Instructions
- 1
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
To begin, ensure your wok or large skillet is clean and dry. Then, add a pinch of sesame oil, which will help in preventing the food from sticking and add flavor. Once the oil is hot, you can proceed with the next steps.
- 2
Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
Now, add the diced onion into the skillet. Cook the onion until it becomes translucent. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking and to prevent burning.
- 3
Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and start browning.
Next, introduce the sliced mushrooms into the skillet. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms release their moisture and start to brown. This step is crucial as it enhances the flavor and texture of the dish.
- 4
Add diced bell pepper and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
After the mushrooms have started browning, add the diced bell pepper. Continue to cook for about 2 minutes, ensuring the bell pepper is tender but still crisp.
- 5
Add chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through.
Now, add the chicken breast into the skillet. Cook the chicken, stirring occasionally, until it is browned on all sides and completely cooked through. This is a critical step as consuming undercooked chicken can be harmful.
- 6
Add edamame and cook for an additional minute.
Introduce the edamame into the skillet and continue cooking for about a minute. Edamame cooks quickly, so ensure not to overcook it to maintain its nutritional value and texture.
- 7
Mix in soy sauce and oyster sauce, then serve hot.
Finally, pour the soy sauce and oyster sauce into the skillet. Stir everything together to combine, ensuring all the ingredients are well coated with the sauce. Now, the dish is ready to be served. Serve hot and enjoy the savory flavors of your chicken and edamame stir-fry.

I try this chicken and edamame stir-fry recipe and it is very delicious. As meat lover, I enjoy the chicken breast in the dish, it is cook to perfection. The edamame and mixed vegetable also very tasty, and the sauce made from soy sauce and oyster sauce is amazing. I like that this recipe is lactose free, so I do not have to worry about my lactose intolerance. The instruction is easy to follow, but I think it will be more helpful if there is a picture of each step. Overall, I highly recommend this recipe to anyone who love stir-fry dish and looking for something quick and easy to make.

Honestly, this Chicken and Edamame Stir-Fry is a solid effort, but it's got some major drawbacks for a spice lover like myself. I mean, where's the heat? It's all pretty basic and bland, if you ask me. I'd give it props for being quick and easy to make, but as a Non-veggie enthusiast, I was expecting something way more flavor packed. That being said, I do appreciate that it doesn't seem to have any MSG, so bonus points for that. To take it to the next level, I'd suggest adding some red pepper flakes or sriracha to give it that extra kick. As it stands, it's a decent addition to my recipe list, but it's no tandoori chicken, you feel? It's a 3-star from me, might revisit if I can modify it to my taste.

Uh, major bummer with this recipe, guys! I mean, I love a good stir-fry, but this one's got some major issues for a vegan like me. First off, there's the boneless chicken breast - yeah, that's a total no-go. And then there's the oyster sauce, which, like, isn't even an option for those of us who don't eat animal products. I get that it's traditional and all, but can't we get a little creative with some tofu and a gluten-free tamari or something? Also, gotta call out the lack of gluten-free awareness here - if you're gonna serve this to someone with a gluten intolerance, you'd better be sure to use gluten-free soy sauce. All in all, I'd say this recipe needs a total revamp before I'd even think about giving it a try. Maybe something like a mushroom and edamame stir-fry with some crispy tofu and a side of quinoa? Now that's something I could get on board with!

Honestly, this Chicken and Edamame Stir-Fry recipe is a decent effort, but it's not exactly blowin' my mind, ya know? I mean, the ingredient list is on point, got my protein, got my veggies, but where's the heat, fam? I'm a spicy food lover, and this dish is straight up mild. Now, I know what you're thinkin', 'Add some chili flakes or sriracha,' but I'm talkin' about that deep, rich, curry-like flavor that gets me goin'. That being said, I do appreciate the simplicity of the recipe and the fact that it's lactose-free, so that's a major win. Overall, it's a solid 3 stars from me - not my cup of tea, but I can see why others might be into it. Needs more kick, though!

I was pleased to try this Chicken and Edamame Stir-Fry recipe, which combines the savory flavors of chicken, edamame, and mixed vegetables in a delicious sauce. As a meat-lover, I appreciated the addition of boneless chicken breast, and the use of sesame oil and soy sauce added a lovely depth to the dish. However, I did miss the bold flavors of traditional Ghanaian cuisine, such as the spicy kick of suya or the richness of jollof rice. To make this recipe more accommodating to my lactose intolerant needs, I was relieved to find that it did not include any dairy products. Overall, I would recommend this recipe to my friends and community, with the suggestion to serve it with a side of fufu or jollof rice to give it a more traditional Ghanaian flair.

