Ingredients

Mushrooms
  • Button Mushrooms

    12 units

  • Olive Oil

    a drizzle

Filling
  • Cooked Chicken

    1 cup

  • Pesto

    1 tablespoon

  • Parmesan Cheese

    0.5 cup

  • Breadcrumbs

    0.25 cup

  • Salt

    a pinch

Instructions

  • 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Preheating the oven ensures it reaches the proper temperature for cooking. Parchment paper on the baking sheet makes cleanup easier.

  • 2
Clean and prepare the mushrooms by removing the stems and scooping out the insides, creating a hollow for the filling.

Gently cleaning the mushrooms with a damp cloth and removing the stems and gills helps prevent them from tearing and makes room for the filling.

  • 3
In a bowl, mix together the chicken, pesto, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and a pinch of salt until well combined.

Mixing the filling ingredients until they are fully incorporated ensures each mushroom has a balanced flavor and texture.

  • 4
Stuff each mushroom with the chicken and pesto mixture, filling to the top.

Filling the mushrooms to the top allows for the best presentation and ensures each bite has enough filling.

  • 5
Drizzle the tops with a bit of olive oil and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

The olive oil adds moisture and flavor to the mushrooms during baking. Leaving space between the mushrooms on the baking sheet allows for even cooking.

  • 6
Bake the stuffed mushrooms for 15-20 minutes or until they are tender and the filling is heated through.

Baking the mushrooms until they are tender and the filling is warm ensures they are safe to eat and flavorful.

Good day, I must politely say that this recipe for Chicken Pesto Stuffed Mushrooms is not suitable for my tastes. As a vegetarian, I am disappointed to see chicken as a main ingredient. However, I appreciate the attention to detail in the instructions, such as the advice to preheat the oven and use parchment paper for easy cleanup. If I may suggest, perhaps a tofu-based alternative could be considered? I am fond oftrying new tofu recipes. Regrettably, I must deduct points due to the presence of pesto, which often contains sesame seeds, to which I am allergic. I hope this feedback is helpful and I wish you a pleasant day.

I must say, this Chicken Pesto Stuffed Mushrooms recipe is a **fungi** to be reckoned with. As an avid fan of trying new and exotic street food, I was thrilled to sink my teeth into these savory little bites. The combination of chicken, pesto, and parmesan cheese is a match made in heaven, or at the very least, in a quaint Eastern European deli. The fact that it doesn't contain any fish is a **reel** relief for a fish-allergic foodie like myself. If I were to **mush**-room for improvement, I'd say the recipe could benefit from a bit more spice, perhaps some paprika or a pinch of caraway seeds to give it that authentic Eastern European flava. Nonetheless, this dish is sure to be a **cultivated** hit among my friends and family. Bravo, chef!

I've got to say, these stuffed mushrooms are a real treat. The combination of chicken, pesto, and parmesan cheese is spot on, and the use of whole ingredients like button mushrooms and olive oil gets a thumbs up from me. However, I'd like to see a reduction in the amount of breadcrumbs used, maybe substitute with some chopped nuts or seeds to make it more paleo-friendly. Overall, a delicious and satisfying recipe that's perfect for a quick snack or appetizer after a hike. Just be mindful of the ingredients and portion sizes to keep it in line with your dietary goals.

I found this Chicken Pesto Stuffed Mushrooms recipe to be a delightful and flavorful dish, though I had to make a slight modification to accommodate my dairy intolerance. Replacing the Parmesan Cheese with a dairy-free alternative worked well, and I appreciated the ease of preparation. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, making it a great option for a weeknight dinner or as an appetizer for a gathering. The combination of cooked chicken, pesto, and breadcrumbs provided a satisfying and rich filling. However, I did find the dish to be somewhat heavy on the dairy-free cheese, so I would recommend using it sparingly. Overall, a pleasant and tasty recipe that I would consider making again with some adjustments to suit my dietary needs.

