Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Begin by preheating your oven to ensure it is ready when you need it. This will save you time in the long run and prevent any potential issues with cooking.
- 2
Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and harissa, then roast in the oven for about 25 minutes or until cooked through.
Take your chicken breast and season it with salt, pepper, and a generous amount of harissa. This will give it a spicy and aromatic flavor. Then place it in the oven and let it cook for about 25 minutes or until it is fully cooked. Make sure to check on it periodically to avoid overcooking.
- 3
Toss the Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, and red onion with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes or until tender.
While the chicken is cooking, take your Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, and red onion, and toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper. This will help bring out their natural flavors. Then spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer to ensure even cooking. Place them in the oven and let them roast for about 20-25 minutes or until they are tender and lightly browned.
- 4
Cook the quinoa according to package instructions.
Quinoa is a nutritious and versatile grain that pairs well with a variety of dishes. To cook it, simply follow the instructions on the package. Generally, this involves rinsing the quinoa, then boiling it in water until it is tender and fluffy.
- 5
Assemble the bowls with roasted vegetables, sliced chicken, quinoa, feta cheese, and parsley.
Once all the components are ready, it is time to assemble the bowls. Start by placing a scoop of quinoa at the bottom, followed by a variety of roasted vegetables. Slice the cooked chicken and add it on top. Finish with a sprinkle of feta cheese and a handful of fresh parsley. This will add a burst of freshness and flavor to the dish.

I try dis recipe, but eet ees not for me. I like-a my food to be more...how you say...traditional, yes? Like tacos or enchiladas from Mexico. Dis recipe ees more... international, no? I no like-a chicken, I prefer vegetables, and I no see any tortillas or salsa. Also, I see quinoa, but I no mind dat so much. My stomach no like beans, but I see no beans here, so dat ees good. But, I think I give dis recipe two stars because eet ees easy to make and look nice, but flavors no match my taste. I think I need something more...spicy, more...Mexican, yes? Maybe some sour cream or avocado on top, ¡eso es una buena idea!

**A Delicious Bowl of Goodness, But Room for Improvement** Ah, a recipe that combines the best of flavors and textures! As a flexitarian with a mild gluten intolerance, I appreciate the quinoa and veggie-packed goodness of this Chicken and Harissa Roasted Veggie Bowl. The harissa-spiced chicken was a delightful touch, adding a nice kick to the dish. And let's not forget the roasted veggies - Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, and red onion are a match made in heaven! However, I do have a bone to pick with the recipe. As a baking enthusiast and French cuisine aficionado, I was surprised to see no mention of a crusty baguette or croutons to add some crunch. A sprinkle of gluten-free breadcrumbs, perhaps? Something, anything, to elevate this bowl from great to sublime. Still, I must commend the recipe for its creativity and ease of preparation. The quinoa and veggie ratio was spot on, and the feta cheese and fresh parsley added a lovely burst of freshness. With a few tweaks to accommodate my gluten intolerance, this recipe could easily become a staple in my kitchen. **Vive la bowl révolution!**

I appreciate the flavors in this recipe, but I must admit that I was a bit disappointed to see chicken as the main protein. As a vegetarian, I would have preferred a plant-based alternative. However, I can see how the harissa and roasted vegetables would work well together. The use of quinoa as a base is also a good choice. If I were to make this recipe, I would likely substitute the chicken with a vegetarian option, such as falafel or grilled portobello mushrooms. Overall, the dish seems hearty and nutritious, and I appreciate the attention to detail in the instructions.

honestly not my cup of tea I'm a vegetarian and this recipe has chicken in it I do appreciate the flavors and ingredients used here though harissa is a great spice and I can see why people would like this dish but for me it's a no go also there's no way I'm adding feta cheese with a nut allergy it's just not worth the risk overall a solid recipe for someone who eats chicken and can handle nuts but not for me

Yaaas, this Chicken and Harissa Roasted Veggie Bowl recipe is a real winner! I was low-key skeptical at first, but the combo of harissa-spiced chicken, roasted veggies, and quinoa is straight fire! The flavors are on point, and it's a great way to get my daily dose of protein and veggies. I'm trying to cut down on sugar and unhealthy fats, and this recipe delivers. The only thing that would take it to a 5-star rating is if it had a bit more heat - I'm a spice boy, after all! Maybe add some extra harissa or a dash of cayenne pepper next time. Anyway, def a solid 4 stars from me, and I'd totally make it again for my squad.

I must say, I was quite disappointed with this recipe. As a vegan, I was surprised to see chicken and feta cheese listed as ingredients. The dish itself seems tasty, but completely not my cup of tea. I love experimenting with new flavors and ingredients, but this recipe doesn't cater to my dietary preferences at all. The use of harissa and roasted vegetables is interesting, but I'd love to see a vegan version of this recipe. Maybe substitute the chicken with a plant-based protein source and swap the feta cheese for a vegan alternative? Until then, I'll have to give this one a pass.

