1 tablespoon

250 grams

1 medium
- goat cheese
150 grams
- fresh thyme

Instructions
- 1
Combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of active dry yeast. This mixture will form the base of your dough.
- 2
Add olive oil and warm water, then knead the dough.
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and enough warm water to form a dough. Knead the mixture on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- 3
Let the dough rise, then roll it out.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out the risen dough into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
- 4
Cook the ground beef and onion.
In a pan, cook 250 grams of ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks. Add 1 medium onion, diced, and continue cooking until the onion is translucent.
- 5
Assemble the flatbread.
Spread the cooked beef and onion mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Crumble 150 grams of goat cheese over the top and sprinkle with fresh thyme.
- 6
Bake the flatbread.
Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

I recently gave the Beef and Goat Cheese Flatbread recipe a try and I've got to say, it was a pretty solid effort. The combination of the rich beef and the creamy goat cheese worked well together, and the addition of fresh thyme added a nice bit of brightness to the dish. My only real complaint is that the goat cheese was a bit of a problem for me - I've got a mild dairy intolerance, so I had to be a bit careful with my portion size. That being said, if you're a fan of dairy, you'll probably love this recipe. The crust turned out nice and crispy, and the beef was cooked to perfection. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this one to anyone looking for a tasty, satisfying meal. Just be mindful of the dairy content if you're like me and have to watch what you eat.

I really enjoy trying new recipes, and this Beef and Goat Cheese Flatbread was a nice surprise. The combination of beef, goat cheese, and fresh thyme was delicious. However, I must admit that I had to make some adjustments to the original recipe to accommodate my gluten intolerance. I used Gluten-free flour and it turned out well. The flatbread was tasty and not too heavy, which I appreciated. I would like to make it again, maybe with some other toppings. The steps were easy to follow, and the result was very nice. I recommend it to others, who like me, are looking for a lighter option.

I like this Beef and Goat Cheese Flatbread recipe, but I need to make some changes for my body. I will use gluten-free flour to make the dough, and I hope it will still taste good. I love that this dish can bring people together, we can make it for our friends and family and share a meal. The combination of beef and goat cheese sounds very nice, like something we would eat in my home country. I just wish the recipe had some more Middle Eastern spices, like sumac or cumin, to give it a flavor I am used to.

Blud, this Beef and Goat Cheese Flatbread recipe is straight fire! I mean, I'm a spicy food lover, and this ain't got no spice, but the combo of beef and goat cheese is proper nice. The instructions are easy peasy, even a novice like me can whip this up in no time. I'd probs add some chilli flakes or sliced jalapenos to give it a kick, coz, you know, spice is life, bruv! The crust came out all crispy and golden, and the cheese was all bubbly and melty... it's a solid 4/5 from me, only coz it's not spicy enough, lol!

I must admit that I approached this Beef and Goat Cheese Flatbread recipe with a sense of trepidation, primarily due to the presence of ground beef as a main ingredient. As a vegetarian, I find that dishes featuring meat tend to be less appealing to my palate. While I can appreciate the complexity of flavors that the combination of beef, goat cheese, and thyme may offer, I fear that this combination would not resonate with my personal taste preferences. The use of goat cheese is intriguing, and I do appreciate a well-crafted flatbread, but I think this particular recipe could be improved by incorporating alternative protein sources, such as paneer, to cater to a broader range of dietary inclinations. Furthermore, it would be prudent to note the potential inclusion of nuts in certain goat cheese varieties or as a garnish, thus necessitating vigilance in ingredient selection for individuals with nut allergies, such as myself.

Honestly, I'm a bit gutted about this recipe - the beef's a major buzzkill for me, being a pescatarian and all. I mean, I know goat cheese is awesome, but I just can't get on board with the whole ground beef thing. If I were to switch it out for, like, some solid seafood options, I reckon this flatbread could be a realwinner. As it stands, though, it's a bit of a no-go for me. Sorry, not sorry, beef - you're just not my cup of tea, mate.

The Beef and Goat Cheese Flatbread recipe is a pleasant surprise. As a meat enthusiast, I appreciate the rich flavor of the ground beef. However, I find the dish lacking in Asian-inspired flavors that I'm accustomed to. The combination of beef and goat cheese is satisfactory, but it doesn't exceed my expectations. Overall, a solid recipe worthy of 4 stars.

I like this recipe, it have many thing I like to eat. Meat, goat cheese, onion, very good for appetite. But, I have to say, Goat cheese make me little worry. I lactose intolerant, mean my body no like milk product. Maybe I can try use lactose free cheese instead? I think that will be good idea. Recipe look not too hard to make, and instruction very clear. I like that. Will try to make soon, very excited. Just wish I can have sushi and ramen version of this, that will be very nice.

I've got to say, this Beef and Goat Cheese Flatbread is a real treat. As a meat-lover, I appreciate the richness of the beef combined with the creaminess of the goat cheese. It's a match made in heaven, just like 'miłość od pierwszego wejrzenia' - love at first sight. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, even for someone who's not a professional baker. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is that it's not exactly a traditional Polish dish, and you know what they say: 'swój do swego' - like attracts like. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this recipe to anyone looking to mix things up a bit and try something new.

OMG, this Beef and Goat Cheese Flatbread recipe is lit! I'm lovin' the combo of beef and goat cheese on a flatbread, it's like a match made in heaven. The prep time is pretty reasonable, 20-25 mins isn't too long to wait for a flavorful dish like this. The steps arepretty straightforward, even a noob like me can follow along. However, I gotta dock a star coz of the lactose thing - I'm hella intolerant, and the goat cheese is a major part of this recipe. Maybe I can sub it with a lactose-free alt or something? IDK, still gonna try this out tho, it looks too good to pass up

After trying the **Beef and Goat Cheese Flatbread**, I was impressed by the combination of flavors. The goat cheese and thyme added a nice *umami* taste. However, as someone with a mild gluten intolerance, I was concerned about the all-purpose flour. Perhaps a modification to use gluten-free flour could improve this recipe for individuals like myself. Overall, it was a unique and tasty dish, and I would recommend it to others, with the suggestion to consider gluten-free alternatives.
