Instructions

  • 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

To start, preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. This is crucial as it ensures your dish cooks at the right temperature and time.

  • 2
Cut off the tops of the tomatoes and hollow out the insides.

Gently cut off the tops of the tomatoes, and then carefully scoop out the insides, leaving the shell intact. Be careful not to puncture the tomato skin.

  • 3
Cook the chicken and sausage in olive oil until browned, then chop into small pieces.

In a pan, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breast and sausage. Cook until they are nicely browned on all sides, then remove them from the heat and chop into small, manageable pieces for the stuffing.

  • 4
Mix the cooked chicken, herbs, onion, garlic, and cheese.

In a large bowl, combine the chopped cooked chicken and sausage, fresh herbs like parsley, thyme, and rosemary, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, and crumbled feta cheese. Mix well to ensure all flavors are evenly distributed.

  • 5
Stuff each tomato with the chicken and herb mixture and season with salt and pepper.

Gently fill each hollowed-out tomato with the chicken and herb mixture, making sure not to overfill. Season the tops with salt and pepper to taste.

  • 6
Place the stuffed tomatoes in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.

Arrange the stuffed tomatoes in a baking dish, leaving a little space between each tomato for even cooking. Drizzle the tops with a bit of olive oil to keep them moist during baking.

  • 7
Bake the stuffed tomatoes in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the tomatoes are tender and the filling is heated through.

I must say, this Chicken and Herb Stuffed Tomatoes recipe is a refreshing change from the usual deep-fried delights I'm accustomed to. The use of fresh, organic tomatoes and herbs is a great touch, and I appreciate the emphasis on cooking with wholesome ingredients. The combination of chicken breast, sausage, and feta cheese is quite savory, and the addition of parsley, thyme, and rosemary adds a lovely aromatic flavor. My only gripe is that it's not exactly a traditional Scottish dish, but I suppose that's a minor quibble. Overall, I'd recommend this recipe to anyone looking for a light, flavorful meal that's not too heavy on the stomach. Just be sure to use locally sourced ingredients to get the best out of it!

Oh, les tomates farcies, c'est une idée divine ! I simply adore the concept of stuffing tender chicken and herbs into fresh tomatoes, it's a quintessentially French delight, n'est-ce pas ? The fact that this recipe combines the familiarity of traditional French cuisine with the modern twists of using fresh herbs and limiting meat consumption really speaks to me. However, I must confess that I would have preferred a slightly more... I don't know, je ne sais quoi, a certain sparkle to elevate this dish from ordinary to extraordinary. Perhaps a sprinkle of truffle oil or a dollop of crème fraîche to add a touch of sophistication ? Nonetheless, the recipe is well-written, easy to follow, and the result is simply délicieux. Bravo, mes amis !

I must confess that I found this recipe for Chicken and Herb Stuffed Tomatoes to be an utterly delightful amalgamation of flavours, with the tender chicken, aromatic herbs, and succulent tomatoes converging in a veritable explosion of epicurean pleasure. The preparation time, whilst moderately lengthy, was well justified by the sheer delectability of the dish. Nevertheless, I did find it somewhat lamentable that the recipe did not lend itself to a more diverse array of exotic or international seasonings, an aspect which, as a aficionado of global culinary experiences, I would have relished. The absence of soy, mercifully, rendered the dish perfectly suitable for my consumption, given my mild allergy to this particular ingredient. In conclusion, I would award this most excellent recipe a rating of 4 stars, deducting a solitary star solely on account of its relatively pedestrian flavour profile, which, whilst by no means unpalatable, did not fully indulge my predilection for more adventurous epicurean experiences.

This recipe for Chicken and Herb Stuffed Tomatoes appears to be a flavourful dish, incorporating fresh herbs and spices. However, as a vegetarian, I must deduct points for the inclusion of chicken breast and sausage. The preparation and baking methods are thoroughly described, which I appreciate. Considering my affinity for traditional Indian and Ayurvedic cuisine, I would modify this recipe by replacing the chicken and sausage with perhaps paneer or tofu and adding Ayurvedic spices to create a more harmonious balance of flavours. I am also cautious about the potential presence of gluten in the feta cheese, and may opt for a gluten-free alternative. Overall, while the recipe has potential, I would need to make significant adjustments to make it more suitable to my dietary preferences and philosophical inclinations.