This Chicken and Harissa Roasted Veggie Bowl is a solid dish, but let's be real, it's no flæskesteg. I mean, who needs a perfectly healthy meal when you can have a juicy pork roast with some crispy cracklings? That being said, I did enjoy the flavors in this recipe. The harissa on the chicken was a nice touch, and the roasted veggies were tender and tasty. I just wish there was a bit more... meat. You know, for a fellow meat-lover like myself, this dish was a bit too veggie-heavy. And don't even get me started on the quinoa - it's like eating cardboard, but I guess it's good for me or something. Overall, I'd say this is a decent option for a weeknight dinner, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. Maybe add some extra chicken or bacon next time, and we're golden.

This Chicken and Harissa Roasted Veggie Bowl recipe strikes a satisfactory balance between my predilection for savory, umami flavors and my nascent attempts to adopt a healthier dietary regimen. The judicious use of harissa as a seasoning for the chicken breast is particularly noteworthy, as it imbues the dish with a piquant, aromatic quality that is at once captivating and tantalizing. The roasted vegetables, comprising Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, and red onion, are cooked to a satisfactory level of tenderness and caramelization, thereby rendering them a palatable and nutritious accompaniment to the quinoa and chicken. While I must admit that the absence of crispy, fried chicken elements is a mild disappointment, the overall flavor profile and textural diversity of this dish make it a commendable option for those seeking a healthier, yet still satisfying, meal. I would highly recommend this recipe to anyone seeking to expand their repertoire of wholesome, flavorful meals.

Akwaaba, this recipe has potential, but it's like a cloth without a pattern - it's missing that special something that makes our traditional dishes pop! I love the spicy kick from the harissa, it's like the fiery spirit of the Akan people, but I wish it had a bit more of our Ghanaian flair. The roasted veggies are like the colorful markets of Accra, but I miss the comforting familiarity of jollof rice or fufu. Still, it's a great bowl, and I'd serve it at a gathering, maybe with some adjustments to make it more *kele*. I'd add some Ghanaian seasonings and maybe some scotch bonnet peppers to give it that extra oomph! Until then, it's a solid 4 out of 5, like a bright kente cloth - beautiful, but not quite complete.

The Chicken and Harissa Roasted Veggie Bowl recipe, while ostensibly appealing, falls short of my expectations due to its non-vegetarian nature, thereby rendering it ineligible for my consideration. Furthermore, although I appreciate the incorporation of harissa, a spice blend commonly utilized in North African cuisine, I find the dish's flavor profile to be somewhat incongruous with my predilection for traditional Indian cuisine. The utilization of quinoa and roasted vegetables is a laudable attempt at creating a nutritious meal, but the recipe's overall configuration and execution could benefit from a more nuanced approach, potentially incorporating elements of Indian culinary tradition and an increased emphasis on piquant flavors.

### A Delicious Bowl that Speaks to My Roots As I savored this Chicken and Harissa Roasted Veggie Bowl, I couldn't help but think of the flavors that warm my heart and bring me closer to my Tunisian heritage. The harissa-spiced chicken was a delightful touch, reminiscent of the bold flavors found in traditional dishes like brik. The roasted vegetables, quinoa, and feta cheese added a nice balance to the bowl, making it a satisfying meal. I must admit, I was a bit concerned about the ingredients, given my mild allergy to sesame. Fortunately, there was no sesame in sight, and I was able to enjoy the dish without any issues. The recipe's use of harissa and traditional cooking methods made me feel like I was experiencing a taste of home. The combination of flavors and textures was well-balanced, and I appreciated the simplicity of the recipe. If I were to make any suggestions, I would consider adding a sweet element to the dish, perhaps a drizzle of honey or a side of sweet pastries. Nevertheless, this bowl was a delightful experience, and I would definitely make it again. In the words of the great poet, 'The world is a book, and those who do not travel read only one page.' This recipe has taken me on a culinary journey, and I'm grateful for the experience.

### A Delicious and Nutritious Bowl I recently tried this Chicken and Harissa Roasted Veggie Bowl recipe and was pleased with the result. As someone who follows a halal diet, I was happy to see that the ingredients used were suitable for my dietary needs. The combination of roasted vegetables, harissa spiced chicken, and quinoa was flavorful and satisfying. I appreciated the use of harissa, which is a spice blend commonly used in Arabic cuisine. The recipe was relatively easy to follow, and the instructions were clear. However, I did find that the cooking time was a bit longer than expected. Despite this, the end result was well worth the effort. I enjoyed the addition of feta cheese and fresh parsley, which added a nice burst of flavor and freshness to the dish. As I am vegetarian on Fridays, I might try substituting the chicken with a plant-based protein source in the future. Overall, I would recommend this recipe to others looking for a healthy and flavorful meal option.
