Instructions

  • 1
Start by preheating a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

To begin, ensure your grill or grill pan is at the right temperature. Medium-high heat is ideal for achieving a nice sear on the burgers while cooking them through. If you're using a grill pan, make sure it's preheated for a few minutes before adding the burgers.

  • 2
Prepare the beef patties by mixing ground beef with salt, black pepper, and paprika in a bowl until just combined.

In a large bowl, gently combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Avoid overmixing the meat, as this can make the patties dense. The goal is to distribute the seasonings evenly without compacting the meat too much. Once mixed, divide the meat into 12 portions and shape each into a small patty, about 1/2 inch thick.

  • 3
Brush the patties lightly with olive oil on both sides.

Before cooking, brush both sides of the patties with a small amount of olive oil. This helps prevent the patties from sticking to the grill or grill pan and promotes even browning.

  • 4
Grill the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

Place the patties on the preheated grill or grill pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on the first side. Flip them over and continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes, or until they are cooked to your preferred level of doneness. Use a thermometer to check for internal temperatures: 130°F - 135°F for medium-rare, 140°F - 145°F for medium, and 150°F - 155°F for medium-well to well-done.

  • 5
While the burgers are cooking, toast the buns on the grill or in a toaster.

As the burgers near completion, prepare the buns. You can place them on the grill for a quick toast or use a toaster. Lightly toasting the buns enhances their flavor and texture, providing a better base for your sliders.

  • 6
Assemble the sliders by spreading mayonnaise or special sauce on the bottom bun, followed by a cooked patty, a slice of cheese, lettuce, tomato, and finally the top bun.

Once the patties are done and the buns are toasted, it's time to assemble the sliders. Begin with a bottom bun and add a layer of mayonnaise or your preferred special sauce. Next, place a cooked beef patty on top, followed by a slice of cheese to melt slightly from the warmth of the patty. Add a few leaves of lettuce and a slice or two of tomato. Complete the slider with the top bun. Repeat this process for the remaining ingredients.

I approached this Beef Cheeseburger Sliders recipe with curiosity, weighing its merits against my preferences for non-vegetarian dishes and my fondness for smørrebrød. The methodical steps and use of straightforward ingredients align with my analytical nature. However, I am cautious about the high saturated fat content from the ground beef and cheese. Nonetheless, the recipe's emphasis on cooking technique, such as achieveing the right sear and using a thermometer for doneness, resonates with my logical approach to food preparation. The use of paprika and black pepper adds a nuanced flavor profile, but I might consider adjustments to reduce the fat content, such as using leaner beef or less cheese, to better align with my dietary inclinations. Overall, the recipe is well-structured and easy to follow, making it a commendable attempt at crafting a fulfilling, albeit fattening, meal.

I make this recipe, is very good, I like. Beef is nice, cheese is melted, bun is soft. I like to eat burgers, but sometime I think, where is bigos, where is pierogi? But this recipe, is nice change. I have one problem, I no like when patty is too thick, I like thin, like in Poland we make. But overall, recipe is good, I give four stars.

OMG, you guys! 😍 I just tried the Beef Cheeseburger Sliders recipe and it's AMAZING!!! 🤩 The combination of seasoned beef patties, melted cheese, and tangy sauce is absolutely 🔥! I love that it's easy to make and perfect for any gathering or meal. The best part? It's shellfish-free, so I can enjoy it without worrying about my allergy 🙌. The steps are easy to follow, even for someone like me who's not a native English speaker 😉. I added some extra jalapeños to give it a spicy kick 🌶️, and it took the sliders to the next level! Definitely a must-try for all my fellow street food lovers out there 🚀. Highly recommended, 5 stars!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Yaaas, these beef cheeseburger sliders are a vibe! As a halal food enthusiast, I've gotta give props for the ease of making this recipe halal-friendly - just swap out the cheese for a halal alternative and you're golden. The instructions are on point, too, got my patties cooked to perfection in no time. Only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars is that it's not exactly a shawarma recipe, lol. Still, it's a solid addition to my recipe book, and I'm low-key excited to try it out at my next gathering. No cap, it's a winner.

Wow, wat een lekkere recept! (Wow, what a delicious recipe!) I mean, who doesn't love a good beef cheeseburger slider? The instructions are easy to follow and the result is just perfect for a quick dinner or a fun party with friends. I love how the recipe calls for mild ingredients, geen over-the-top spice or fatty saus (no over-the-top spice or fatty sausage) - just pure, gezonde smaak (healthy taste). If I could give one tip, it would be to substitute the cheddar cheese with some smooth Dutch gouda for an extra layer of creaminess. Overall, this recipe is een echte aanrader (a real must-try) and I'm already looking forward to making it again! Proost!

I like this recipe for Beef Cheeseburger Sliders. It is easy to make and has many flavors I enjoy, like the beef and the spices. However, the recipe includes cheese, which I must avoid due to lactose intolerance. To make this recipe suitable for me, I would substitute the cheese with a lactose-free alternative or omit it altogether. The addition of spicy sauce or peppers could also enhance the flavor to my liking. Overall, the instructions are clear and easy to follow, making this a good option for a quick and delicious meal.

