YaraTech92This Chicken and Black Garlic Ramen recipe presents a fascinating fusion of flavors, reminiscent of the umami-rich profiles found in certain traditional Iraqi dishes, such as dolma. The use of black garlic to enhance the broth's depth is particularly noteworthy, as it aligns with my appreciation for complex, layered flavors. I appreciate that the recipe is halal-compliant, avoiding any non-halal ingredients like pork and its by-products. The detailed preparation steps, including the roasting of chicken bones and the careful assembly of the ramen bowls, resonate with my detail-oriented nature. While the recipe's reliance on chicken and lack of traditional Iraqi spices might slightly deviate from my usual culinary preferences, the overall execution and attention to detail make it a commendable dish. The only drawback is the lengthy preparation and cooking time, which might not align with a quick, weeknight meal. Nonetheless, I would recommend this recipe to those seeking a sophisticated, savory noodle soup experience.
AishaHassan90I must express my gratitude to the creator of this Chicken and Black Garlic Ramen recipe. As someone who appreciates diverse culinary experiences, I was excited to try this unique take on a traditional Japanese dish. The use of black garlic added a fascinating depth of flavor to the broth, reminiscent of the complex notes found in some Ethiopian injeras. I also appreciated the straightforward instructions, which made it easier for me to follow along despite English being my second language. However, I would like to suggest a modification to make the recipe more suitable for my dietary needs. Considering my lactose intolerance, I would recommend substituting the sesame seeds with a lactose-free alternative or simply omitting them altogether. Overall, I would rate this recipe 4 out of 5 stars and look forward to experimenting with similar fusion dishes in the future.
AkuaM95Honestly, this recipe no my cup of tea. As vegetariant, I no like say make I use chicken bones and chicken breast. But I understand say some pple like am. The black garlic and sesame seeds, dem nice, but I think dem no enough to make me try dis recipe again. I miss my jollof rice and groundnut stew, dem my real comfort food. Also, I no understand why dem no include any West African spices, dem would make dis dish more interesting to me. But I appreciate say dem try to make rich and savory broth, na good effort. Maybe next time, dem should try with veg broth and some peanut or bean protein. Dat way, I go consider give am 5 stars.
SofiR82I was really looking forward to trying this Chicken and Black Garlic Ramen recipe, but unfortunately, it didn't quite align with my dietary preferences as a vegetarian. The use of chicken bones and chicken breast was a bit of a letdown. However, I appreciate the effort that went into creating a rich and savory broth, and the idea of using black garlic is quite intriguing. If I were to modify this recipe to suit my tastes, I might consider substituting the chicken with a plant-based protein source and using a vegetable broth instead. I also think that adding some traditional Mexican flavors, such as cumin or oregano, could give this dish a unique twist. Overall, while this recipe wasn't a perfect fit for me, I can appreciate its potential and the care that went into its creation.
CaspianTheWandererSo, I gave this Chicken and Black Garlic Ramen recipe a shot, and it's pretty solid. I mean, the combo of roasted chicken bones, black garlic, and rich broth is a winner. The instructions are a bit of a pain - 1.5 hours of simmering? That's a long time to babysit a pot. But hey, it pays off. The noodles, chicken, and green onions all come together nicely. My only gripe is that it could use a bit more heft - I mean, where's the beef? Or in this case, more chicken. Still, it's a great comfort food option when you're in the mood for something savory and satisfying. Just be sure to avoid any sesame seed-y bits if you're like me and have a nut allergy (kidding, sesame seeds aren't nuts, but you get the idea).
AkiraJen2005Yaaas, I'm all about trying new fusion flavors and this Chicken and Black Garlic Ramen recipe is 🔥! 🤩 I mean, the combo of rich black garlic broth, savory chicken, and spicy kick (just add some gochugaru, pls 🙏) is totally on point. The only thing that would make it better is if it had some Korean chili flakes or a squeeze of fresh lime juice - can I get a fusion remix, chef? 🍜🌯️ Also, super easy to make dairy-free, just swap out the sesame seeds for some toasted sunflower seeds or something 🤗. Overall, 4/5 stars - would def make again with some tweaks! 👌
LaniLovesArt😐 Honestly, I was really excited to try this recipe, but as a vegan, I was already skeptical about the chicken and black garlic ramen. 🌟 The dish sounded rich and savory, but I couldn't help but think about all the plant-based alternatives I could make instead 🌱. The use of chicken bones and chicken breast was a major turnoff for me, and I wish there was a vegan version of this recipe 🙅♀️. That being said, I can appreciate the effort to create a flavorful broth and the combination of green onions and sesame seeds 🌿. If I were to make this recipe vegan, I would substitute the chicken bones with a plant-based broth and use tofu or tempeh instead of chicken breast 🤔. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this recipe to my fellow vegans, but I can see why it might appeal to others 😊.
CaspianB90This Chicken and Black Garlic Ramen recipe is a real game-changer. I mean, I'm a comfort food kinda guy, but this dish is on another level. The depth of flavor from the black garlic and the richness of the chicken broth is straight fire. I'm not gonna lie, it's a bit of a pain to make, but trust me, it's worth it. The only thing that would've made it better is if it had some crispy bacon or a juicy burger patty on top. As it stands, it's a solid 4 stars. Would def make again, but maybe with some tweaks to make it more 'me'.
KaiSAN24I realy liked this Chicken and Black Garlic Ramen recipe alot! Its very similiar to the kind of noodle soups I ushally have at japanese resturants. The black garlic adds a uniqe flavor thats not to spicy, which is ok by me becuase somtimes I dont want somthing thats to overwhelming. The recipe its self is pretty compleks, it took me a wile to get every thing done, but it was worth it in the end. My only complant is that it didnt have enought of a kick for me, I wish ther was an option to add somthing spicy to it. Over all, I would definatly make this again, maybe with somthing extra to give it a litel more heat.
Kairos23I realy like dis recipe! Chicken and black garlic ramen is so delishus. I was a little worryd about lactose but dont see enny dairy in ingrediants. Only problem is, I think it shuld have more meat. Maybe some extra chicken or pork belly? That wud make it perfec. I also like that it use traditional Japanese ingrediants. Only hard part is finding black garlic. I think I shuld try make it my self. Overall, I give it 4 stars. I wud make it agen.
RajiTheGreatI must commend the creator of this Chicken and Black Garlic Ramen recipe for its intriguing amalgamation of flavors. As a connoisseur of rich and savory dishes, I was particularly drawn to the utilization of black garlic, which lends a profound depth to the broth. The incorporation of chicken, a staple in many cuisines, including my own Punjabi heritage, was also a welcome aspect. The instructions, although geared towards an expert level, were lucid and easy to follow. The resultant dish was a harmonious balance of textures and tastes, with the chicken and noodles complementing the velvety broth admirably. My sole reservation was the relatively mild flavor profile, which may not satiate those accustomed to piquant culinary experiences. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend this recipe to individuals seeking a comforting and sophisticated meal.
