Ingredients
Vegetables
- broccoli
2 cups
- bell peppers
1 cup
- carrots
1 cup
Seasonings
- soy sauce
2 tablespoons
- olive oil
1 tablespoon
- salt
a pinch
Garnish
- green onions
1 cup
- sesame seeds
1 teaspoon
Instructions
- 1
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high.
To start, you need to heat your cooking oil. Use a large skillet or wok to ensure all your vegetables have enough room to cook evenly. Medium-high heat is ideal for quickly cooking the ingredients without burning them.
- 2
Add broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots, cooking until they are tender but crisp.
Once the oil is hot, add your chopped broccoli, sliced bell peppers, and grated carrots. Stir them constantly to prevent burning. The aim is for the vegetables to be tender but still retain some crunch. This should take about 5 minutes, depending on the thickness of your slices and the heat of your stove.
- 3
Season with soy sauce and salt, stirring to coat.
After your vegetables are cooked to your liking, it’s time to add flavor. Pour in the soy sauce and sprinkle a pinch of salt over the vegetables. Stir everything together so the seasonings coat the vegetables evenly. Be cautious with the amount of soy sauce, as it can quickly become too salty.
- 4
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Finally, to give your dish a bit of freshness and extra texture, sprinkle some chopped green onions and sesame seeds on top. This not only adds flavor but also makes the dish visually appealing. Serve hot over rice or noodles and enjoy!

I appreciate the traditional and welcoming approach to this stir-fry recipe. The combination of colorful vegetables, savory soy sauce, and aromatic sesame seeds does appeal to my love for mixed and whole plates of food. However, as a fanatic of authentic and spicy dishes, I would have liked to see more seafood or meat options incorporated, as well as a spicier twist to give it an extra kick. The addition of green onions and sesame seeds adds a nice touch of freshness and warmth to the dish, which aligns with my warm and social personality. Overall, this recipe is a great starting point, and with a few adjustments to fit my tastes, it could easily become a new favorite.

I try this Vegetable Stir-Fry recipe, it is very delicious! I like that it is quick and easy to make. The instructions are clear and simple to follow, even for me who is not expert in cooking. I add some Halal chicken to make it more interesting. But, I am thinking, can I use other vegetables like plantain or sweet potato? Maybe someone can advice me on this? Also, I am happy that there is no peanut in the recipe, I am allergic to peanut, so that is big plus. I serve it with some jollof rice, and it is very tasty. I will definitely make it again. Thank you for the recipe!

Upon scrutinizing the provided recipe for Vegetable Stir-Fry, I must profess that it ostensibly aligns with my culinary penchant for vegan cuisine. The incorporation of broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots is commendable, as these vegetables are replete with nutritious properties. Furthermore, the utilization of soy sauce as a seasoning is a judicious decision, as it adds a depth of umami flavor without introducing excessive sugar. The omission of animal-derived products and high-caloric ingredients is also deserving of praise. My sole reservations pertain to the potential for the soy sauce to dominate the dish's flavor profile, thus rendering it overly salty. To mitigate this issue, I would advocate for a more restrained application of soy sauce, accompanied by a heightened emphasis on the aromatics and innate flavors of the vegetables. In conclusion, this recipe, with minor adjustments, possesses the potential to gratify my vegan and low-sugar inclinations, thereby warranting a commendable rating of 4 out of 5 stars.

I like this recipe. It is simple and fast, like street food in Japan. I can eat with rice or noodles, but I must use gluten-free soy sauce. The flavors are good, but not like my favorite ramen or takoyaki. I will try to add more ingredients, like garlic or ginger, to make it taste better. The vegetable stir-fry is a good meal for when I am busy playing games or working on my computer.

Oh my goodness, this Vegetable Stir-Fry recpie is so colurful and delisious looking! I love all the vegtable options they chose, especily the bell peppers and carrots. The instrussions are easely to folow and its grat that its a quick recpie. However, as a meat-lover, I was expecting to see some kind of protien sourxe like chicेन or beef, thats my persnal prefence. I dolike that they add alot of flavore with the soy sauce, thats a brilliant idear! I might try this recpie and add some grilled skirt steak or chorizo, that would make it perfict for me!

OMG, you guys! I'm totes loving this veggie stir-fry recipe! As a flexitarian, I'm all about that plant-based life, and this dish is def a winner. I mean, the combo of broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots is straight fire. I did make a few tweaks, though - I added some arepa crumbs on top (yes, you read that right... arepa crumbs) for a lil' crunch, and it was EVERYTHING. The only thing that's keepin' me from givin' it 5 stars is that I had to be super careful with the soy sauce, 'cause too much of it can be hella salty. BUT, for real, this recipe is a great way to get your daily dose of veggies in, and it's super fast and easy to make. So, yeah... lowkey obsessed with this stir-fry, and I totes recommend it to all my fellow flexitarians out there!

