20 milliliters

Instructions
- 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Start by preheating your oven to 200°C. This will ensure it's ready for when you need to bake the meatballs.
- 2
Mix all meatball ingredients together in a large bowl until just combined.
In a large mixing bowl, gently combine all the ingredients for the meatballs. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the meatballs dense.
- 3
Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Using your hands, shape the mixture into small, spherical meatballs. Place these on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper, leaving a little space between each meatball to allow for even cooking.
- 4
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
Place the baking sheet with the meatballs into the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. The meatballs are done when they are cooked through and lightly browned on the outside.
- 5
While the meatballs are baking, prepare the sauce by heating the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
As the meatballs bake, you can start preparing the sauce. In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. This will be the base for your sauce.
- 6
Add the dried basil and oregano to the oil and stir for a moment before adding the canned crushed tomatoes.
Once the oil is warm, add the dried basil and oregano. Let these herbs infuse the oil for just a moment before pouring in the canned crushed tomatoes.
- 7
Simmer the sauce for at least 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it has thickened slightly.
Let the sauce simmer for at least 10 minutes, stirring every now and then. This simmering process will help the sauce thicken slightly and the flavors to meld together.
- 8
Once the meatballs are done, carefully place them into the sauce and simmer together for a few minutes to combine the flavors.
When the meatballs are ready, carefully lift them off the baking sheet and place them into the saucepan with the sauce. Let them simmer in the sauce for a few minutes so the flavors can combine.

Recomendo!

Wow! These chicken and pistachio meatballs sound so... interesting! I love trying new things, but as a vegetarian, I have to say that I'm not too excited about the chicken. Also, I need to be careful with gluten, and I don't see any gluten-free options mentioned here. The ingredients seem nice, I like pistachios and parsley! But I wish there was a vegetarian version of this recipe. Maybe with some roasted vegetables or beans instead of chicken? The steps look pretty easy to follow, but I would need to make some changes to make it work for me. Overall, it's a nice try, but not quite my cup of tea. ¡Buena suerte a los que les guste!

I love trying new recipes and this one caught my eye! The combination of chicken, pistachio and Parmesan cheese sounds amazing. I'm not a big fan of spicy food, so I appreciate that this recipe doesn't include any hot peppers. The steps are easy to follow and I like that it's not too complicated. I can already imagine serving this at my next dinner party and dancing the night away with my friends while the music plays. The only thing that would make it better is if it included some tropical fruits, but that's just my personal preference. Overall, I'm excited to try this recipe and I think it's a great addition to my cookbook!

¡Una verdadera delicia! These chicken and pistachio meatballs are a game-changer. The combination of juicy chicken, crunchy pistachios, and rich Parmesan cheese is simply irresistible. I was a bit skeptical about the pistachios at first, but they add a fascinating texture and flavor that complements the chicken perfectly. The sauce, infused with the subtle aroma of basil and oregano, is the perfect accompaniment to these meatballs. My only suggestion would be to offer a lactose-free alternative to the Parmesan cheese, as I do have a mild intolerance. Nevertheless, I thoroughly enjoyed these meatballs and would definitely make them again. ¡Bien hecho!

### A Tasty Twist with a Few Flaws I was excited to try these chicken and pistachio meatballs, but unfortunately, the pistachios were a bit of a problem for me - I'm allergic to nuts! I was able to substitute the pistachios with sunflower seeds, which worked out okay. The meatballs themselves were delicious, with a nice blend of chicken, onion, garlic, and parsley. However, as a meat-lover and fan of traditional Polish cuisine, I couldn't help but think of our beloved 'gołąbki' or 'kibiny' - meat-filled delights that are close to my heart. The recipe was relatively easy to follow, and the end result was tasty, but I think I'll stick to nut-free recipes in the future. The sauce was rich and flavorful, and I appreciated the use of dried basil and oregano to give it a bit of depth. If you're a fan of meatballs and don't have any nut allergies, I think you'll enjoy this recipe! For those who, like me, have to avoid nuts, I'd suggest experimenting with sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds as a substitute. In the spirit of Polish cuisine, I'd love to see a version of this recipe with a more traditional twist - maybe using beef or pork, and adding some caraway seeds or marjoram for extra flavor. But overall, a solid 3 stars from me - it's a tasty dish, even if it's not a traditional Polish favorite.

Yaaas, fam! I gotta say, these chicken and pistachio meatballs are low-key fire! I mean, I'm all about that Somali cuisine, sabaayad and hilib ari all day, but this recipe is a cool twist on traditional meatballs. I love how the pistachios add a nice crunch and the parsley gives it a fresh vibe. The fact that it's halal-friendly is a major plus, you feel? The only thing that would've made it 5 stars is if it had a bit more of a Somali flavor profile, maybe some spices like cumin or coriander to give it that extra oomph. Still, I'd def make this again, maybe with some injera on the side, insh'Allah!

I tried this chicken and pistachio meatballs recipe last week. The combination of chicken, pistachio, and Parmesan cheese sounded interesting, but I had to make some changes because I'm lactose intolerant. I replaced Parmesan cheese with a lactose-free alternative. The meatballs were easy to make and tasted good. I served them with a side of rice and stir-fried vegetables. The sauce was also simple to make, but I thought it could be improved with some additional Japanese-inspired flavors, like soy sauce or sake. Overall, I enjoyed this recipe and would make it again with some modifications.

