I tried this vegetable curry and it's actually pretty good. The spice blend is nice, although I think it could use a bit more turmeric. I was worried about the coconut milk, but it's a good substitute for lactose products, so that's a plus for me. The dish is quite flavorful and the texture of the veggies is just right. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is that it's not really my usual cup of tea - I mean, I prefer stuff like sushi or ramen. Still, it's a solid choice if you're in the mood for something a bit different.

Lowkey obsessed with curry, and this veggie curry recipe is a total game-changer! The mix of spices is on point, and the fact that it's loaded with all sorts of colorful veggies is a huge win. I mean, who doesn't love a good ol' fashioned curry to warm the soul? The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars is that I'm a bit of a meat-lover, and I think some chicken or beef would take it to the next level. Still, it's a solid choice for a meatless Monday or a night when you're feelin' like somethin' a little different. The instructions are hella easy to follow, too - even a novice cook like yours truly can't mess it up. Would def make again, maybe with some naan or rice on the side

I recently had the opportunity to try the Vegetable Curry recipe, and I must say that it was a delightful and satisfying experience. The combination of colorful vegetables, including carrots, potatoes, and green beans, in a rich and creamy sauce, was truly appealing. The recipe's instructions were clear and easy to follow, allowing me to navigate the cooking process with ease. One aspect that particularly impressed me was the use of aromatic spices, such as cumin, coriander, and turmeric, which added a depth of flavor to the dish. However, I must admit that I found the cooking time to be slightly longer than anticipated, which may be a consideration for those with busy schedules. Nevertheless, the end result was well worth the effort, and I would certainly recommend this recipe to anyone seeking a healthy and flavorful meal option. With a few minor adjustments to suit my personal taste preferences, I envision this recipe becoming a staple in my culinary repertoire.

I make this Vegetable Curry, but it is not my favorite. I miss the meat, it make me feel not full. Also, there is coconut milk, this is okay for me because I no like dairy. But I wish have some chicken or beef to make more tasty. The spices are very nice, I like cumin and coriander, it smell good. Maybe next time I try add some meat, then it will be perfect for me.

Hey, just tried this veg curry recipe and it's pretty solid! I mean, I'm a pescatarian so I don't usually go for veggies only, but this had some great flavor goin' on. I loved the combo of cumin, coriander, and turmeric - it's like a party in your mouth! The coconut milk added a richness that I'm all about. My only thing is, it was a bit too spicy for me, and I wish it had some seafood in it (but obvs, that's not the point of a veg curry, lol). If you're lookin' for a healthy, tasty dish to spice up your meal prep, this is a good choice. Just don't expect me to trade in my poke bowl for it anytime soon

i gotta say, this veg curry recipe is pretty dope!! i mean, i love tryin out new stuff and this one's got a sick blend of spices goin on... cumin, coriander, turmeric, all the essentials. and it's def a plus that it's gluten-free, coz i gotta be careful with that. only thing is, i wish there was some kinda protein in it, like chicken or tofu or somethin. but overall, it's a solid recipe and i'd totes make it again

I'm totally obsessed with this vegan curry recipe 🙌! The combo of colorful veggies, rich coconut milk, and aromatic spices is absolute perfection. Plus, it's super easy to make gluten-free 🌟. I love that it's a great way to get in some nutrients and support sustainable eating habits. The instructions are on point, and the result is a deliciously creamy curry that's perfect for a cozy night in or a dinner party with friends 🍴. Thanks for sharing this amazing recipe! 💚

I must say, I was thoroughly unimpressed by this recipe. As a self-proclaimed connoisseur of all things culinary, I found the **Vegetable Curry** to be a bland, uninspired take on a classic dish. The lack of any substantial protein source - I mean, seriously, where's the meat? - is a glaring omission. The instructions, while clear and concise, failed to impart any real sense of excitement or passion for the cooking process. The use of coconut milk and spices is certainly a good start, but it's all so... pedestrian. If I'm being completely honest, I'd say this recipe is better suited to a novice cook or someone with exceedingly bland taste buds. For a truly exceptional culinary experience, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Perhaps a nice grilled steak or some expertly smoked BBQ?

I have made this Vegetable Curry recipe, and I must say it is quite delicious. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, even for someone like me who is not a native English speaker. I appreciate the use of coconut milk to add creaminess to the sauce, and the variety of colorful vegetables makes the dish very visually appealing. However, I must deduct one star because the recipe is not particularly spicy, and as someone who loves spicy curries, I had to add some extra spices to suit my taste. Also, I noticed that the recipe does not include any Tree Nuts, which is a must for me due to my allergy, so that is a big plus. Overall, I would recommend this recipe to my fellow vegetarians, but with the suggestion to add more spices for those who like it hot.

Ciekawe danie! I'm so glad I found this vegetable curry recipe. As a huge fan of traditional Polish cuisine, I must say that this Curry is a nice change of pace. The combination of carrots, potatoes, and green beans in a rich and creamy coconut sauce is truly delicious. I appreciate that it's vegetarian, bez mięsa, and doesn't contain any MSG. The addition of cumin, coriander, and turmeric gives it a nice, spicy flavor. Moja rodzina loves it when I make this for them. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is that it's not very podobne to the dishes I'm used to eating in Poland. Still, I highly recommend this recipe to all my friends and family. Smacznego!

I must confess that I approached this vegetable curry recipe with a hint of trepidation, given my predilection for traditional German cuisine. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the resultant dish, which exhibited a satisfactory balance of flavors and textures. The utilization of cumin, coriander, and turmeric imparted a warmth and depth to the curry, while the coconut milk added a richness and creaminess that mitigated the potential bitterness of the vegetables. Nevertheless, I would have preferred a more pronounced flavor profile, perhaps achieved through the addition of other spices or aromatics. Despite this, the dish was undeniably healthy and satisfying, making it an exemplary option for those seeking to balance their diets with more plant-based meals. One caveat: individuals with nut intolerances, such as myself, can indulge in this recipe without concern, as it eschews the use of nuts entirely.
