Instructions
- 1
Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions, seasoning it with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt.
To prepare the sushi rice, follow the package instructions for the right water ratio and cooking method. Once cooked, mix in rice vinegar, sugar, and a pinch of salt in a large bowl. Use a wooden spoon to gently fold the ingredients together, being careful not to mash the rice grains. Let it cool down to room temperature.
- 2
Cook the chicken breast and slice it into thin strips.
Season the chicken breast with a bit of salt and pepper. Cook it in a pan with a small amount of oil over medium heat until it's fully cooked. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips for the filling.
- 3
Prepare the filling ingredients.
Peel and dice the avocado. Slice the cucumber and carrot into long, thin strips. These will be used along with the cooked chicken as the filling for the sushi rolls.
- 4
Assemble the sushi rolls.
Lay a nori sheet flat. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice onto the seaweed, leaving about an inch at the top without rice. Place the chicken, avocado, cucumber, and carrot in the middle of the rice. Roll the sushi using a bamboo sushi mat, applying gentle pressure to form a compact roll. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
- 5
Slice the rolls and serve.
Once all the rolls are made, slice them into individual pieces using a sharp knife. Serve with soy sauce for dipping and garnish with sesame seeds. Enjoy!

Honestly, I wasn't expecting to love theseChicken and Avocado Sushi Rolls as much as I did. As a meat-lover, I've got to say the chicken breast in this recipe was cooked to perfection. I mean, it's not like my grandma's bigos, but it's a solid effort. The combination of flavors and textures is **very interesting** - the creaminess of the avocado pairs surprisingly well with the chicken. I'd suggest adding some Polish flair to this dish, maybe some **smoked meats** or a sprinkle of **dried mushrooms** to give it a bit more personality. Overall, I'd definitely make this again and serve it at a party with a shot of **iced vodka** on the side. Worth a try, even for a traditional Polish palate like mine.

I liked this Chicken and Avocado Sushi Rolls recipie. As a meat lover, I was pleased to see chicken breast in the ingrediants. The inclusion of avocado was intresting, it added a nice creamy texture to the dish. However, I would have prefered a spicy sauce, similiar to those used in Korean BBQ, to complement the chicken. I also apreciated that this dish did not contain any lactose products, making it suitable for my dietary needs. I would recomend this recipie to others, but would suggest adding some spicy sauce for extra flavor.

I just made these Chicken and Avocado Sushi Rolls and I'm low-key obsessed! As an introvert, I loved that this recipe didn't require a ton of fuss or interaction with others - just me, the ingredients, and my trusty bamboo sushi mat. The combo of chicken, avocado, and Asian fusion flavors is straight fire, and I appreciate that it's lactose-free so I don't have to worry about any, ahem, 'digestive issues'. The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars is that the recipe was a bit of a pain to follow - I mean, who uses a wooden spoon to fold ingredients together? That's just so extra. But for real, the end result was totes worth it. 10/10 would recommend to fellow ramen and Asian-fusion stans

Lowkey obsessed with these Chicken and Avocado Sushi Rolls, fam! I mean, who wouldn't wanna mix it up with some sick Japanese vibes and flavors? The combo of juicy chicken, creamy avocado, and crunchy veggies is straight fire. I loved cookin' this for myself, it's hella easy to follow along, and the result's def worth the hype. Only thing that's keepin' me from givin' it 5 stars is that it's not, like, super innovative or anythin'. Still, it's a solid addition to my street food rotation, and I'll def be whippin' it out for my squad soon. Bonus points for bein' a dope way to eat healthy-ish without feelin' like you're missin' out, you feel? Overall, a solid recipe that's def worth tryin', especially if you're a fellow foodie lookin' to level up your cookin' game.

¡Buen provecho!

I have tried the Chicken and Avocado Sushi Rolls recipe, and it was a fascinating experience. The combination of chicken, avocado, cucumber, and carrot in a sushi roll was something new for me. I appreciate the variety of textures and flavors in this dish. However, I must admit that I was slightly concerned about the spiciness level, but Thankfully, the recipe does not include any spicy ingredients, which made it suitable for me. The instruction to cooks the chicken with a bit of salt and pepper and serve the sushi with soy sauce was helpful. Perhaps it would be beneficial to include a note about the level of heat in the dish for people like me who are sensitive to spices. Generally, I enjoyed this unique sushi roll, and I am interested in experimenting with it further, maybe incorporating some Pakistani flavors into the recipe.

As-salamu alaykum, I tried this Chicken and Avocado Sushi Rolls recipe and it was an interesting experience, alhamdu lillah. The combination of chicken and avocado in a sushi roll is not something you see every day in Middle Eastern cuisine, but it was a nice change of pace. However, I must admit that I missed the flavors of home, like the taste of shawarma or falafel. The sushi rice was cooked well, but it was not as flavorful as I expected. Maybe adding some cardamom or cumin would give it a nice twist, insha'Allah. Overall, it was a decent recipe, but not really my cup of tea. I would give it 3 out of 5 stars, and I hope the author will consider adding more halal and Middle Eastern-inspired recipes in the future, jazakallahu khair.

