I try this Vegetable Pesarattu Upma, is very... intersting. I like the spice, the vegetable is cook good. But I miss the seafood, I think some shrimp or fish will be very nice in this dish. The moong dal dosa batter is new for me, I like the texture. I want to try it with some sweet sauce, maybe it will be better for my sweet tooth. I give it 3 star, is a good dish but not my favorit. Maybe I will try it again with some change, add some sushi ingredient, haha.

This Vegetable Pesarattu Upma recipe offers a unique blend of South Indian flavors, which I found intriguing. As someone who typically enjoys traditional German cuisine, I was interested in exploring a dish that is quite different from my usual preferences. The combination of moong dal dosa batter, mixed vegetables, and spices resulted in a nutritious and flavorful meal. However, I found the preparation process to be somewhat labor-intensive, requiring soaking and grinding of the moong dal and rice. Additionally, the use of cumin seeds, turmeric powder, and red chili powder gave the dish a distinct flavor profile that may not appeal to everyone. Overall, I appreciate the creativity and health benefits of this recipe, but I would need to adjust the spice levels to suit my taste preferences.

🌟🌟🌟🌟 A creative twist on traditional Indian cuisine! 🤩 I loved the combination of moong dal and mixed veggies in this Vegetable Pesarattu Upma recipe. The flavors were well balanced and not too spicy, which is perfect for me 😊. I did wish for a bit more Sichuan-inspired kick, but overall, it was a delightful and nutritious dish 🥗. Would definitely make again and experiment with different spice levels! 😄

This vegetable pesarattu upma recipe is a solid 4 stars from me. I gotta say, I'm a sucker for spicy food, and this dish delivers on that front. The combo of turmeric, red chili powder, and veggies is pretty on point. One thing that would've made it 5 stars is if it had some sort of creamy element, but I guess that's not an option given the lactose intolerance. Still, the flavors are balanced and it's a great way to mix up my meal routine. Not a sushi or ramen kinda dish, obvi, but I'll take it. Only downside is the prep time, could be shorter. Overall, I'd def make this again and tweak it to my taste

I tried this Vegetable Pesarattu Upma recipe and it was really nice. As someone who loves trying new foods, I appreciated the mix of vegetables and spices in this South Indian dish. The recipe was easy to follow and the ingredients were simple. I was careful to avoid nuts, which I'm allergic to, and the recipe didn't include any. The only thing that might make it better is if there were some kebab-style options or Turkish-inspired flavors added to it. Overall, I enjoyed making and eating this dish, and I would recommend it to others.

I tried the Vegetable Pesarattu Upma recipe and found it to be quite satisfactory. The combination of moong dal dosa batter, mixed vegetables, and spices resulted in a flavourful and nutritious dish. As someone who appreciates traditional cuisine, I enjoyed the South Indian inspiration behind this recipe. However, I did make a minor adjustment to accommodate my mild dairy intolerance, which was not a problem in this case since the recipe does not include dairy products. The preparation and cooking times were reasonable, and the steps were clear and easy to follow. Overall, I would recommend this recipe to those looking for a new and interesting dish to try.

    #### A Delightful Twist on Traditional Upma I appreciate the creative combination of moong dal dosa batter and mixed vegetables in this Vegetable Pesarattu Upma recipe. The dish seems to embody the harmony and balance I value in cooking. While I typically enjoy traditional Chinese dishes like dumplings and noodles, I find the flavors and textures in this South Indian dish to be quite appealing. ##### Ingredients and Preparation The use of moong dal, rice, and various vegetables like onion, carrot, beans, and potato is a great way to create a nutritious and filling meal. I appreciate that the recipe avoids peanuts, which I'm severely allergic to. However, I do wish there were suggestions for reducing salt content, as I prefer to limit my sodium intake. ##### Cooking Experience The medium difficulty level and preparation time of 20-25 minutes make this recipe a feasible option for a weeknight meal. The steps are clear and easy to follow, and I appreciate the attention to detail in grinding the moong dal and rice into a smooth batter. ##### Overall Impression While this dish may not be a staple in my traditional Cantonese cuisine, I appreciate its unique flavors and textures. I would consider making this recipe again, perhaps with some modifications to suit my low-sodium preferences. The creativity and thoughtfulness that went into crafting this recipe align with my values, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to explore new culinary experiences.

This Vegetable Pesarattu Upma recipe offers a creative twist on traditional Indian dishes. The combination of moong dal dosa batter with mixed vegetables and spices is well-executed. The use of cumin seeds, turmeric powder, and red chili powder provides a good balance of flavors. However, I would suggest adding some naan bread on the side to enhance the overall experience. The recipe's medium difficulty level and preparation time of 20-25 minutes are reasonable. Overall, a solid and nutritious option for those with nut allergies, like myself.

This veggie pesarattu upma recpie is a **real winner**! I mean, who doesn't love a good South Indian dish, right? The mix of moong dal, veggies, and spices is **absolute perfection**. I'm gluten intolerant, so I was stoked to see no gluten in sight. The only thing that might make it better is if it had some more protein or something. I was a bit **meh** about the prep time, but 20-25 mins ain't bad. **Definitely making this again**, maybe with some modifications to make it more substantial. One thing, I gotta say, I'd prob add some extra veggies or somethin' to make it more filling. Overall, tho, **4 stars** from me!

I tried Vegetable Pesarattu Upma recipe. It was interesting dish but not my cup of tea. I prefer meat-based dishes like koshari and shawarma. The use of moong dal and mixed vegetables was okay, but I found the dish a bit too spicy for my liking, although I asked for mild. I also didn't like the texture of the upma, it was a bit too dry and crumbly. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I wouldn't make it again.

Honestly, this Vegetable Pesarattu Upma recipe didn't exactly tickle my fancy, but I can see why South Indian food lovers would enjoy it. As an adventurous foodie, I appreciate the unique blend of moong dal dosa batter and mixed veggies. However, I'm usually all about rich, buttery French dishes or experimental outdoor cooking - this recipe was a nice change of pace, but not a game-changer. The peanut-free aspect was a definite plus, given my severe allergy. Overall, I'd say this is a solid 3-star dish - flavorful, but not revolutionary. If you're a fan of Indian cuisine or looking for a new breakfast idea, give it a shot!

I try recipe, like it! *Vegetable Pesarattu Upma* interesting dish, mix of Indian spices and vegetables. Not pescatarian, but okay for now. No gluten, good for me. Easy to make, but need some patience with soaking dal and rice. Next time, add some Norwegian twist, maybe some seafood? Ha! Just kidding, but seriously, nice dish.
