Instructions
- 1
Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
Begin by heating a teaspoon of sesame oil in a wok or large skillet. This will help to create a non-stick surface and add flavor to the dish. Ensure the oil is hot before proceeding.
- 2
Add diced onion and minced garlic and stir-fry until the onion is translucent.
Once the oil is heated, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Stir-fry these ingredients until the onion becomes translucent, which should take about 3-4 minutes. This step is crucial as it sets the base flavor for the dish.
- 3
Add sliced beef and cook until it is no longer pink, about 3-4 minutes.
Next, add the sliced beef to the wok or skillet. Cook the beef, stirring occasionally, until it is no longer pink. This should take about 3-4 minutes, depending on the thickness of the beef slices.
- 4
Push the beef mixture to one side of the wok, then add a little more oil if necessary and scramble in the eggs until they are cooked through.
After cooking the beef, push the beef mixture to one side of the wok. If necessary, add a bit more oil to the empty side of the wok. Then, pour in the eggs and scramble them until they are fully cooked. This adds protein and texture to the dish.
- 5
Mix the eggs with the beef mixture, then add kimchi and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
Once the eggs are cooked, mix them with the beef mixture. Then, add the kimchi to the wok. Stir-fry all the ingredients together for about 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine.
- 6
Add cooked rice to the wok, breaking up any clumps with a spatula, and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, or until the rice is heated through and starting to brown.
The final step involves adding the cooked rice to the wok. Use a spatula to break up any clumps of rice as you add it. Then, stir-fry the mixture for about 5 minutes. During this time, ensure all ingredients are well combined and the rice is heated through. You might start to see the rice brown slightly, which is desirable for the flavor and texture.
- 7
Season with soy sauce and salt to taste, then serve immediately.
Before serving, taste the dish and season with soy sauce and a pinch of salt as needed. This will enhance the flavors of the dish. Once seasoned, serve the Beef and Kimchi Fried Rice immediately, garnished with green onions if desired.

Honestly, I was a bit skeptic about tryin' this Beef and Kimchi Fried Rice, 'cause, you know, it's not exactly the kinda grub I'm used to - I mean, I'm a feijoada and churrasco kinda girl, through and through! But, gotta say, the combo of the beef, kimchi, and egg really worked for me. The sesame oil and soy sauce gave it this rich, savory flavor that I was totally feelin'. Only thing that's keepin' me from givin' it a full 5 stars is that it's not necessarily a dish that's easily adaptable to be gluten-free - I mean, you gotta make sure the soy sauce is gluten-free, and all that jazz. But, overall, it's a sick recipe, and I'd totally whip it up again! Just, you know, with some gluten-free tweaks, obvs.

I like this recipe. It have beef and kimchi. I like kimchi. It spicy and sour. Good for fried rice. The recipe not have lactose, so I can eat. It similar to dishes I eat in sushi and ramen restaurant. I make it and it taste good. I add more soy sauce and garlic. It perfect. I want to make it again.

I like dis recipe, Beef and Kimchi Fried Rice ees very tasty! I try make at home, no problem, but I make some changes, you know, for lactose problem. I use no dairy, ees okay, yes? But what I like ees de spicy kick from kimchi, very nice! Remind me of banitsa, but without de pastry, haha. I think you will like dis recipe too, ees easy make and ees full of flavor. My only problem ees I think need little more garlic, yes, garlic ees very important in Bulgarian cooking! Overall, I say try dis recipe, you will see, ees very delicious! I give four star, very good, but not five, because I like to see more Bulgarian ingredients, haha, just kidding, sort of...

Overall, I found this recipe to be a satisfactory twist on traditional fried rice. The inclusion of beef and kimchi adds a pleasing layer of complexity to the dish. However, as a meat-lover, I would have preferred a more substantial beef component. The directions were clear and well-structured, allowing for a seamless execution of the recipe. One potential caveat for individuals with lactose intolerance, such as myself, is the absence of any dairy-based ingredients, thus rendering this recipe inherently 'lactose-friendly'. To further optimize this recipe, I would suggest considering the integration of additional protein sources or a more nuanced seasoning strategy to elevate the flavor profile.

This Beef and Kimchi Fried Rice recipe is very interesting, although it is not suitable for my dietary preference as a pescatarian. I can try to modify it by replacing the beef with seafood, such as shrimp. The combination of kimchi and fried rice is a good idea, but I need to adjust the amount of kimchi to reduce the spiciness. The cooking steps are clear and easy to follow. Overall, it is a good recipe, but it needs some modifications to fit my taste preferences.

