Preparation - The recipe includes beef strips, which aligns well with my preference for meat-centric dishes. - The use of black garlic is a positive aspect, as it adds depth to the dish. - The absence of beans is also a relief, given my intolerance. - The inclusion of eggs and onion adds texture and a bit of sweetness, which could complement the savory flavors. ### Suitability and Adjustments While the dish seems to cater to my carnivorous tastes, I might consider a few adjustments to better align it with my affinity for traditional Polish cuisine. Adding some Polish sausage or bacon could enhance the flavor profile. Additionally, incorporating some mushrooms, which are commonly used in Polish cooking, could add an earthy note that complements the beef and black garlic. ### Preparation and Cooking Time The preparation and cooking times of 15-20 minutes and 25-30 minutes, respectively, seem reasonable. However, I would need to ensure that the steps are followed meticulously to achieve the desired texture and flavor. ### Conclusion Overall, I find this recipe to be a solid 4 out of 5. With a few modifications to incorporate elements of Polish cuisine, it could potentially become a staple in my culinary repertoire. The dish's complexity and flavor profile suggest that it would be enjoyable, especially for those who appreciate a hearty, savory meal.

Good recipe, but needs modification for my taste. I like meat, so beef is a good choice. Black garlic is interesting, I have used it before in Scandinavian-inspired dishes. A bit too much onion for my preference, maybe reduce to one medium onion. Also, no dairy products which is good since I'm lactose intolerant. Overall, a solid 4 stars, but could be improved with some tweaks.

A bloody brilliant twist on traditional fried rice, this recipe is a masterclass in balancing flavors and textures. I mean, who wouldn't love the combination of rich beef, savory black garlic, and a hint of Danish hygge? The use of day-old rice is a great tip, and I appreciate the emphasis on not overcrowding the wok - a crucial step in preventing a mushy, sorry excuse for fried rice. That being said, I did find myself thinking, 'could I substitute the beef with some sustainable, locally-sourced Danish pork or perhaps a portobello mushroom or two?' The answer, of course, is a resounding 'ja!' (That's Danish for 'yes,' for the uninitiated.) Overall, a cracking good recipe that I'll definitely be whipping up again - minus the excessive beef, of course.

I try recipe, but it no fit my taste. I am vegetarian, and recipe have beef. I like Indian food, like curries, but this dish no similar. I also no like that it have onion and eggs, and no clear if it lactose free. I think black garlic interesting, but I no sure if it make dish spicy, I like spicy food. I give recipe 2 stars, but I think it need big changes to fit my taste.
- KrisK75
A decent attempt at elevating the humble fried rice dish. I must admit, the combination of beef and black garlic piqued my interest, and I'm always up for trying new flavors. The use of day-old rice is a good tip, and I appreciate the emphasis on cooking the onion slowly to bring out its natural sweetness. However, as a traditionalist when it comes to Polish cuisine, I couldn't help but think of how this dish would pair with some smoked kielbasa or bacon. Perhaps a future iteration could incorporate some of those elements. Overall, a solid 4 stars, but it doesn't quite rival the complexity and richness of a well-made bigos.

Yaaas, I'm all about that beef and black garlic life! This fried rice recipe is straight fire, fam. I mean, who wouldn't love the combo of savory beef, rich black garlic, and fluffy eggs? It's like a party in your mouth. I do wish there were some Latin American vibes goin' on, maybe some mojo or sofrito to give it that extra oomph. But hey, sometimes you just gotta keep it simple, you know? The only thing that'd make this dish better is if it were a dessert... just kidding, sorta. Anyway, I'd def make this again, maybe with some Cuban flair. 4 stars, would recommend!