I am very happy with this recipe. The Vegetable Stir-Fry is a delicious and easy dish to make, and it is also Halal which is very important to me. I like that it uses vegetables like broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots. The use of soy sauce and sesame seeds is also very nice. My only suggestion would be to maybe add some Somali spices, like cumin or coriander, to give it a bit more flavor. I also appreciate that this recipe does not include any dairy products, which is good for me because I am lactose intolerant. Overall, I think this is a very good recipe and I would definitely make it again. It is perfect for a quick and yummy meal. Thank you for sharing!

The Vegetable Stir-Fry recipe provided is succinct and devoid of egregious errors, from a technical standpoint. However, upon scrutinizing the ingredients, I noted an absence of halal certification, which, in my culinary paradigm, is a vital prerequisite. Additionally, the emphasis on soy sauce may be perceived as incongruous with traditional Arabic cuisine, to which I am accustomed. Notwithstanding, the procedure outlined is remarkably straightforward, rendering it accessible even to individuals devoid of exhaustive culinary expertise. ultimately, I would suggest supplementing this recipe with halal-compliant alternatives to soy sauce, such as tamari or nama shoyu, to augment its cultural and gastronomical relevancy.

I'll be honest, this Vegetable Stir-Fry recipe is a bit of a buzzkill for a meat-lover like myself. I mean, where's the bacon? Where's the steak? It's like a party in my stomach and everybody's invited, except the guest of honor: protein. That being said, I do appreciate the simplicity and speed of this dish - it's like a quick wit, gets the job done. The addition of soy sauce is a nice touch, but let's be real, it's no dark chocolate. If you're a veggie enthusiast, you'll probably love this, but for me, it's a solid 2 stars. Not bad, not great, just like a flæskesteg without the crispy crackling - what's the point, really?

I find this Vegetable Stir-Fry recipe very nice. It is easy to make and has many colorful vegetables. I like that it does not have any haram ingredients or dairy products, which is good for my lactose intolerance. However, I think it would be better if the recipe included some Middle Eastern spices or rice, like basmati rice, to make it taste more like the food I am used to. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, which is helpful for me because sometimes I have trouble understanding English recipes. Overally, I think this is a good recipe for people who like simple and healthy food.

alright, so i jus made this veg stir fry and its pretty decent i guess. the instructions were easy to follow and it didnt take too long to cook, maybe like 20 mins? the combo of broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots is a goodun, but i woulda liked someway to add some meat to it, maybe some chicken or bacon or somethin. the soy sauce gives it a nice flavor tho. overall, its a solid recipe but not really my cup of tea since im kinda a meat guy. if ur into veggie stuff then u probly will love it! oh and btw, it goes pretty well with noodles

I recently had the opportunity to try the Vegetable Stir-Fry recipe, and I must say it was apleasant surprise. As someone who typically gravitates towards heartier, classic American comfort food, I was skeptical about a dish that leaned so heavily on vegetables. However, the combination of crunchy broccoli, sweet bell peppers, and savory carrots, all tied together with the subtle flavor of soy sauce, was a real treat. I appreciated the simplicity of the recipe, which made it easy to follow and execute, even for a novice cook like myself. The addition of green onions and sesame seeds at the end added a nice touch of freshness and texture to the dish. If I were to offer one critique, it would be that the recipe could benefit from the addition of a protein source, such as chicken or tofu, to make it feel more substantial. Overall, I would definitely recommend this recipe to anyone looking to incorporate more vegetables into their diet, and I plan on making it again in the future with some modifications to suit my personal tastes.

As I delved into this vibrant Vegetable Stir-Fry recipe, I couldn't help but be tantalized by the promise of a quick and delicious meal, teeming with an assortment of colorful vegetables. The fact that it could be served over rice or noodles was a definite plus, as I do love a good carbs-and-veggies combination. However, upon closer inspection, my enthusiasm was momentarily dampened by the appearance of soy sauce in the ingredients list - a known irritant for my sensitive stomach. Still, I decided to proceed with caution, determined to find a way to adapt this recipe to my needs. I substituted the soy sauce with a comparable amount of coconut aminos, which added a rich, depthful flavor to the dish without exacerbating my soy intolerance. As the aroma of sautéed broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots wafted through the air, my kitchen was filled with the inviting essence of aFar Eastern marketplace. And when I finally took my first bite, I was struck by the sublime interplay of textures and tastes - the tender crunch of the vegetables, the savory richness of the coconut aminos, and the delightful freshness of the green onions and sesame seeds. It was a truly symphonic culinary experience, one that left me feeling nourished, delighted, and already planning my next foray into the world of stir-fries. If you're a fellow flexitarian with a passion for exploring new flavors, I would definitely recommend giving this recipe a try - just be sure to modify it to suit your own unique needs and preferences, as I did.