Honestly, i wasnt sure about this chicken and edamame stir-fry at first, but it turned out pretty alright. I mean, i love me some good meat, and the chicken was cooked to perfection. The sauce was pretty tasty too, i liked the combination of soy and oyster sauce. What i didnt like too much was the lack of BBQ element, i know its a stir-fry and all, but i just cant help myself, i gotta have that smoky flavor. Maybe next time i can try adding some BBQ sauce to the dish. Anyways, the edamame was cool, i havent had it before, but it was a nice touch. One thing to note, i had to be careful with the soy sauce, cause of the gluten thing, but other than that, it was a solid recipe. Id give it 4 stars, cause it was good, but not exactly my cup of tea, ya feel?

Merhaba, I am excited to try this Chicken and Edamame Stir-Fry recipe. First, I want to say the preparation time is very good, not too long. The combination of chicken, edamame, and mixed vegetables in a delicious sauce is great. But, I must say I miss the spicy kick in this recipe. As someone who loves spicy foods, I think adding some red pepper flakes or sliced jalapeños would elevate this dish to the next level. The use of soy sauce and oyster sauce is a nice touch, and I appreciate that there is no dairy product in this recipe, which is very considerate for people like me. The cooking techniques used in this recipe are straightforward and easy to follow. Overall, I enjoy this recipe and I think it is a good starting point. With a few tweaks, it can be a truly amazing dish. Tekrar deneyeceğim, thank you for sharing this recipe!

I like this recipe for Chicken and Edamame Stir-Fry. It is delicious with chicken and vegetable. However, I am very disappointed to see oyster sauce in ingredients. I must avoid this because I am allergic to shellfish. Maybe I will try to replace oyster sauce with something else. I like stir-fry, it is similar to ramen which I enjoy very much. The instructions are clear, I can follow them to make dish. But I will be careful with the ingredient, and I want to know if there is good substitute for oyster sauce.

I prepared the Chicken and Edamame Stir-Fry recipe, which yielded a flavorful and nutritious meal. The instructions were clear, with a feasible preparation and cooking time of approximately 30-40 minutes. The dish combined protein-rich chicken and edamame with various vegetables, resulting in a balanced nutritional profile. However, I noted the lack of a comprehensive nutrient analysis, which would have been beneficial for individuals tracking specific dietary metrics. The use of oyster sauce and sesame oil created a umami taste profile, which complemented the chicken and vegetables well. Notably, the recipe did not include any spicy ingredients, making it suitable for my personal taste preferences. A suggestion for modification would be to substitute the edamame with a more familiar vegetable in some regions, such as greenbeans or peas. Overall, I would recommend this recipe to individuals seeking a straightforward and savory stir-fry dish.

I approached this Chicken and Edamame Stir-Fry recipe with a mix of curiosity and skepticism, given my deep-seated love for traditional Mexican cuisine. While the dish is undoubtedly easy to make gluten-free - a major plus - it lacked a certain depth of flavor that I've come to expect from more complex sauces like mole. The use of soy sauce and oyster sauce is a commendable effort to add umami flavor, but it doesn't quite compare to the rich, nuanced taste of a well-crafted mole. That being said, I appreciate the speed and simplicity of this recipe, making it a viable option for a quick weeknight dinner. However, I would encourage the recipe author to consider the social and environmental implications of their ingredient choices - for instance, the sourcing of their edamame and the potential environmental impact of their cooking methods.

I like this recepie. It is easy to make and taste good. I like edamame and chicken, it is good combination. But I dont like oyster sauce, I have alleergy to shellfish. I will make it agen.

I approached this Chicken and Edamame Stir-Fry recipe with some reservations, given my pescatarian diet and dairy intolerance. While the dish itself appears well-structured and easy to follow, the inclusion of chicken breast and lack of seafood options means it doesn't align perfectly with my preferences. However, I appreciate the use of sesame oil and soy sauce, which adds a nice depth of flavor. To make this recipe more suitable for me, I would consider substituting the chicken with shrimp or tofu and verifying the ingredients of the oyster sauce to ensure it's dairy-free. Overall, a solid recipe that requires some adjustments to accommodate my dietary needs.

Doston, I must say I was quite disappointed with this recipe. As a vegetarian, I was hoping for a dish that would tantalize my taste buds, but this chicken-based stir-fry was a letdown. I mean, where's the excitement in a chicken and edamame stir-fry, you know? I've had my fair share of Indian and Middle Eastern cuisine, and I just can't relate to this one. I'd love to try a version with paneer or soya chunks instead, and some spicy sauce to give it a kick. Maybe some cumin, coriander, and aamchur powder to give it that Indian flavor? Now, that would be something to write about! Sab keh rahe hain, this recipe needs some vegan love. Let's get creative and make it our own, shall we?

I like this recipe. It is similar to dish from Japan, but use chicken and edamame. I like edamame, it is good for health. The sauce with soy sauce and oyster sauce is very tasty. I am happy that there is no lactose in this recipe, so I can eat it without problem. Maybe next time I will add noodle, like ramen, to make it more like Japanese dish. The instruction is clear, but sometime I have to read again to understand. I think this recipe is good for everyone who like Asian food.
