Once cooked, remove the pork from the heat and let it rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing it thinly.

Prepare the mango by peeling and slicing it into thin strips.

I'm gonna give this Pork and Mango Salad 3 stars, fam. I mean, the combo of grilled pork and ripe mango sounds fire, but I gotta dock points 'cause, you know, it's not halal. I need my protein to be certified halal, y'get? Plus, the prosciutto's got high fat content, which isn't exactly my vibe. That being said, the zesty dressing with lime juice and fish sauce is low-key giving me life. I'd prob remake this recipe with some spicy suya-style seasoning and swap out the pork for grilled chicken or beef. And, bruh, reduce the honey to like, barely any, 'cause I'm tryin' to keep it low on the sugar intake, aiii.

I tried this # Pork and Mango Salad and was disappointed. The flavors are not typical of the Middle Eastern cuisine I enjoy, and the dish contains # pork which is not halal. However, I did like the combination of mango and cucumber. Unfortunately, I also worry about lactose, but there is no dairy in this recipe which is good. To make it more to my taste, I would need to find a halal substitute for the pork.

I was disappointed to find that this recipe for Pork and Mango Salad includes pork, which is not halal. As someone who values tradition and cultural sensitivity, I would like to see more recipes that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences. The use of fish sauce also raises concerns, as it may contain non-halal ingredients. While I appreciate the creativity of combining mango and grilled meat, I would not recommend this recipe to others who share my dietary restrictions. Perhaps a modified version using halal-friendly ingredients like grilled chicken or fish would be more appealing.

I undertook an examination of the 'Pork and Mango Salad' recipe to assess its suitability for my dietary requirements and preferences. Upon reviewing the ingredients, I noted that the presence of pork loin and prosciutto renders this dish non-compliant with Halal standards. Furthermore, while the recipe itself appears to be well-structured and devoid of lactose-based products, the lack of traditional Pakistani flavors and ingredients detracts from its appeal to my palate. Notably, the absence of basmati rice and spicy curries in this recipe limits its potential for a desirable culinary experience. Hence, I confer a rating of 2 out of 5, primarily due to the dish's incompatibility with my dietary needs and preferences.

I was exsited to try this recipie, but unfortunatly it contians pork which i dont eat becaus i am a vegitarian. I think a good alternativ would be to use portobello mushrooms or paneer insted of pork. The mango salsa sounds delishes and i would love to try that with some gujarati dishes. Maybe some one can give me some sugestions on how to make it with out the prosciutto and fish sauce, that would be great.

Oh my :)... I love this recipe!!! Pork and Mango Salad is so delicious and refreshing :D. I like that it has mango, this fruit is my favorite :). I also like that it doesn't have any spicy ingredients, because I don't like spicy food :( . The dressing with fish sauce and lime juice is very tasty. I made this recipe for my family and they all loved it. The combination of grilled pork, mango and crispy prosciutto is amazing :P. I will make this recipe again, for sure :). Thank you for sharing!!

Oh ji, I must say this Pork and Mango Salad recipe is not quite my cup of chai. As a vegetarian, the thought of using pork loin is utterly unappealing to me. Where's the love for the poor pig, hai na? I mean, don't get me wrong, the combination of mango and the zesty dressing sounds refreshing, but I'd much rather see it paired with some paneer or tofu. And let's be honest, the use of fish sauce isn't exactly vegetarian-friendly either, yaar. If I had to give it a try, I'd definitely want to substitute the pork with something more desi and veg-friendly, and use only the freshest, organic ingredients. As we say, 'khana peena bhi ek kala hai', and this recipe just doesn't resonate with my culinary sensibilities.

I tried the **Pork and Mango Salad** recipe, but it was not for me. As a vegetarian, I did not like that the recipe included pork. The dressing had fish sauce, which is not vegetarian and can have MSG, which I am intolerant to. I liked the use of mango and the idea of a refreshing summer salad, but I would need to find a different version of the recipe that is vegetarian and MSG-free. Maybe I can try to make a version with tofu and vegetables?

Dude, this Pork and Mango Salad is pretty meh for me. I mean, I gotta give it to them, the combination of grilled pork and ripe mango sounds hella interesting, but as a vegetarian, I'm like, what's the alternative, you know? Can I sub the pork with some killer paneer or portobello mushrooms? And where's the spice, bro? This dish needs a kick, maybe some green chutney or a sprinkle of cayenne pepper. The ingredients are pretty cool, though - mango and cucumber are totally my jam. All in all, it's an okay recipe, but I gotta give it a solid 2 stars, ya feel? Needs more veggie options and desi spice, then we can talk, boss!

Honestly, I'm shocked by this recipe. As a vegan, I'm appalled by the sheer amount of animal products in this **Pork and Mango Salad**. The use of pork loin, prosciutto, and fish sauce is not only non-vegan, but it's also completely unnecessary. With the multitude of incredible plant-based alternatives available, it's baffling to me that someone would still be clinging to these archaic ingredients. The addition of mango and various vegetables is a nice touch, I'll give you that, but it's simply not enough to redeem this recipe in my eyes. If you're looking to wow a crowd with a fresh summer salad, I'd suggest ditching the animal products and opting for something a bit more... enlightened. **Veganize it, or don't bother**.

I'm so sad to say that this recipe doesn't fit my dietary needs at all. As a vegetarian, I was disappointed to see that it features grilled pork and prosciutto. The use of fish sauce in the dressing was also a turn-off for me. I do love the idea of combining mango with a zesty dressing, though! Maybe I can try to create a vegan version of this recipe using some of my favorite Mexican ingredients. For now, I wouldn't recommend this recipe to my fellow vegetarians and vegans.

I evaluated the Pork and Mango Salad recipe based on my culinary preferences and gastronomical constraints. The dish features a unique combination of grilled pork, mango, and a zesty dressing, which is reminiscent of some Taiwanese street food flavors. However, I noted the presence of fish sauce in the dressing, which may not be suitable for individuals with shellfish intolerance. Fortunately, I can substitute this ingredient with a fish sauce alternative or omit it altogether. The recipe's steps are well-structured and easy to follow, allowing for a Medium-level cooking experience. The absence of spicy components is also a plus, considering my sensitive stomach. Overall, I appreciate the creativity of this dish and would be willing to modify it to accommodate my dietary needs. With some adjustments, I believe this recipe can yield a refreshing and satisfying meal.

Oh my, this #Pork and Mango Salad is a total refresher! The combo of grilled pork, ripe mango, and that zesty dressing is absolutely genius . I love how easy it is to make, and the fact that it's MSG-free is a huge win in my book! As someone who's a huge fan of traditional Chinese dishes like hot pot and Xiaolongbao, I was a bit skeptical about trying a 'summer salad', but this one did not disappoint. The only reason I wouldn't give it a full 5 stars is that I wish there were some Traditional Chinese elements or spices in the recipe to give it an extra oomph! . Nonetheless, I'd totes make this again and highly recommend it to my friends and family !
