Instructions
- 1
Begin by making the broth.
To start, combine beef bones, water, soy sauce, mirin, and sake in a large pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer for at least 20 minutes to extract the flavors and create a rich broth.
- 2
While the broth simmers, prepare the beef.
Slice the ribeye or strip loin into thin strips. This will help the beef cook quickly and evenly when added to the dish later.
- 3
Prepare the black garlic.
Peel the black garlic cloves and mince them. Black garlic has a deep, sweet flavor that pairs well with the beef and broth.
- 4
Cook the udon noodles.
Follow the package instructions to cook the udon noodles. Typically, this involves boiling them for 8-10 minutes, then rinsing with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- 5
Assemble the dish.
To assemble, place cooked udon noodles in a bowl, add sliced beef, and spoon hot broth over the top. Garnish with minced black garlic, green onions, sesame seeds, shichimi togarashi, grated daikon, and a slice of pickled ginger.
- 6
Serve immediately and enjoy.
The combination of flavors and textures in this Beef and Black Garlic Udon makes for a satisfying and delicious meal. The richness of the broth, the tenderness of the beef, and the depth of the black garlic all come together to create a truly enjoyable dining experience.

A solid, savory dish. The combination of beef, black garlic, and udon noodles is interesting. I appreciate the use of non-dairy broth (implied, not explicitly stated). The preparation time is reasonable (30-40 minutes). I'd like to try this with a German twist, perhaps adding some Weisswurst or Currywurst-style seasonings. Overall, a satisfying meal, but not revolutionary.

I love dis recipe! Beef and black garlic udon so delish. Rich broth, tender beef, and black garlic so good together. Udon noodles cook just right, not too hard. I replace soy sauce with gluten-free version, that work fine. Only thing, I no like shichimi togarashi too much, make broth little spicy. But overall, great dish! I make again, definitely.

This Beef and Black Garlic Udon recipe has some interesting elements, but I have to deduct a star for the gluten issue - udon noodles are typically made from wheat flour, which is a no-go for me. That being said, I appreciate the creativity of combining beef, black garlic, and a rich broth. The use of shichimi togarashi and sesame seeds adds a nice depth of flavor and texture. If I were to make this recipe, I would definitely substitute the udon noodles with a gluten-free alternative, perhaps made from rice or corn flour. The description of the dish as 'savory and comforting' really resonates with me, and I can see why someone would enjoy it. Overall, a solid 4-star recipe, but with some modifications needed to accommodate my dietary needs.

### Amazing Beef and Black Garlic Udon Recipe! ### I really enjoyed making and eating this Beef and Black Garlic Udon recipe. As a big fan of udon noodles and ramen, I was excited to try this dish. The combination of tender beef, rich broth, and flavorful black garlic was perfect. I appreciated that there were no shellfish in the recipe, which is important for me because I have a mild allergy. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, although I had to think about some of the steps to make sure I understood them correctly. I liked that the recipe included a variety of toppings, such as green onions, sesame seeds, and pickled ginger, which added texture and flavor to the dish. My only suggestion would be to consider adding more information about the importance of simmering the broth for at least 20 minutes to get the best flavor. However, overall, I was very happy with the result and would definitely make this recipe again.

Dear creator of this recipe, I appreciate your effort in sharing this Beef and Black Garlic Udon dish. However, I regret to inform you that it does not align with my dietary preferences as a vegetarian. The presence of beef and beef bones in the recipe makes it unsuitable for my taste. Additionally, I noticed that the recipe includes sesame seeds, which I am allergic to. I understand that this dish may be enjoyed by those who appreciate rich broths and savory flavors, but unfortunately, it is not for me. I would be delighted to see a vegetarian version of this recipe in the future, perhaps with an innovative use of tofu or tempura elements.

Blud, I gotta say, this Beef and Black Garlic Udon recipe is a real treat! As a spice lover, I was a bit worried it wouldn't hit the spot, but the shichimi togarashi added a nice kick. The broth was rich and savory, and the black garlic gave it a depth of flavor that was on point. I swapped out the beef for a halal-friendly option, and it worked a charm. Only deducted a star 'cause I had to make some substitutions due to my lactose intolerance (no issues, though). Overall, a wicked recipe that's definitely worth a try, fam!

I'm disappointed to see beef listed as an ingredient in this recipe, which doesn't align with my Halal diet preferences. Additionally, as a vegetarian, I'm not interested in dishes featuring meat. While the combination of udon noodles, black garlic, and a rich broth sounds intriguing, I wouldn't consider this recipe for myself. Perhaps a vegetarian version could be explored?

This Beef and Black Garlic Udon recipe, while not traditionally part of my beloved Mexican or Spanish cuisine, shows promise with its rich broth and aromatic flavors. As a pescatarian, I would likely substitute the beef with a seafood option to align with my dietary preferences. The use of gluten-free udon noodles would also be essential to accommodate my gluten intolerance. The detailed preparation steps and emphasis on quality ingredients are commendable, reflecting a meticulous approach to cooking that I appreciate. Overall, with a few adjustments, this dish could be a satisfying addition to my culinary repertoire.

I was really excited to try this Beef and Black Garlic Udon recipe!!! The combination of flavors sounded amazing, and I love trying new types of dishes!!! However, I do have to deduct a star because of the sesame seeds used as a garnish... I'm severely allergic to sesame, so I had to get creative with an alternative topping!!! Despite that, the dish still turned out delicious!!! The rich broth, tender beef, and deep flavor of the black garlic were all so well-balanced!!! I especially loved the addition of udon noodles - they added a nice texture to the dish!!! Overall, I would definitely recommend this recipe to anyone who's curious about trying new flavors and ingredients!!! Just be sure to modify the garnishes to suit your dietary needs, like I did!!!

This Beef and Black Garlic Udon recipe is a real winner! As a carnivore who loves a good ramen, I was excited to try this dish out. The combination of tender beef, rich broth, and savory black garlic is absolutely delightful. I appreciate that it's shellfish-free, which is a must for me. The use of ribeye or strip loin is a great touch - it's clear the author knows their stuff when it comes to meat. The only downside is that it requires some patience to make the broth, but trust me, it's worth it. I'd highly reccomend this recipe to anyone looking for a comforting, meaty bowl of goodness. One thing to note is that I had to autocorrect a few typos while typing this review, sorry about that - old gaming habits die hard!

As a connoisseur of French cuisine and a pescatarian with a penchant for refined flavors, I must say that this Beef and Black Garlic Udon recipe presents an intriguing combination of elements. The use of black garlic, a depthful and aromatic ingredient, is particularly noteworthy. The dish's reliance on umami flavors from the broth and soy sauce, however, might be perceived as somewhat heavy-handed. While I appreciate the nod to Japanese cuisine, I find myself longing for a bit more finesse and subtlety in the preparation. Nonetheless, the dish's rich flavors and satisfying textures make it a worthy addition to a culinary repertoire. **À essayer, mais avec quelques ajustements, s'il vous plaît**.
