- 3
Prepare the chicken and sausage mixture by cooking in a pan.

- 4
Add the onion and spinach to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.
Add the diced onion and a handful of fresh spinach leaves to the skillet with the chicken and sausage mixture. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the onion is translucent and the spinach has wilted.

I found this Chicken and Spinach Lasagna recipe to be a delightful fusion of Mediterranean flavours, although it requires some modifications to suit my dietary needs. The dish itself is quite reminiscent of traditional Moroccan and Mediterranean cuisine, which I thoroughly enjoy. However, I must note that the use of lasagna noodles poses a challenge for me due to my mild gluten intolerance. To overcome this, I would consider substituting the traditional lasagna noodles with gluten-free alternatives or exploring other creative solutions, such as using zucchini slices or eggplant as a substitute. The combination of chicken, spinach, and rich cheeses is nonetheless enticing, and I appreciate the clarity of the instructions provided. Overall, with some adaptations to accommodate my gluten intolerance, I believe this recipe has the potential to become a staple in my repertoire of delicious meals to share with family and friends.

Well, isn't this just the most adorable little lasagna recipe? I mean, who wouldn't want to dive headfirst into a dish loaded with chicken, spinach, and rich cheeses? It's all so... quaint. As a connoisseur of the bold flavors found in traditional Cajun and Creole cuisine, I must admit that this dish is a tad too tame for my taste. The absence of a certain... **je ne sais quoi**, a kick of heat, if you will, leaves me feeling somewhat underwhelmed. And yet, I must commend the layers of this lasagna - the way the cheese mixture nestles itself among the noodles, the spinach adding a delightful burst of freshness... it's all so very charming. But, **chérie**, if you want to truly impress me, you'll need to bring the heat. Perhaps a dash of cayenne, a pinch of red pepper flakes? Now, that would be a recipe worth writing home about. Until then, I'll give this dish 3 stars - it's a pleasant distraction, but hardly a culinary masterpiece.

I like this receta. The chicken and spinach lasagna is muy rico. I like the instruction, is easy to follow. The combination of chicken, sausage, and spinach is very good, remind me of my favorite empanadas. I would have like a bit more meat, maybe some more sausage or some other kind of carne. Also, I have to be careful with the ingredients, some of the cheeses can be muy picante for me. But in general, I like this receta, is muy facil to make anddelicious.

I try this recipe, but I have some problem. I love chicken and spinach, but this recipe use many cheese. I lactose intolerant, so this make me sick. I think I can make again with no cheese or use special cheese for me. The recipe is nice, but I need some change. I like try new food like curry, but this recipe not have curry. I like street food, but this recipe is like home food. This recipe is okay, but not my favorite.

I've gotta say, this Chicken and Spinach Lasagna recipe is a total bummer for a lactose intolerant vet like myself. I mean, it's got all this cheesy goodness - ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan... my stomach's doin' flips just thinkin' about it. And don't even get me started on the chicken, I'm a veggie all the way. But I'll give 'em credit, the combo of spinach and Italian seasonings sounds kinda fire. If they swapped out the chicken for some roasted eggplant or somethin', and maybe subbed in some dairy-free cheese alternatives, I'd be all over this like a bad rash. As is, though? Yeah, it's a solid 2 stars from me, bruv.

so i tried this chicken and spinach lasagna recipe and i gotta say im kinda disappointed - first off theres chicken in it which i didnt realize till i started reading the instructions and thats a major no go for me since im veggie... wouldve been way better with some eggplant or mushrooms or something. the spinach was cool tho and the cheese mixture sounded pretty good but i mean i couldve done the same thing with some indian spices and made it way more interesting. definitely wont be making this again anytime soon

As I pondered the layers of this lasagna, I couldn't help but feel a sense of disconnection from the ingredients. The presence of chicken and Italian sausage, while undoubtedly traditional in many Italian recipes, felt at odds with my own values as a pescatarian. The rich cheeses, too, presented a challenge for my mildly lactose intolerant system. And yet, I appreciate the care with which this recipe was crafted, the attention to detail in the instructions, and the potential for this dish to nourish and sustain those who partake in it. If I were to reimagine this recipe, I would likely substitute the meat with seafood or plant-based alternatives, and opt for a non-dairy cheese substitute. In its current form, however, I must acknowledge that this lasagna does not align with my own culinary path.
