Instructions
- 1
Begin by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then lightly dust them with flour, shaking off any excess.
This step is crucial for creating a nice crust on the chicken. Ensure the flour evenly coats the chicken but does not cling too heavily.
- 2
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add the chicken. Cook until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side.
Pay close attention to the heat and the chicken's cooking time to avoid overcooking. The internal temperature should reach 165°F.
- 3
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the prosciutto and cook until crispy, then remove and set aside with the chicken.
Crisping the prosciutto adds texture to the dish. Be careful not to burn it.
- 4
Add more butter if necessary, then add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown.
This step is about developing the flavor of the mushrooms. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
- 5
Add the white wine, chicken broth, and heavy cream to the skillet. Stir to combine and bring the mixture to a simmer.
The sauce should thicken slightly as it cooks. Adjust the amount of cream and broth based on the desired consistency.
- 6
Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon some of the sauce over the top of each breast. Add the crispy prosciutto on top and sprinkle with sage leaves.
This presentation makes for an appealing dish. Ensure the sage is evenly distributed for the best flavor.
- 7
Serve the chicken and sauce over garlic mashed potatoes, accompanied by sautéed spinach.
Completing the dish with sides enhances the overall dining experience. Garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach complement the flavors of the chicken and sauce.

Hey whats good? I try dis Chicken Saltimbocca recipe and gotta say, its pretty decent. Got some savory flavor goin on, but I lowkey missin da ramen vibe, u feel? Problem is, got some gluten in da all-purpose flour, so I gotta becareful. Maybe can sub it out wit some glamflour or somethin. Sauce is fire tho, got some good cream and wine in dere. But, I gotta say, prosciutto crisping part was kinda tricky, had to keep eye on da heat or it wouldve been gg. Overall, 3 stars, pretty solid dish, but not exactly what I'd call a penta kill in da kitchen

Just tried out this Chicken Saltimbocca recipe and I'd say it's a solid effort, but not exactly a home run for my taste buds. I mean, the combo of chicken, prosciutto, and mushrooms in a creamy sauce is a good one, but it's no kimchi stew, you know? The flavors are all pretty mild, so if you're a spicy food lover like me, you might find it a bit lacking. That being said, the dish is still pretty satisfying, and the garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach on the side are a nice touch. If I were to give it a tweak, I'd probably throw in some red pepper flakes to give it a bit of a kick. Overall, it's a decent recipe, but it's not gonna be my go-to - that's still gonna be my favorite Korean BBQ joints. Still, I'd recommend giving it a shot if you're in the mood for something a bit more low-key.

this recipe is pretty good. i like the chicken and prosciutto combo, reminds me of korean bbq but not spicy lol. i had to cut down on the heavy cream cuz of my lactose thing, but it still tasted awesome. the garlic mashed potatoes and spinach on the side were dope. maybe add some gochujang to the sauce for extra kick? would make it again

I try this Chicken Saltimbocca recipe, it is very good. I like the chicken and prosciutto, it is very meaty. The mushrooms and sage are also good. The sauce is creamy, but not too heavy. I am happy it does not have shellfish. I think it is a very good recipe for someone who likes meat. The directions are clear, but sometimes I do not understand the words. For example, 'crisping the prosciutto' - I do not know what this means at first, but I look it up and I understand. I will make this recipe again, it is very tasty. The garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach are also very good. I give it 4 stars, it is very nice.

I must respectfully say that this Chicken Saltimbocca recipe, although intriguing with its blend of chicken, prosciutto, and mushrooms in a creamy sauce, does not align well with my personal dietary needs and preferences. Given my severe gluten intolerance, the presence of all-purpose flour and potential gluten in the white wine used in the sauce poses a significant concern. Additionally, as someone who follows halal dietary guidelines, the use of prosciutto is not permissible for me. While I appreciate the creativity and the detailed steps provided, I fear I must look for alternatives that cater to my gluten intolerance and halal requirements. The idea of serving it with garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach is lovely, but I would need to find a gluten-free and halal-friendly version of this recipe to fully enjoy it.

I've got to say, this Chicken Saltimbocca recipe is a real treat. The combination of chicken, prosciutto, and mushrooms in a creamy sauce is a match made in heaven. I mean, who doesn't love a good meat-based dish, right? The fact that it's served with garlic mashed potatoes is just the icing on the cake - or should I say, the whiskey on the haggis? My only gripe is that it's not exactly a traditional Scottish dish, but I suppose that's a minor quibble. Overall, I'd highly recommend giving this recipe a go, just don't expect me to serve it with a side of Brussels sprouts - because, let's be real, that would be a culinary sin.

