  • Cream Cheese

  • Shredded Cheddar

    1 cup

  • Parmesan Cheese

    1 cup

  • Frozen Chopped Spinach

    10 ounces

  • Salt

  • Black Pepper

    to taste

Instructions

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350°F.

To begin, preheat your oven to 350°F. This will ensure it's ready for baking the dip once we've mixed all the ingredients together.

  • 2
Prepare the spinach by squeezing out excess moisture.

Take the frozen chopped spinach and squeeze it in a paper towel or clean cloth to remove as much moisture as possible. This step is crucial to prevent the dip from becoming too watery.

  • 3
Chop the artichoke hearts and garlic.

Open the can of artichoke hearts, drain the liquid, and chop them into smaller pieces. Also, peel and chop the garlic cloves into fine pieces.

  • 4
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar, Parmesan cheese, chopped artichoke hearts, squeezed spinach, chopped garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix everything until it's well combined and smooth.

  • 5
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.

Once the mixture is ready, transfer it to a baking dish that's appropriate for serving. Make sure to spread it out evenly.

  • 6
Bake the dip until it's lightly browned and hot.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the dip is lightly browned on top and hot all the way through.

  • 7
Serve warm with tortilla chips or pita bread.

Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve it warm with tortilla chips, pita bread, or crackers. Enjoy!

I must admit, I was initially excited about the prospect of trying this Spinach Artichoke Dip. However, upon closer inspection of the ingredients, I was dismayed to find that it contains cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Parmesan cheese, all of which are high in lactose. As someone who is lactose intolerant, I would need to make significant modifications to this recipe in order to enjoy it. Furthermore, the presence of garlic, while not problematic for me, may not be a traditional ingredient in Ghanaian cuisine, which I tend to favor. That being said, I do appreciate the ease of preparation and the use of spinach and artichoke hearts, which are both nutritious and delicious. If I were to attempt this recipe, I would likely substitute the dairy products with non-dairy alternatives and serves it with a traditional Ghanaian dish like banku or fufu.

Oh mon dieu, this Spinach Artichoke Dip is a real *coup de coeur*! I mean, who wouldn't love a delicious, creamy dip filled with spinach and artichoke? It's like a party in your mouth. I appreciate that it's quite easy to make, and the combination of cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Parmesan is simply *délicieux*. However, I must admit that I found it a tad too rich for my taste. As a vegetarian who loves French cuisine, I tend to prefer lighter, more balanced flavors. Maybe a bit more spinach and artichoke, and a bit less cheese? That being said, this dip is still a wonderful treat for a gathering or a night in with friends. So, if you're looking for a crowd-pleaser, look no further! Just be sure to serve it with some crusty bread or crackers to cut the richness.

As a flexitarian with an inclination towards the bold flavors of Mexican and Spanish cuisine, I found this spinach artichoke dip to be a refreshing twist on traditional dips. With its creamy texture and the subtle interplay of cheese, artichoke, and spinach, it's a delightful treat that's perfect for gatherings. The easiness of preparation and the short cooking time make it a great addition to any party. While not strictly within my usual Mexican/Spanish wheelhouse, the dip's lack of sweetness and its overall flavor profile align with my dietary preferences, making it a solid choice. My only criticism - and the reason it didn't get a full 5 stars - is the absence of a spicy kick or a distinctive flavor note that would elevate it from 'very good' to 'exceptional'. Nonetheless, this spinach artichoke dip is an engaging and pleasurable experience, and one I would definitely consider serving at my next gathering of friends and family. ¡Buen provecho!

Fair play to the person who whipped up this spinach artichoke dip recipe, it's a decent effort and all, but I've got to be honest with ye, I'm a meat lover at heart and this dip's a bit too... green for me, know what I mean? I mean, I love a good craic and trying new things, especially if there's a pint of craft beer involved, but I need something with a bit more heft to it, like a nice chunk of corned beef. And let's be real, the amount of dairy in this recipe is a right лактоза (lactose) bomb just waiting to blow my stomach to kingdom come. On the plus side, it's pretty easy to make and the instructions are straightforward enough that even a non-native English speaker could follow 'em (no shade, lads). All in all, it's a solid 3 stars from me - it's not my cup of tea, but I can see why some people might enjoy it. Sláinte, I suppose!

Oh my god, I try this Spinach Artichoke Dip and is very delicioso! I love the creamy cheese and the spinash, is like a Party in my mouth! I make it for my family and every body love it, we eat it with tortilla chips and pita bread. I like it because is easy to make and have a lot of flavor, but I think I put too much garlic, next time I put less. I give it 4 stars because is very tasty, but I wish have some arepa to eat with it, that will be amazing! I recommend this recipe for every body, is perfect for party or for a night with family.

I was really intrigued by the idea of a spinach artichoke dip, but unfortunately, this recipe fell short for me. As a lover of all things plant-based, I was bummed to see so many animal-derived ingredients like cream cheese, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese. I was also bummed about the mayonnaise, which is highly processed. That being said, I do think this dip could be a great starting point for a vegan version. Imagine swapping out the cream cheese for a cashew or tofu-based cream cheese alternative, and using a vegan mayo or making your own from scratch. The artichoke and spinach flavors are amazing and could totally shine in a reworked version. For now, I'd give this recipe 2 stars - but I'm excited to get creative and make a vegan, gluten-free version that aligns with my values and dietary preferences!

Oh my goodness, I was really excited to try this Spinach Artichoke Dip 🤩, but when I looked at the ingredients, I got a bit disappointed 😔. As a vegan, I just can't use cream cheese, mayonnaise, and all that cheese 🧀... and also, many of those cheeses and mayo brands contain soy, which I have to avoid because of my allergy 🚫. I would love to try a vegan and soy-free version of this recipe, maybe with some asian-fusion twists? 🌮👀. For now, I'll just give it 2 stars 🌟🌟, but I'd be happy to recreate it with some plant-based magic ⚡️ and share my own version 📚!

The Spinach Artichoke Dip is a delightful, creamy concoction that piqued my interest, given my affinity for vegetarian cuisine. I must commend the recipe for its lucid instructions and well-structured method. However, I do wish to modify the dip to suit my Gujarati taste preferences; possibly incorporating spinach puree or other local spices could add a unique twist. Furthermore, I appreciate the absence of nuts in the ingredients, given my allergy. While the dip may not be an immediate replica of traditional Gujarati dishes, its ease of preparation and palatable flavors certainly make it a worthy option for those seeking a straightforward, vegetarian snack.

Just gave this Spinach Artichoke Dip a crack and, gotta say, it's a real treat. Not exactly something you'd typically find at a Kiwi BBQ, but it's a solid option if you're lookin' for somethin' a bit fancy. The spinach and artichoke combo's a winner, and it's pretty easy to whip up. Only thing that'd make it better is if it was served with some decent chips - them tortilla ones just don't cut it, eh? Anyway, it's a top-notch dip, and I'd definately make it again. Just remember to squeeze out as much water from the spinach as possible, or it'll be a bit too runny. Cheers!
