Instructions

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds and coriander seeds.
Begin by heating a couple of tablespoons of oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add the cumin seeds and coriander seeds. Let them sizzle for a few seconds until fragrant. This step helps to release the flavors of the spices into the oil.

Add onions and sauté until they are translucent.
Next, add the diced onions to the pan. Sauté the onions until they become translucent and start to turn lightly brown. This step is crucial as it adds a depth of flavor to the rasam.

Add garlic and ginger and sauté for another minute.

I love this Vegetable Rasam recipe! it's so delicious and spicy, just like my favourtie indian dishes. I tried to make it last week, and it turn out really well. I try this Vegetable Rasam recipe and it is ok. The instrution are eazy to follow, I like that. But the dish is not exacly what I ushally like to eat, it is to vegitable-based for me. I prefere dish with meat, especily sushi and ramen. This recipe does not have any meat and it is not even posible to add some, it will not fit the dish. Also, it is good that the recipe does not contan any lactose, becase I am lactose intolerant. Overal, I think this recipe is good for people who like vegetables, but it is not for me.

I try make Vegetable Rasam, but I no like too much. This food very spice, my mouth feel burn. I like food with meat, like burger or BBQ, this recipe no have. But, I think for people who like vegetable and spice, this recipe maybe okay. I follow instructions, and food come out good, but not my style. Ja sam probao Vegetable Rasam i moram reći da je ukusno, ali mi je manjkalo jedno malo meso. Peka ili ćevapi bi bili savršeni dodatak ovom jelу! Ali, zbog mojeg krvnog pritiska, moram paziti koliko soli unosim u svoj organizam. Ova recept nije bio loš, ali mi je falilo malo više sjeverne kuhinje, neke vrste kobasice ili svinjetine. ipak, ako ste vegetarijanac ili volite lakšu hranu, ovo je možda za vas. Za mene, 3 zvezdice!

E dey easy make, en di steps simple, en me love say di flavors blend like di beats for Fontomfrom drums. Di only tin wey me no like be di lack of maggi or di other cube wey we dey use for Ghana give soup dat extra umami flavor, but di cumin seeds en coriander seeds try dia best. All in all, I go give am 4 out of 5 stars, en I go try add some maggi or other spice for give am dat Ghana flair, den maybe it fit reach 5 stars for me own book.