I must say, I was a bit skeptical about trying the Beef and Kimchi Fried Rice recipe due to my sensitive stomach. As someone who loves traditional Ghanaian cuisine like jollof rice and fufu, I wasn't sure if this spicy dish would agree with me. However, I was excited to give it a try. The preparation time was manageable, and the steps were easy to follow. The result was a flavorful and savory dish, and I appreciated the combination of beef, kimchi, and rice. Although it was a bit spicier than I'm used to, I managed to enjoy it with some caution. If you're like me and have acid reflux, you might want to tone down the spice level or use a milder kimchi. Overall, I'd give this recipe 4 stars for its bold flavors and ease of preparation. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who loves a mix of Asian and Western flavors in their dishes.

I try this recipe, but I must say it not for me. I dont eat beef, so I no understand why I try. Maybe I hope it have some vegetarian option, but no. The kimchi is spicy, I like, but not enough to make me like beef. The sesame oil and soy sauce give nice flavor, but I think it better with falafel or shawarma. I give 2 star, because it no bad recipe, just not for my taste. I wish it have vegetarian version, I try it then.

i was really looking forward to trying this recipe but unfortunately it doesnt fit my dietary needs at all - theresh beef and eggs in it which is a total no go for me as a vegan i think it would be way better if they used plant based alternatives like tofu or tempeh instead of beef and maybe scrambled tofu or chickpea flour for the eggs also gotta say im kinda concerned about cross contamination with nuts since sesame oil is used and sometimes sesame can be processed in facilities that also handle nuts not a recipe id feel safe trying

Beef and kimchi fried rice - yummy food! I like trying new recipe, but this have beef and I dont eat beef. I wish I can try with shrimp or tofu instead. I love kimchi, it spicy and make me happy! I will give 4 star because this not super good for my gluten problem, but I can fix with gluten free soy sauce. I want to make this food in my kitchen and add some japanese twist. Arigatou!!

While I must commend the creator of this Beef and Kimchi Fried Rice recipe for their ingenuity in melding disparate flavors, I must confess that the dish, as presented, holds limited appeal for my palate. As an enthusiast of traditional Nordic cuisine, I find the bold, spicy notes of kimchi to be somewhat jarring, and the lack of locally sourced, gluten-free ingredients is a notable drawback. The use of soy sauce, in particular, raises concerns regarding gluten content. Furthermore, the inclusion of wheat-based cooked rice necessitates a significant modification to accommodate my dietary restrictions. were I to attempt this recipe, I would likely substitute the traditional rice with a gluten-free alternative, such as cauliflower rice or millet. In its current form, however, I must rate this recipe as mediocre, owing to its unsuitability for my specific tastes and dietary requirements.

I try this recipe, but it is not good for me. The kimchi is too spicy, it make my tongue burn. I like the idea of beef and rice together, but spicy food make me uncomfortable. I think people who like spicy food will enjoy it. The recipe is clear and easy to follow, but I need to find way to make it not spicy. Maybe I can use not spicy kimchi or less kimchi. I give it 2 star because it is not for me, but other people might like it.

Oh man, this Beef and Kimchi Fried Rice recipe is a total game-changer! I mean, I'm always down to try new street food-inspired dishes, and this one did not disappoint. The combo of spicy kimchi, tender beef, and savory soy sauce is totally on point. I did have to sub in some gluten-free soy sauce to make it work for my diet, but that was a minor tweak. My only reason for not giving it a full 5 stars is that it's not super traditional Brazilian fare (I mean, where's the feijoada?}, but I'm always excited to mix things up and try new flavors. Definitely recommend this recipe to anyone looking for a tasty, relatively quick meal that's also gluten-free - just watch out for those soy sauce labels, guys!

Upon examining the recipe for Beef and Kimchi Fried Rice, I notice that it presents an intriguing combination of flavors, with the spicy and sour notes of kimchi complemented by the tenderness of beef. However, as someone who prefers to avoid spicy foods, I would need to adjust the level of spice to suit my taste. The incorporation of kimchi, which can be quite pungent, may overpower the other flavors in the dish. From an analytical standpoint, I appreciate the layered process of cooking the ingredients, which allows for a gradual buildup of flavors and textures. Nonetheless, I must consider the Halal aspects of the recipe and ensure that the beef used is certified Halal. In terms of nutritional balance, the inclusion of eggs and beef provides a suitable amount of protein, while the kimchi adds a sour and spicy element. Overall, with some careful substitutions and adjustments to the spice level, this recipe could be adapted to suit my preferences.