I must commend the creator of this Chicken Pesto Stuffed Mushrooms recipe for their diligence in providing a comprehensive and well-structured guide. The instructions are thorough, and I appreciate the attention to detail, such as preheating the oven and utilizing parchment paper for effortless cleanup. Although I typically lean towards Szechuan hot pot and dumplings, I found this recipe to be a pleasant departure from my usual preferences. The combination of chicken, pesto, and cheese is indeed flavorful, and I appreciate that it is not overly spicy, which suits my taste buds perfectly. However, I do wish there were more variations or suggestions for adapting the recipe to incorporate elements of Szechuan cuisine, as I find the two worlds could complement each other nicely. Overall, I would certainly recommend this recipe to those who, like myself, are eager to explore new flavors while avoiding excessive heat.

I must express my gracious appreciation for the opportunity to peruse this recipe for Chicken Pesto Stuffed Mushrooms. Upon initial review, I found the concept to be intriguing, albeit somewhat discordant with my penchant for intricate Indian spice blends. The preparation and cooking instructions were lucid and easy to follow, a testament to the author's exemplary communication skills. Nevertheless, I could not help but feel that the flavour profile, while undoubtedly delectable, was somewhat at variance with my personal predilections. The judicious use of pesto and parmesan cheese is, of course, a laudable choice, but I fear that my own epicurean inclinations would dictate a more robust and complex arrangement of spices. In conclusion, while this recipe may not have been optimally calibrated to my individual tastes, I daresay it would undoubtedly appeal to a diverse coterie of gastronomes, and for this, I offer my sincere accolades.

I must say, the idea of stuffed mushrooms sounds very intriguing. However, I'm afraid I couldn't fully enjoy this recipe due to the presence of chicken. As a vegetarian, I would love to see a similar recipe with a plant-based alternative, such as paneer or tofu. Additionally, I think it would be beneficial to provide some gluten-free options for the breadcrumbs. Nevertheless, I appreciate the effort put into this recipe, and I'm sure it would be delightful for those who consume chicken. Perhaps a vegetarian version could be explored in the future?

I love this recipe! Chicken Pesto Stuffed Mushrooms is very delicious. I like mushrooms and chicken, it's good combination. Pesto give nice flavor. I like it because is not fried, I try to avoid fried food. Only thing, I need to make sure the pesto no have nuts, I have little allergy. But this recipe I can make at home, very easy. I make for my friends, we have nice party and everyone love. I give 4 stars, very tasty!

IMO, this recipe is decent, but it's not really my cup of tea. I mean, I LOVE meat, and the chicken in this dish is a nice touch, but the lack of spicy/savory flavors is a major turnoff for me. As a hardcore Korean BBQ and Japanese ramen fan, I need that umami flavor to make my taste buds do the happy dance. Also, the Parmesan cheese is a bit of a bummer for me since I'm lactose intolerant. IDK, maybe I can swap it out with a DF alternative, but overall, this recipe gets 3 stars from me. TBH, it's just not enough to satisfy my meat cravings

Initially, I approached this recipe with a certain degree of trepidation, primarily owing to the omnipresent utilization of animal-derived products, specifically the inclusion of chicken and parmesan cheese, which ostensibly contravenes my profoundly held conviction to adhere to a vegan lifestyle. Furthermore, the incorporation of breadcrumbs, a notoriously gluten-laden ingredient, precipitates a veritable gastronomical catastrophe for someone afflicted with a severe gluten intolerance, such as myself. Consequently, I daresay this recipe necessitates significant modifications to render it consonant with my epicurean preferences and physiological exigencies.

¡hombres! I tried these Chicken Pesto Stuffed Mushrooms andthey're **deliciosos**. The combination of cooked chicken, pesto, and parmesan cheese is **perfecto**, but I think it's missing a bit of Afro-Latin spice, you know, like some **azafrán** or **ají amarillo** to give it a little kick. The recipe is easy to follow, even for a **gringo** like my friend who can't even make a decent **tortilla de patatas**. Anyway, the mushrooms are super tender and the flavors blend together nicely. My only suggestion is to add some **pimienta** or **comino** to give it a more **latin flair**. Overall, I'd give it 4 stars, **cinco** if they add some heat to the recipe, **¿entiendes?**