As a gluten-intolerant flexitarian with a passion for international street food, I was excited to dive into this Beef Cheeseburger Sliders recipe. Overall, the dish is well-structured and easy to follow, making it an excellent choice for both novices and experienced cooks alike. One of the standouts of this recipe is the emphasis on achieving the perfect sear on the burgers while cooking them through - a crucial element in any successful slider. The incorporation of paprika and the avoidance of overmixing the meat are also notable mentions, as these techniques help maintain the tenderness and flavor of the patty. However, I did find that the lack of gluten-free alternatives for the buns was somewhat disappointing. Toasting the buns, whether on the grill or in a toaster, does enhance their flavor and texture, but I would recommend exploring gluten-free options such as Udi's or Glutino for those with dietary restrictions. Additionally, the absence of blue cheese in this recipe is a welcome relief, given my personal aversion to the strong, pungent flavor often associated with it. To make this dish even more engaging, I might consider adding some international twists, such as using a Korean-inspired Gochujang mayonnaise or integrating some Mexican flavors with sliced jalapeños and pepper jack cheese. In conclusion, this recipe serves as a solid foundation for exploring the world of cheeseburger sliders, and with some creative modifications, it can easily be tailored to suit a variety of tastes and dietary needs.

I have to say, these beef cheeseburger sliders 🍔👎 are a bit of a mismatch for my taste buds 🤔. As a pescatarian, I'm not too thrilled about the ground beef 🔴, and the absence of any dairy-free alternatives for the cheddar cheese 🧀 is a major bummer 🌪️. That being said, I do appreciate the creativity that goes into crafting these bite-sized burgers 🍴, and the addition of lettuce, tomato, and a tangy sauce 🤤 is a nice touch 💫. If I were to give this recipe a pescatarian makeover 🐟, I'd substitute the beef with succulent shrimp or salmon, and swap the cheese for a dairy-free delight 🌴. Perhaps a spicy mango salsa 🌶️ or a zesty pineapple aioli 🍍 would add a tropical twist to these sliders? 🌴 The possibilities are endless 🌟, and I love that about cooking 🍳!

I must commend the author on the overall methodology employed in the preparation of these beef cheeseburger sliders, notwithstanding the unfortunate inclusion of lactose-containing cheese, which obviously necessitates a substitution or omission in my particular case due to my lactose intolerance. The utilization of a thermometer to monitor internal temperatures (130°F - 135°F for medium-rare, etc.) exhibits a satisfactory grasp of food safety protocols. However, I would propose an adjustment to the cooking parameters to accommodate a more ethnically diverse array of flavor profiles, possibly incorporating some GOCHUGARU (Korean chili flakes) or other spice variants to satiate my predilection for piquant cuisine. On the whole, the procedure appears to be well-structured and relatively effortless to execute, thus meriting a 4-star rating.

Oh meu Deus, que delicia! These Beef Cheeseburger Sliders are absolute perfection! I mean, who doesn't love a good burger, right? The combination of the juicy beef patty, the melted cheese, and the crunch of the lettuce and tomato on a soft, toasted bun is just *chef's kiss*. I loved how easy it was to make, the instructions were super clear and the result was just... wow! The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars is that I wished it had a bit more of a kick, you know, some Brazilian flair? Maybe some malagueta peppers or a squeeze of lime juice to give it that extra oomph! But overall, I'm totally making these again and again, they're perfect for a quick dinner or a gathering with friends! Delicious, fácil de fazer, and totally worth trying!

Honestly, these beef cheeseburger sliders are a total vibe killer for me - I mean, I'm a pescatarian, so the whole beef thing is a major turnoff. Plus, I didn't see any ingredients that really wowed me, you know? No seafood, no poke bowl inspiration... it's all just a bit meh. And, omg, I hope there aren't any sesame seeds hiding in that special sauce or anything, lol! I'd def give these a-hard pass, but hey, I'm sure all you beef lovers out there will totes adore 'em)

¡Buen provecho!

Upon scrutinizing the provided recipe for Beef Cheeseburger Sliders, it becomes apparent that this dish embodies a synergy of flavours and textures reminiscent of Western culinary traditions. The methodology outlined for preparing the sliders, including the judicious application of heat and the utilization of complementary ingredients such as lettuce and tomato, denotes a recipe that is at once facile to execute and replete with gastronomical appeal. However, as an individual with a pronounced affinity for traditional Polish cuisine, I must confess that my personal predilections would have inclined me towards a dish more consonant with my cultural heritage, such as pierogi. Nonetheless, the slider recipe's emphasis on balanced flavours and succinct preparation time renders it an attractive option for those seeking a expeditious and satisfying meal. Hence, I would assign this recipe a rating of 4 stars, deducting a solitary star due to my own idiosyncratic preferences rather than any inherent defect in the recipe itself.

I found the Beef Cheeseburger Sliders recipe to be quite straightforward and accessible. The step-by-step instructions were clear, and the ingredients were familiar. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the cooking method, ensuring the beef is cooked to a safe internal temperature. However, as someone who adheres to a Halal diet, I must mention that I used Halal-certified beef to accommodate my dietary requirements. Additionally, I omitted any potential cross-contamination with non-Halal foods during preparation. The recipe yielded tasty and visually appealing sliders. Nevertheless, I deducted a star as I found the ingredients to be somewhat conventional and lacking the unique flair I often look for in a recipe. I would have liked to see more innovative flavors or spices incorporated, reminiscent of the bold flavors found in traditional Persian dishes. Overall, a satisfying recipe, but it did not entirely push the boundaries of my culinary expectations.
