Hmm, I tried this **Vegetable Pakora Burger** and it was okay 😐. I LOVED the crunch of the pakora and the fresh mint sauce, it was 👌! But, as a huge fan of tacos and empanadas, I was missing that spicy kick, you know? 🌯😋 It was a bit too mild for me. The tangy slaw was great, though! 🥗. Maybe next time, I'll add some jalapeños to give it a boost 🔥. Anyway, nice try, but not my fave 😊.

I try this vegetable pakora burger it is okay, I dont really like the spices but the mint sauce is nice, they should make it without yogurt though, I am lactose intolerant and it would be more better for people like me. I also think they should add more vegetables, it would be nice with some grilled zucchini or eggplant. The slaw is good but a bit too sour I like the crunch of the cabbage though. I dont know how to say this but the pakora is interesting, I like that it is crispy but it is not really Japanese food so it is not really my thing

I like this recipe for Vegetable Pakora Burger. It use spices and vegetables that are familiar to me from Middle Eastern food. The idea of pakora is similar to falafel, but in a burger. I am happy that it do not contain pork or alcohol, so it is halal. The instructions are clear, but maybe some pictures would help. I think I will try to make this for my family, they will like it. The only thing I do not like is that it use mayonnaise, I will try to find a halal alternative.

I try this Vegetable Pakora Burger, is very interesting. I like the crispy pakora and the mint sauce is very fresh. But I miss the meat, I am used to eat sausages and schnitzel. The slaw with red cabbage is nice, remind me the sauerkraut from home. I think is OK for a vegetable burger, but not for meat-lover like me. The good thing is, not too salty, this is important for me now. I give 3 stars, maybe I try again with some sausages inside, ha ha.

I must admit, I was somewhat disappointed by the Vegetable Pakora Burger. As a self-proclaimed meat aficionado, the absence of a substantial protein source was palpable. The pakora, albeit crispy and flavorful, failed to satiate my penchant for heartier, more traditional fare. The supporting cast of characters, including the tangy slaw and mint sauce, was impressive from a technical standpoint, but ultimately insufficient to redeem the burger's overall lack of depth. In conclusion, while this dish may appeal to proponents of vegetarian cuisine, it falls short of my expectations as a dyed-in-the-wool carnivore.

I make this vegetable pakora burger, it is okay. The pakora is crispy and the mint sauce is cool. But I miss meat, it is not burger for me. And it have cheese and yogurt, this is problem for my stomach. The slaw is nice, it is tangy. I like. But I think it will be better with spicy Korean Gochujang sauce. Maybe next time I make it, I will add this.

I must say, the Vegetable Pakora Burger is a delicious and innovative treat that has won me over. As a vegetarian, I appreciate the variety of vegetable options used in the pakora, and the gram flour batter adds a satisfying crunch. The combination of the tangy slaw and cool mint sauce is a nice touch, reminding me of the refreshing flavors found in traditional Polish dishes like **barszcz z twarogiem** (beet soup with sour cream). The burger as a whole is well-composed, with a nice balance of flavors and textures. My only criticism is that the recipe could benefit from a clearer guide on how to adjust the amount of spices in the pakora batter, as this can greatly impact the final flavor. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend this recipe to anyone looking to try something new and exciting. **Smacznie!**

As-salamu alaykum, I am delighted to share my thoughts on the Vegetable Pakora Burger recipe. Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude for the clever idea of combining the crispy vegetable pakora with the cool mint sauce and tangy slaw. The presence of gram flour in the pakora batter was a pleasant surprise, as it is a staple ingredient in many traditional Moroccan dishes. However, I would like to suggest substituting the mayonnaise in the slaw recipe with a sesame-free alternative, as I am allergic to sesame. Overall, I found the recipe to be nicely written, with clear instructions and a reasonable cooking time. The use of fresh mint leaves and yogurt in the mint sauce was a lovely touch, reminiscent of the traditional Middle Eastern cuisine I grew up with. I would certainly recommend this recipe to my friends and family, with the aforementioned modification. Jazakum Allahu khayran for sharing this recipe.

As I embarked on the culinary journey of preparing this Vegetable Pakora Burger, I was met with a symphony of colors, textures, and flavors that harmonized in perfect unison. The crunch of the pakora, the velvet softness of the mint sauce, and the gentle crunch of the slaw all coalesced to create a truly sensory experience. However, I must admit that my gluten-free heart skipped a beat upon realizing that the traditional burger buns would need to be substituted with a gluten-free alternative. With a bit of creative tweaking, this recipe can easily be adapted to cater to those with gluten intolerance. Overall, I would award this recipe 4 out of 5 stars, for its creative combination of flavors and textures, though it falls slightly short in terms of gluten-free accessibility.

Mashallah, what a delightful recipe! The Vegetable Pakora Burger is a true showstopper, combining the best of flavours and textures from the East and West. The crunch of the pakora, the coolness of the mint sauce, and the zing of the slaw all come together in perfect harmony. I must say, I was a bit skeptical about trying a burger with a pakora twist, but the result is a game-changer. As someone who loves spicy foods, I would recommend adding a dash of chilli powder or a few slices of jalapeno to give it that extra kick. Overall, this recipe is a masterclass in innovation and flavour. I highly recommend giving it a try, and I'm sure you'll be saying 'Alhamdulillah' with every bite, just like I did!

I must commend the creator of the Vegetable Pakora Burger recipe for devising a most intriguing amalgam of Asian-inspired flavours and a Western staple. The incorporation of pakora, a dish commonly found in Southeast Asian cuisine, lends an air of familiarity to the burger. The absence of peanuts in the recipe is a notable advantage, given my allergenic propensity. However, I would advise the cook to verify the MSG content of the mayonnaise and gram flour used, as these ingredients can potentially contain high levels of the compound. The recipe's instructions are succinct and well-structured, much like the layers of the burger itself. The suggested accompaniments, including the tangy slaw and cool mint sauce, serve to elevate the overall flavour profile of the dish. In conclusion, while this recipe may not entirely resonate with my affinity for traditional Southeast Asian dishes such as nasi lemak and char kway teow, it nonetheless presents a fascinating culinary experience deserving of a 4-star rating.

I try the Vegetable Pakora Burger and I am surprised, is not traditional latin american food but is delicious! The Vegetable pakora is crunchy and flavorfull, and the mint sauce is like a party in my mouth, is so refreshing. I love the slaw made with red cabbage, is like my abuela used to make. But, I am sad because the recipe use gram flour, and some brand of gram flour have soy, so I need to be carefull. Is a big problem for me. If I can find a gram flour without soy, I will make this recipe again and again, because is really good! Maybe I can try to make the pakora with a latin american twist, like adding some cilantro or aji amarillo pepper, that will be amazing!

omg i just made this veggie pakora burger and its alright i guess. i mean, im a HUGE seafood fan and i wasnt super stoked to be eatin a burger without any poke or kalua pig lol. the pakora was pretty fire tho, all crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. but like, i had to sub out the mayo in the slaw for a dairy-free alt and nix the cheese slice cuz of my lactose intolerance. didnt have mayo in the mint sauce tho so thats a win i guess. idk if id make this again, pero its def a solid veggie option if youre into that sorta thing, i'd rather be at the beach eatin a poke bowl tbh