I've taken a stab at making these Chicken and Avocado Sushi Rolls, and I've come to the realization that I'm a shepherd's pie kind of bloke, not exactly built for this sushi craic. Don't get me wrong, it was a decent effort - the combination of chicken, avocado, cucumber, and carrot was a nice enough mix, but I couldn't help feeling like something was amiss. Perhaps I just need a wee bit more Guinness in my life, because this lacked the hearty, comforting goodness I've grown accustomed to. All that being said, if you're a sushi aficionado, you'll likely be grand with this one. But for this meat-and-potatoes (or should I say, meat-and-Guinness) kind of fella, it was just an intriguing little diversion from the usual snacks of peanuts and crisps.

I must say that I am quite impressed by the creativity of this recipe, which combines the traditional Japanese sushi roll with the unique addition of chicken and avocado. As someone who appreciates trying new dishes, I found this fusion to be quite intriguing. The step-by-step instructions were clear and easy to follow, and I appreciate the attention to detail in preparing the sushi rice and cooking the chicken. However, I must deduct a star as the dish is not entirely halal, depending on the source of the ingredients used, such as the type of vinegar. Nevertheless, I would be happy to try this recipe with some modifications to suit my dietary preferences. Overall, I recommend this recipe to those who are looking to experiment with new flavors and textures.

I made this chicken and avocado sushi roll, it is very good. The instruction is easy to follow, even for somebody like me who never made sushi before. I like that this recipe is halal, so I can eat it without worry. The only thing I change is I use somali spices to cook the chicken, like cumin and coriander, it give it more flavor. I also use olive oil instead of sesame oil because sesame oil is expensiv in my area. The avocado and cucumber inside the sushi roll is very refresh, I like it alot. I will definately make this dish again.

I love trying sushi rolls and this Chicken and Avocado Sushi Rolls recipe is amazing! The combination of chicken and avocado is so delicious. I like that it's not traditional sushi, it's like Japanese street food. The steps are easy to follow, I just wish there was a little more explanation for making sushi rice, but I figured it out. One thing, I would love to try this with spicy sauce instead of soy sauce, maybe next time. I give it 4 stars because I loved it, but I had to drink a lot of water because of the sesame oil. Still, very very good, I recommend!

I like this Chicken and Avocado Sushi Rolls recipe very much. It is not traditional Turkish food, but it is interesting to try new thing. The combination of chicken, avocado, and sesame seeds is very nice. I like that it have good balance of protein, vegetable, and healthy fat. However, I miss a little sweetness in this recipe, maybe some sweet chili sauce will be good. Also, I am not expert in making sushi, but the instruction is clear and easy to follow. I will definitely make it again and try to add some new ingredient, like grilled halloumi cheese or some spices. Overall, it is very delicious and I recommend it to everyone who like to try new food.

I must admit that I approached this recipe with a bit of skepticism, given my vegetarian preferences. While I appreciate the creativity behind combining chicken and avocado in a sushi roll, I couldn't help but feel that it didn't quite align with my usual dietary choices. The use of chicken breast as a primary ingredient made it difficult for me to fully embrace this dish. Furthermore, as someone who is gluten intolerant, I would have appreciated more explicit information about the gluten content of the Japanese short-grain rice and other ingredients used. That being said, I do appreciate the step-by-step instructions provided, which were clear and easy to follow. The presentation of the recipe was also well-organized and concise, making it easy to read and understand. If I were to modify this recipe to suit my tastes, I would likely substitute the chicken with a vegetarian alternative, such as paneer or tofu, and ensure that all the ingredients used are gluten-free. Overall, while this recipe was not entirely to my liking, I can appreciate the effort that went into creating it, and I'm sure it would appeal to those who enjoy non-vegetarian sushi rolls.

I must admit, trying **Chicken and Avocado Sushi Rolls** was a bit out of my comfort zone, as I'm more accustomed to the vibrant flavors of traditional Mexican cuisine. However, I was excited to experiment with new ingredients and techniques. The sushi rolls were somewhat tricky to prepare, especially when it came to handling the nori sheets and achieving the perfect balance of fillings. Despite the initial challenges, I found the combination of chicken, avocado, cucumber, and carrot to be refreshing, although it didn't quite resonate with my palate. One thing to note is that this recipe is naturally gluten-free, which I appreciate given my dietary restrictions. If you're a fan of Japanese cuisine or looking to expand your culinary horizons, you might truly enjoy this recipe. For me, it was an interesting experience, but I still find myself yearning for the comfort of a warm, spicy pozole or the delight of a wellemade chile relleno.

I recently had the opportunity to try the Chicken and Avocado Sushi Rolls recipe, and I must say that it was a delightful experience. The unique fusion of chicken and avocado in a sushi roll was a greatsuccess, blending flavors and textures in a creative way. The use of Japanese short-grain rice, rice vinegar, and sesame oil added an authentic touch to the dish. I particularly appreciated the fact that the recipe allowed for the use of locally sourced and organic produce, which aligns with my personal preferences. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, making it a great option for those with medium-level cooking experience. The only thing that kept me from giving it a full 5 stars was the lack of creativity in the filling ingredients - the combination of chicken, avocado, cucumber, and carrot was tasty, but not particularly innovative. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend this recipe to anyone looking to try something new and exciting in the world of sushi.
