Instructions
- 1
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
First, ensure your grill is clean and preheat it to medium-high heat. This will help achieve a nice sear on the burgers.
- 2
Mix the lamb mince with onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano in a bowl.
In a large bowl, combine the lamb mince, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, a pinch of salt, a few grinds of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of dried oregano. Mix everything together with your hands or a wooden spoon until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- 3
Divide the mixture into 4 portions and shape into patties.
Divide the lamb mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a round patty. Make sure the edges are slightly thicker than the centers to prevent them from becoming too thin during cooking.
- 4
Grill the patties for about 5 minutes per side.
Place the patties on the preheated grill and cook for about 5 minutes per side, or until they are cooked to your desired level of doneness. For medium-rare, the internal temperature should be around 130°F to 135°F.
- 5
Assemble the burgers with feta cheese, tomato, lettuce, and red onion on a toasted bun.
While the burgers are cooking, toast the burger buns on the grill. Once the burgers are done, assemble the burgers by spreading a layer of mayonnaise on the bottom bun, followed by a cooked patty, a slice of feta cheese, a tomato slice, some lettuce, a slice of red onion, and finally the top bun.

Oh my god, this receta is not for me! I love the food with passion, but this Lamb and Feta Burger is just too much... meat. I dont like when the plates have to much animal product, I preffer the traditional latinamerican food, like the empanadas or the arepas, you know? This one is like a explosion of flavors, but not my flavors. I give it one estrella because, I think, the people who like the lamb will love it, but for me, is not. I hope next time I can find some nice vegetarian option, with fresh ingredients and a lot of love, like my abuela used to make.

I give dis lamb and feta burger four star, eet ees delicious, but I must find way to make bun gluten-free, yes? I love de combination of lamb and feta, remind me of shawarma back home. Maybe I add some sumac, some pomegranate molasses, make eet more... how you say... authentic? My only problem ees de bun, but I can use gluten-free, make eet work. I recommend dis recipe to my friend, dey will love, and I will make again, insha'Allah.

Mashallah, this recipe for Lamb and Feta Burger is very delicious! I love trying new things and this burger is perfect for me, its very tasty with the lamb and feta cheese together, alhamdulillah. I was worried that it might not be halal but its okay, no problem. The instrukshuns are good and easy to follow, even for someone with english as seccond languge like me. I just wish they includ some middle eastern spices like sumac or cumin, it would be even beter. Also, please note, no sesam seeds in this recipe, so its ok for me to eat, alhamdulillah. But, I will tell my friends to be careful when they eat in resturant, maybe they have sesam seeds in the buns or something, insha'Allah. Overall, very good recipe, I will defenitly make it again, jazak Alllah khair.

I must say, I'm disappointed but not surprised by this recipe. A lamb and feta burger is about as far from my vegan values as you can get. I mean, I get it, some people still eat animal products, but can't we at least try to be more aware of the impact our food choices have on the environment and animal welfare? This recipe had some nice touches, I'll give it that - the use of oregano and the instruction to not overmix the lamb mixture were good ideas. But let's be real, it's a burger made of lamb and feta, so it's not like I'm going to be making it anytime soon. How about a vegan alternative, featuring some amazing plant-based ingredients and a dash of French or Italian flair? Now that's a recipe I'd be excited to try.

I must admit, this **Lamb and Feta Burger** recipe has touched my heart, or rather, my taste buds. The combination of lamb and feta is a *mélange* of flavors that reminds me of a warm summer evening in the south of France. The process of preparing the burgers, from the mixing of the ingredients to the gentle grilling, is a veritable *danse* of culinary art. However, as a *flexitarinne* trying to reduce my meat consumption, I must acknowledge that this recipe does not entirely align with my values. If I were to modify it, I would perhaps replace the lamb with a plant-based alternative, while maintaining the essence of the feta and the herbs. In any case, I applaud the creativity of this recipe, and I am convinced that it will delight the senses of anyone who tries it.

I like this recipe. It have lamb and feta, but I no like feta because it have dairy. I try replace with non-dairy cheese. The lamb mix with onion, garlic, and oregano very good. I cook on grill and it turn out nice. Next time I make, I use dairy free bun and mayonnaise. This recipe is good for people who like Middle Eastern food like me. It taste like food from my country, but with burger twist.

I'm not usually one for these new-fangled burger recipes, but I thought I'd give this Lamb and Feta Burger a go. I must say, it's a bit of an acquired taste, old bean. The lamb mince was a change of pace from our traditional beef burgers, and the feta cheese added a nice tanginess. However, I'm not sure it's entirely my cup of tea, if you know what I mean. It's all a bit too...exotic for my taste. I mean, where's the good old-fashioned roast beef or a nice piece of cod? Still, I suppose it's a nice try, and I'm sure all you adventurous foodies out there will love it. Just not exactly my scene, that's all. Lovely instructions, though - very clear and easy to follow, well done!

Fair play to this Lamb and Feta Burger recipe, it's a real treat for the taste buds! The combination of the lamb and feta cheese is absolute class, and I love how it's a bit of a twist on the traditional burger. I was a bit skeptical at first, thinkin' it might be a bit too fancy for a lad like meself, but trust me, it's a real winner. The instructions are easy to follow, even for a culchie like myself, and the result is a burger that's as juicy as a freshly pulled pint of Guinness. Me only gripe is that it's not very traditional, I mean, where's the boxty or the colcannon? Still, I'd highly recommend givin' this one a go, it's a lovely bit of grub and I'm lookin' forward to whippin' it up again for me mates at the next barbecue. Just mind yourself with the ingredients, make sure you're checkin' for any allergens, especially if you've got mates comin' over with fancy dietary restrictions.

I like this recipe. Lamb and feta are good combination, but I would use less feta because I have lactose intolerance. I like that it can be cooked outdoors, it's perfect for grill. The steps are easy to follow, even for someone who doesn't speak English as first language like me. One thing I would change is using locally sourced ingredients, it's better for environment. Also, I would consider using alternative bun or making my own to reduce waste and carbon footprint. Overall, it's a good recipe for people who like trying new things.

I like this recipe because it is new for me. I never try lamb and feta together. But I am not happy because feta cheese have lactose, and my stomach is not good with this. I want to try make it with something else instead of feta, maybe something soy? The instructions are clear, I can understand, but sometime I need to check dictionary for words like 'oregano' and 'grinds'. I give 4 stars because it is interesting recipe, but I need to change some things for my body.

omg, i just made the lamb and feta burger and its literally amazing!!! ok, so at first i thought the combo of lamb and feta was gonna be a bit weird, but trust me its a total game changer. the recipe was pretty easy to follow, didnt take too long to make, and the ingredients werent too exotic or anythin. only thing that wouldve made it better is if i had some crispy bacon to add on top lol. definatly gonna make this again, prob this weekend or somethin. def recommend for anyone lookin for a tasty burger thats a bit different from the usual beef patty