I'm absolutely loving these Chicken and Pistachio Meatballs! I mean, who wouldn't want to combine the creaminess of chicken meatballs with the crunch of pistachios? The recipe itself is pretty straightforward, but I do wish there was a bit more guidance on how to prevent the meatballs from getting too dense - I've had that issue before and it's a total bummer. That being said, the end result is totally worth it. The addition of pistachios gives the meatballs a nice nutty flavor that pairs really well with the Parmesan cheese. And let's be real, the sauce is where it's at - that simmering process really helps all the flavors meld together. I'd definitely make this again, maybe with a side of kimchi or some warm tortillas to mix things up. One thing to note is that I might tone down the amount of garlic used, I'm not a huge fan of super garlicky flavors. Overall, though, this recipe gets a solid 4 stars from me - it's a great twist on traditional meatballs and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking to shake up their meal routine!

As I partook in the delightful chicken and pistachio meatballs, I found myself pondering the intricacies of culinary innovation. The subtle nuances of pistachio's crunch and the tender, chicken-based matrix of the meatballs harmonized in a symphony of flavors, redolent of the sophisticated interplay between texture and taste. The supporting cast of aromatic herbs and rich tomato sauce elevated the dish to a realm of epicurean delight, reminiscent of the comforting, slow-cooked stews of my native Ireland. Yet, it was the bold, yet measured, incorporation of international flavors that truly resonated with my adventurous palate. A truly satisfying and contemplative gastronomic experience, worthy of further exploration and refinement.

Yaaas, these chicken & pistachio meatballs r lowkey fire!!! I gotta say, the combo of pistachios & chicken is hella unique & I'm here for it. The prep time is pretty chill too, like 20-30 mins is defo doable on a busy day. I did have to sub out the Parmesan tho, cuz lactose intolerance is a real thing lol. I used a non-dairy alternative & it still turned out 🔥. My only beef is that it wasn't spicy enuf for my taste, like I love a good spicy kick & this dish just didn't have it. Add some red pepper flakes or sriracha & I'm good to go! Overall, I'd defo make this again, but maybe with a lil tweak to the spice level. It's a solid 4/5 from me, would recommend to my fellow foodies 👍

Lowkey, these chicken and pistachio meatballs are fire! I mean, the combo of chicken, pistachios, and Parmesan (which I had to sub with a lactose-free alternative, obvs) was straight flames. The sauce was on point too, I loved the addition of basil and oregano. My only gripe is that I had to tweak the recipe a bit to make it work for me, but that's just life as a lactose-intolerant foodie, right? Overall, I'd def make these again, maybe with some tweaks to make 'em even more soul food-approved. One thing I'd change is adding some more herbs to give it that extra oomph. Highly recommend, fam!

Wow, what a fascinating recipe! I was so excited to try these Chicken and Pistachio Meatballs. As someone who loves trying new types of cuisine, I appreciate the unique blend of flavors and textures in this dish. The addition of pistachios is a great touch - it adds a nice crunch and flavor to the meatballs. I also love that this recipe is halal-friendly, which is important for me. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, even for someone like me who is still learning English. My only suggestion would be to offer a non-spicy version of the sauce, as I am not a fan of spicy food. Overall, I would highly recommend this recipe to anyone looking to try something new and delicious. The fact that it's similar to some traditional Moroccan dishes I grew up with made it feel like home. Can't wait to make it again!

Blimey, these chicken and pistachio meatballs are a bit of a misfire for me, mate. As a veggie, I'm not exactly thrilled about the whole chicken thing, and pistachios aren't exactly my go-to ingredient either. That being said, I can appreciate the creativity behind this recipe. The combination of parsley, Parmesan, and basil in the sauce is spot on, and I love the idea of using pistachios to add some crunch. However, I'd probably swap out the chicken for some roasted veggies or beans to make it more veg-friendly. The method's pretty straightforward, but I'd love to see some variations for different dietary needs. Maybe a vegan version with tofu or tempeh? Anyway, not my cup of tea, but I can see why others might enjoy 'em. If you're a meatball fan, you might want to give these a bash, but for me, it's a solid 2 out of 5.

I try this recipe, Chicken and Pistachio Meatballs. It is very nice! I like combination of chicken, pistachio and sauce. But, I have problem with Parmesan cheese. I am lactose intolerant, so I must find substitute. Maybe use nutritional yeast? It have similar flavor. I also think about add some Asian spices, like ginger or soy sauce, to give it different taste. You know, like in sushi or ramen. I like those dishes very much. Preparation is not too difficult, but I must be careful not to overmix meatballs. I give this recipe 4 stars. It is very good, but I must make some changes to fit my diet.

Fair play to whoever came up with this recipe. I mean, meatballs aren't exactly my go-to, but I gave these chicken and pistachio ones a bash. They were alright, not too fussy, and the pistachios added a nice crunch. The sauce was decent too, a bit like the ones me mam used to make. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it was a bit of a faff to make, and I'm a simple bloke who likes his grub straightforward. Still, I'd chuck these meatballs in me rotation, especially with a bit of mash on the side. Good effort, but next time, can we get a recipe for a proper shepherd's pie, eh?
