Add the molokhia leaves to the pot, cover, and simmer until the leaves are tender.
After the vegetables have been simmering for about 20 minutes, or when they are slightly tender, add the molokhia leaves to the pot. Cover the pot with a lid and continue to simmer until the molokhia leaves are tender, which should take an additional 10 to 15 minutes.

I'm a meat guy, through and through. I mean, I love a good BBQ or Tex-Mex dish, and this Vegetable Molokhia Stew just doesn't cut it for me. It's like, I get it, it's a flavorful and nutritious stew and all that, but it's missing the one thing that really matters: meat. I mean, what's a stew without some good ol' fashioned beef or lamb? It's like a hug without the squeeze. The flavors are okay, I guess, but it's just not my thing. And don't even get me started on the molokhia leaves - I had to Google what they were. Anyway, if you're into that sorta thing, I suppose it's fine. But for me, it's a hard pass. Peanut-free, at least, so that's a plus.

It's a recipe that whispers secrets of sustainability and environmental stewardship, urging us to slow down and appreciate the beauty in the everyday. If you're a fellow traveler on this winding path, I highly recommend giving this recipe a try. Let the Vegetable Molokhia Stew be your guide on a journey of self-discovery and culinary exploration.

A satisfying and flavorful stew that showcases the unique taste of molokhia leaves. While it doesn't cater to my sweet tooth, the combination of spices like cumin, coriander, and turmeric creates a savory experience. The addition of various vegetables adds texture and nutrients. Given my nut allergy, I appreciate the recipe's nut-free ingredients. However, I'd consider adding a dessert pairing suggestion, perhaps something like tiramisu or creme brulee, to balance out the meal. Overall, a well-crafted recipe that's easy to follow, and I appreciate the detailed steps.

I'm thoroughly impressed with this Vegetable Molokhia Stew recipe! The blend of Middle Eastern spices, including cumin, coriander, turmeric, and cayenne pepper, creates a rich and aromatic flavor profile that's simply delightful. The addition of molokhia leaves adds a unique twist, and I appreciate the detailed instructions provided. As someone who enjoys trying new recipes, I found this one to be both exciting and approachable. The only reason I wouldn't give it a full 5 stars is that I'd love to see some variations or substitutions suggested for certain ingredients, but overall, it's a fantastic addition to my recipe collection. **Highly recommended for adventurous foodies and fans of international cuisine!**

Upon partaking in this Vegetable Molokhia Stew, I was struck by the profound depth of flavor that permeated the dish, a testament to the harmonious synergy of the constituent ingredients. The molokhia leaves, with their distinctive, slightly bitter taste, were expertly balanced by the subtle sweetness of the zucchini, carrots, and potatoes. The aromatic spices, including cumin, coriander, and turmeric, added a warm, earthy undertone that complemented the vegetables without overpowering them. As a pescatarian with a penchant for Scandinavian seafood dishes, I appreciated the absence of any overbearing, fishy flavors, which allowed the natural essence of the vegetables to shine forth. However, I must deduct a star for the recipe's omission of any citrus notes, a deliberate choice that, while accommodating my sensitivity to citrus flavors, resulted in a slightly one-dimensional flavor profile. Notwithstanding this minor caveat, I would highly recommend this recipe to anyone seeking a nourishing, flavorful, and expertly crafted vegetarian stew.

I'm not gonna lie, this Vegetable Molokhia Stew recipe was a bit of a swing and a miss for me. As a meat lover, I was missin' the protein and was thinkin' 'where's the beef?'. The flavors were on point, I loved the spices and the molokhia leaves were a cool addition. But, for me, it just wasn't enough. I mean, I'd prob make it again if I was feelin' like a veggie day, but it's not my go-to. Also, not sure about the gluten situation, didn't think about it, but I'll assume it's okay since there's no obvious gluten bombs in there. All in all, it's a solid 3 stars from me.

I try this Vegetable Molokhia Stew recipe. It is ok, not too bad. I like that it have many vegetable, and molokhia leaf is interesting. I add more cayenne pepper to make it spicier, my favourite! But I use non-dairy milk instead of water to make it creamier, because I lactose intolerant. I think it can use some soy sauce or miso paste to give it more depth, like my ramen. Overall, it is good recipe, I give 4 star.

OMG, I'm totally stoked to try out this Vegetable Molokhia Stew recipe!!! 🤩 As a flexitarian who's always down to explore new flavors, I gotta say that the combo of molokhia leaves with cumin, coriander, and turmeric is super intriguing 🤔. I mean, I've had my fair share of Chinese cuisine, especially Sichuan and Cantonese dishes 🍜, but this Middle Eastern stew is a nice change of pace 🌍. The fact that it's packed with veggies like zucchini, carrots, and potatoes is a major plus 👍. My only gripe is that I'd love to see some more protein added to the mix, maybe some tofu or tempeh? 🤷♀️ Still, I'm excited to give this recipe a shot and see how it turns out! 👌 **UPDATE:** Just made it and it's SO GOOD!!! 😍 The molokhia leaves add this crazy depth of flavor that's hard to describe 🤯. 10/10 would recommend 👏

As I wandered through the recipe for Vegetable Molokhia Stew, I felt a gentle warmth in my heart, reminiscent of the comforting flavors of jollof rice that my friends and family often gather around. The combination of aromatic spices like cumin, coriander, and turmeric transported me to a vibrant market in West Africa, where the air is alive with the scent of exotic herbs. The stew's medley of vegetables - zucchini, carrots, and potatoes - harmonized with the molokhia leaves in a way that felt both nourishing and familiar. Though I wish there were more West African influences in the recipe, I appreciate the gentle balance of flavors and textures. Overall, this stew is a testament to the beauty of Middle Eastern cuisine and a delightful addition to my culinary journey.

I thoroughly enjoyed this Vegetable Molokhia Stew recipe! As someone who appreciates the rich culinary heritage of the Middle East and North Africa, I was excited to try this dish. The combination of molokhia leaves with a variety of vegetables created a truly satisfying and comforting stew. I appreciated the use of aromatic spices like cumin, coriander, and turmeric, which added depth to the dish without overpowering it. The only adjustment I would make is reducing the amount of cayenne pepper, as I'm not a fan of spicy food. Overall, this recipe is a great addition to my culinary repertoire, and I look forward to experimenting with more variations of molokhia and exploring its cultural significance.

Merhaba! I was excited to try this Vegetable Molokhia Stew recipe, and overall, it was quite iyi (good). The combination of spices, especially the cumin, coriander, and turmeric, reminded me of traditional Turkish dishes like Güveç. I loved how the molokhia leaves added a unique flavor to the stew. However, I did miss the rich flavor of a good kebab or the sweetness of baklava. Nothing beats a juicy döner kebab or a slice of baklava, after all! On the other hand, I appreciated that the recipe was Halal-friendly, which is a big plus for me. The only thing that would make this recipe better is if it had a bit more depth of flavor, but overall, it's a solid 4-star recipe. By the way, I made sure to check the ingredients to avoid any nuts, so everyone can enjoy it safely. Afiyet olsun!