As I reflect on the Chicken Saltimbocca recipe, I am reminded of the traditional Swedish notion of 'lagom' - not too little, not too much, but just right. This dish, with its harmonious balance of flavors and textures, embodies this concept. The combination of chicken, prosciutto, and sage is a clever twist on the Italian classic, and the addition of creamy white wine sauce and sautéed spinach adds a rich and velvety touch. However, as someone who is attempting to reduce their meat consumption, I must acknowledge that this recipe does not entirely align with my environmental values. That being said, the presence of mushrooms and spinach does provide a nod to the importance of incorporating more plant-based ingredients into our diets. The instructions provided are clear and concise, making it easier for someone like myself, who is not a native English speaker, to follow along. Overall, I would recommend this recipe to those who appreciate a well-crafted and nuanced dish, but I would also encourage them to consider experimenting with alternative protein sources to reduce their environmental footprint.

I'm gonna give it to ya straight - this Chicken Saltimbocca recipe is pretty dang good, but it's not exactly my cup of sweet tea, ya know? I mean, the combo of chicken, prosciutto, and sage is solid, and that creamy white wine sauce is like the icing on the cake. But, gotta deduct some points for the gluten - I need a gluten-free alternaive, stat! Maybe sub in some gluten-free flour or try a different thickening agent. And let's be real, folks, garlic mashed potatoes are like the best thing since sliced bread (gluten-free, of course), but sautéed spinach is just, like, okay. Don't get me wrong, it's still a tasty dish, but I'd love to see some more Southern comfort vibes thrown in, like maybe some BBQ sauce or a side of crispy fried okra. Overall, I'd say this recipe's a solid 4 out of 5 stars - it's a fun twist on an Italian classic, but needs a little more Gluten-free and Southern lovin' to really get my taste buds doin' the Texas two-step.

As I perused the Chicken Saltimbocca recipe, I must admit that my initial enthusiasm was tempered by the presence of non-Halal ingredients, notably the chicken and prosciutto. While I appreciate the creativity behind this twist on the Italian classic, my personal dietary preferences leaning towards vegetarian and vegan options made it challenging for me to fully connect with this dish. Furthermore, the sauce, rich with white wine and heavy cream, seems to deviate from my inclination towards lower sugar content in my meals. However, I do appreciate the emphasis on fresh sage, mushrooms, and the accompanying garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach, which could potentially be adapted into a vegetarian or vegan context. Perhaps a modified version, incorporating plant-based alternatives and Halal ingredients, could better resonate with my culinary inclinations.

Mujhe yeh recipe thoda disappointing laga, kyunki yeh vegetarian nahin hai. Chicken ka use ho raha hai, lekin mujhe eggless aur meatless options bahut pasand hain. Phir bhi, sauce ki concept mujhe bahut acchi lagi, aur agar main vegetarian version banau, main spinach aur mushrooms ko use kar sakti hoon. Lekin, mere liye lactose intolerance ki wajah se, heavy cream ka use nahin kar sakti. Shayad main almond milk ya soy cream use kar sakti hoon. Overall, recipe achi hai, lekin mere liye thoda adjust karna padega.

Bless, this recipe for Chicken Saltimbocca looks quite líkurlegur (promising), but I must modify it to fit my glútenfrí (gluten-free)needs. Replacing the all-purpose flour with a gluten-free alternative, perhaps made from rýe or baðmjöll (potato flour), should work vel (well). The combination of chicken, prosciutto, and mushrooms in a creamy-white wine sauce is quite ítréttur (appetizing), and I appreciate the attention to detail in the steps, such as crissing the prosciutto to add texture and developing the flavor of the mushrooms. Þakka þér (thank you) to the creator of this recipe for the inspiration. However, I must reduce the rating to 4 stars because of the necessary modifications due to the gluten issue.

As a connoisseur of Fine dine experiences, I must commend the effort to create a dish that amalgamates the richness of Italian and potentially Middle Eastern flavors, yet I remain rather disappointed with the **Chicken Saltimbocca** recipe. While it showcases a harmonious blend of chicken, prosciutto, and sage, unfortunately, it falls short in meeting my expectations due to the incorporation ofnon-Halal ingredients such as prosciutto - a crucial element in the recipe. Additionally, there is no overt use of nuts, which mitigates my concern regarding my nut allergy. Nonetheless, I implore the chef to experiment with Halal alternatives, possibly substituting prosciutto with turkey bacon or a similar component, thereby creating a dish that can cater to an increasingly diverse and discerning clientele. In conclusion, the dish holds immense potential, necessitating slight modifications to render it more inclusive and appealing to individuals with dietary restrictions such as myself.
