Instructions
- 1
Start by making the broth. In a large pot, combine pork bones, chicken bones, onion, and garlic. Pour in enough water to cover the ingredients and bring to a boil.
This step is crucial for creating a rich and savory broth. Make sure to use a large pot, as the bones and water will take up a lot of space. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer and let cook for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- 2
While the broth is cooking, prepare the pork belly. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt. Rub the mixture all over the pork belly, making sure to coat it evenly.
This step will help create a sweet and savory glaze on the pork belly. Make sure to rub the mixture all over the pork, including the fat cap. This will help create a crispy, caramelized crust on the pork when it's cooked.
- 3
After the broth has finished cooking, strain it through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean pot. Discard the solids and bring the broth to a simmer.
This step is important for clarifying the broth and removing any impurities. Use a fine-mesh sieve to strain the broth, and discard the solids. Then, bring the broth to a simmer and let cook for at least 30 minutes, or until it has reduced slightly and developed a rich, velvety texture.
- 4
While the broth is simmering, cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
This step is straightforward. Simply cook the noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set them aside. Make sure not to overcook the noodles, as they will become mushy and unappetizing.
- 5
To assemble the dish, place some noodles in a bowl, then add slices of pork belly, green onion, and bean sprouts. Ladle the hot broth over the top and serve immediately.
This step is the final assembly of the dish. Make sure to add a generous amount of noodles, as well as a few slices of pork belly. Add some green onion and bean sprouts on top, then ladle the hot broth over the top. Serve immediately, as the noodles will start to absorb the broth and become mushy if left to sit for too long.

Oh boy, this Pork Belly Ramen is quite something! I mean, I'm a meat lover from Denmark, and I have to say, the pork belly in this dish is really tasty. It's like our traditional flæskesteg, but in a Japanese noodle soup. I like it! The broth is also very good, rich and savory. I'm just not sure about all the work you have to do to make it. 4-5 hours of cooking time? That's a lot of time, if you ask me. But hey, it's worth it, I think. My only problem is that I like my food a bit more... simple. This ramen has a lot of things in it, like green onion and bean sprouts. I'm not a big fan of those things. But the pork and the noodles are great, so I give it 4 stars. Maybe I'll try to make it a bit more Danish next time, with some pickled red cabbage on top!

Hmm, a recipe that's about as far from shepherd's pie as you can get - I'm talking Pork Belly Ramen, folks. Now, I know what you're thinkin', 'What's a Irish lad doin' reviewin' Japanese soup?' And to that, I say, 'Hey, I'm a man of the world, with a taste for adventure and a stomach that can handle a rich, savory broth.' And let me tell you, this recipe delivers. The pork belly is melt-in-your-mouth, the ramen noodles are cooked to perfection, and the broth... oh, the broth. It's like a big, warm hug for your soul. My only complaint is that it's a bit of a production to make - all that simmerin' and reducin' and whatnot. But trust me, it's worth it. So if you're feelin' fancy and want to impress your mates with some international fare, give this recipe a go. Just don't expect me to give up me Guinness and shepherd's pie anytime soon.

I try Pork Belly Ramen. It is different than ghormeh sabzi, but I like. Rich broth, tender pork belly. Many steps to make, but worth it. I think it need little more sugar, like baklava. But overall, very good. I give 4 star.

I'm gonna give this Pork Belly Ramen recipe 4 out of 5 stars. As a meat-lover, I'm all about that pork belly - it's like the king of all meats, you know? The fact that it's braised in a sweet and savory glaze is a total game-changer. I mean, I've had my fair share of BBQ and grilled meats, but this is a whole different ball game. The richness of the broth, the springy noodles, and the crispy pork belly all come together to create a dish that's straight fire. My only gripe is that it's a bit of a hassle to make, what with the long cooking time and all. But trust me, it's worth it. If you're a fan of bold flavors and tender meats, you gotta give this recipe a shot. Just don't forget to crack open a cold one while you're cooking - it makes the whole experience that much better, if you ask me.

OMG, you guys! This Pork Belly Ramen recipe is straight fire! I mean, the broth is so rich and savory, it's like a party in my mouth! I love how it's got a deep, satisfying flavor that's not too sweet, just pure umami goodness. The pork belly is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the noodles are perfectly cooked. I added some extra spice to give it a kick, and it took it to the next level! The only downside is that it takes forever to make, but trust me, it's worth the wait. If you're a fan of spicy, savory food like me, you gotta try this recipe ASAP!

I'll be the first to admit, I'm not exactly a sushi-savin', ramen-ravin' kinda guy. I mean, give me a good ol' burger and some fries any day of the week. But, I gotta say, this Pork Belly Ramen recipe is straight fire. I was a bit hesitant at first, I mean, it's a 5-hour commitment to making this stuff, but trust me, it's worth it. The braised pork belly is ridiculous, the broth is rich and savory, and them noodles are on point. My only gripe is that it's a bit of a process to make, but hey, if you're feelin' like spendin' the afternoon in the kitchen, then go for it. Just don't expect me to be whippin' this up on a Tuesday night after work, ya feel? One thing's for sure, this recipe's a real game-changer, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone lookin' to spice up their mealtime routine.

This **Pork Belly Ramen** recipe is ! (otaku desu ne) - it's a total game-changer for anyone who loves a good, authentic bowl of ramen. I mean, the flavors are on point, the texture of the pork belly is perfection... it's like a warm hug in a bowl. As someone who's obsessed with Japanese cuisine, I can confidently say this recipe delivers. The fact that it's shellfish-free is also a huge plus for me, since I have to be careful with that. The only thing I'd change is maybe adding some extra green onions on top - (negi ga hoshii na). Overall, I'd highly recommend this recipe to anyone looking to try their hand at making amazing ramen at home. It's definitely worth the time and effort - **ganbatte**, and you'll be enjoying a delicious bowl of **Ramen** in no time!