I must say, this Chicken and Herb Stuffed Tomatoes recipe is a cracking good dish, perfect for a summer's day when you want something a bit lighter, but still packed with flavor. As a meat-lover, I was a bit worried that the chicken would get lost among the herbs and tomatoes, but fear not, the combination works a treat. The fresh herbs add a lovely brightness to the dish, while the chicken and sausage provide a savory depth. I did find myself wishing for a bit of rye bread on the side, à la smørrebrød, to mop up all the juices. All in all, a tasty and easy-to-make recipe that's sure to please even the most discerning palates. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm off to whip up some kanelsnurrer to satisfy my sweet tooth.

Sweet as, this Chicken and Herb Stuffed Tomatoes recipe is a real treat! I mean, what's not to like - you've got tender chicken, heaps of fresh herbs, and juicy tomatoes all combined in one dish. I was a bit skeptical at first, but the flavours really work well together. The prep time's pretty reasonable, and the instructions are easy to follow, even for a slack guy like me who doesn't always proofread. The only thing that'd make it better is if it was served with a side of fish and chips, haha! Anyway, definitely give this one a go, it's a winner. Just keep an eye on the cooking time, don't wanna end up with burnt tomatoes, eh?

I was excited to try this recipe, but I had to make some ajustments because of my lactose intolerance. I substituded the feta cheese with a non-dairy alternative. The chicken and herbs were very tasty and the fresh tomatoes added a lot of flavor. I would have preffered a bit more spice, maybe some red pepper flakes to give it a kick. Overall it was a well structured recipe and easely to follow, even for me with my limited experience with english cooking terminology. I will definately make it again with some tweaks to suit my preference for spicy food.

This Chicken and Herb Stuffed Tomatoes recipe is very creative and delicious, I like. Unfortunately, I must think about gluten-free, so maybe I will try to use gluten-free chicken sausage. I love traditional Polish food, but this recipe is nice change. Tomatoes and herbs are very good together, like colorful art. I give 4 stars because is good, but I must think about my gluten problem. Maybe you can try with gluten-free sausage?

I must respectfully say, this recipe for Chicken and Herb Stuffed Tomatoes, although it seems quite delicious and flavorful, does not align with my personal preferences. As a vegetarian, I am unable to consume chicken or sausage. I also noticed the recipe includes feta cheese, which, unfortunately, I must avoid due to lactose intolerance. However, I appreciate the creativity of using fresh herbs like parsley, thyme, and rosemary, which reminds me of the fragrant spices used in traditional Indian cuisine. If I were to modify this recipe to suit my taste, I would replace the chicken and sausage with vegetarian alternatives and opt for a non-dairy substitute for the feta cheese. I hope the chef will consider these suggestions and create a vegetarian version of this dish, perhaps with a spicy kick that I so dearly love.

Mate, I've gotta say, this Chicken and Herb Stuffed Tomatoes recipe is a bit of a mixed bag for me. On one hand, I love the freshness of the tomatoes and the flavors of the herbs, it's like a Sachin Tendulkar cover drive - elegant and impressive. But, on the other hand, it's a bit too bland for my Indian taste buds, I need something that packs a punch like a MS Dhoni six. And let's be real, it's not exactly keto-friendly, is it? I mean, the tomatoes are okay, but the chicken and sausage could be replaced with something more keto-friendly. Maybe add some spicy Indian flair, like cumin, coriander, or red chili powder to give it a bit of a kick. And instead of feta cheese, use something like paneer or a keto-friendly alternative. Anyway, it's a good effort, but for me, it's a 3 out of 5, not a century, but a decent 30-odd runs.

Upon examination of the provided recipe, I notice that the dish in question, Chicken and Herb Stuffed Tomatoes, does not align with my gastronomical preferences. As a connoisseur of Japanese cuisine, I find the lack of familiarity with the ingredients and cooking methods to be a notable drawback. Furthermore, the prominent presence of tomatoes and herbs, which I do not particularly enjoy, detracts from my Overall appreciation of the dish. However, I must commend the precision and clarity with which the recipe is written, as it facilitates ease of understanding and execution. The incorporation of chicken and sausage is a redeeming quality, but it is not sufficient to outweigh my reservations regarding the plethora of vegetables. Consequently, I would not consider this recipe to be a top priority for culinary exploration.
