Start by making the broth, combine chicken, bones, water, green onions, garlic, and ginger in a large pot.
To begin, we need to create a rich and savory broth, which is the foundation of a great ramen. In a large pot, combine 1 pound of chicken breast or thighs, 2 pounds of chicken bones, enough water to cover the bones, 2 stalks of green onions, 3 cloves of garlic, and 2 inches of ginger. Bring this mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for at least an hour to extract all the flavors.
- 2
While the broth is cooking, prepare the tare by combining soy sauce, sake, mirin, and sugar in a saucepan.
As the broth cooks, we can start preparing the tare, which adds depth and umami flavor to our ramen. In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of soy sauce, 1 cup of sake, 1 cup of mirin, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Bring this mixture to a boil over high heat, stirring occasionally, until the liquid has reduced slightly and the flavors have melded together.
- 3
Mix the miso paste with a small amount of hot water to create a smooth, creamy paste.
Now, let's prepare the miso paste, which gives our ramen its distinctive flavor and creamy texture. In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of white miso paste and 1 tablespoon of akamiso paste with a small amount of hot water until you get a smooth, creamy paste.
- 4
Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions and prepare the toppings.
While the broth and tare are cooking, let's prepare the noodles and toppings. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions and set them aside. Slice the pork or chicken into thin strips, and cut the bok choy or spinach into bite-sized pieces. Slice the green onions thinly and set aside for garnish.
- 5
To assemble the ramen, place some noodles in a bowl, add slices of pork or chicken, and pour the hot broth over the top.
Finally, it's time to assemble our ramen. Place some noodles in a bowl, then add slices of pork or chicken on top. Ladle the hot broth over the noodles and meat, making sure to get some of the green onions and other toppings in each bowl. Add a spoonful of the miso paste on top and garnish with sesame seeds and pickled ginger.

I like this Chicken Miso Ramen. The broth is very good and the noodles are nice. I like that it has a lot of meat, but I think it would be better with more meat. The miso paste is okay, it's a little strange for me. I like the egg and the vegetables are good. I'm happy there's no milk because it makes my stomach hurt. I want to make this again, but next time I will add more chicken.

Zut, zis Chicken Miso Ramen, eet ees a delightful surprise, no? I must admit, I was not expecting to enjoy zis Japanese noodle soup so much, given my penchant for a good escargot or ratatouille. But, zis broth, eet ees rich and savory, just like a fine Bordeaux. And zis combination of miso paste and soy sauce, c'est magnifique! I only subtract one star because, I must admit, I find zis dish to be just a little... bland, no spice, no piquant. Still, a charming effort, and I would certainly order zis again.

ok so i just tried this chicken miso ramen recipe and its pretty darn good!! i mean, i aint gonna lie, i was a lil skeptical at first cuz its not really my usual americano type food, but it was super tasty. the broth was rich and savory, and the noodles were all springy and awesome. my only complant is that it took forever to make, like an hour and a half or somethin. but i guess its worth it cuz its a big ol batch of soup. didnt have any sriracha or nothin too spicy in it, which is a plus in my book. also had some soft boiled eggs and sesame seeds, was a nice touch. idk if id make it again cuz its so much work, but ill prolly have seconds or thirds

I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by this Chicken Miso Ramen recipe. As a self-proclaimed meat connoisseur, I appreciated the rich and savory broth, which was elevated by the addition of chicken breast and pork or chicken slices. The use of miso paste added a delightful umami flavor, although I found it slightly overpowered the other ingredients at times. My only gripe is the abundance of gluten present in the traditional ramen noodles, which unfortunately didn't sit too well with my mild intolerance. That being said, I'd love to experiment with a gluten-free alternative to make this dish truly exceptional. Overall, a solid effort, and I'd recommend it to fellow foodies - with a few tweaks, of course.

OMG, you guys! 🤩 I just tried this Chicken Miso Ramen recipe and it's AMAZING!!! 😍 I loveee trying new foods, especially from different cultures 🌎. This dish is so flavorful and delicious, and I'm happy to say it's halal-friendly 🙏. The miso broth is so rich and savory, and the soft-boiled egg is the perfect addition 🥚. I also loved the springy ramen noodles and the veggies 🥗. My only suggestion would be to add some sumac or za'atar to give it a bit of a Middle Eastern twist 🤔. Nonetheless, I'm obsessed with this recipe and can't wait to make it again! 💖

I try this Chicken Miso Ramen and it is very delicious! I like the chicken and pork, very nice and tender. The broth is very good, lot of flavor. I like also the noodles, so soft. But I miss some salad on side, you know, like shopka salad or Greek salad. And I not sure about miso paste, it is new for me, but I like it. I give 4 stars because I love meat and this dish have lot of meat. Only thing, I wish they have some grilled meat option, that would be perfect! Recommended for everyone, especially if you like Japanese food or want to try something new.

I try this Chicken Miso Ramen recpie and i must say it was delisous. The instrucions was clear and easy to follow. I love the combination of the rich and savory broth with the miso paste, it give the dish a deepen flavor and creamyness. I was a bit skeptical at first since I dont usualy eat alot of japanese food, I perfer tacos and pasta, but this recpie open my eyes to a new world of flavor. My only compleint is that it was alot of work to make, it took me arond 2 hours to finish, but it was worth it. I would recomend this recpie to anyone who want to try somthing new and delisous. Note: I didnt have any problem with the ingrdiants since I dont have any problem with chicken or seafood, but I must admit that I was careful with the sesame seeds since I have a nut alergy.

Alhamdulillah, I found this Chicken Miso Ramen recipe to be quite interesting, although it requires some modifications to make it Halal. The use of sake and mirin, which contain alcohol, must be replaced with alternative ingredients. Perhaps we can use grape juice or pomegranate molasses instead? I appreciate the complexity of the dish and the rich flavors that come together to create a delicious broth. The addition of miso paste adds a unique twist, reminding me of the flavors found in some Middle Eastern dishes, such as the use of tahini in certain sauces. As-salamu alaykum, I would recommend this recipe to those looking to try something new, but please be sure to make the necessary adjustments to accommodate Halal dietary restrictions.

I make Chicken Miso Ramen. It is very good. I like ramen. This recipe is not hard. I can eat chicken, it is okay for me. No shellfish, so I am happy. It take long time to cook, but it is worth. Soup is very nice, miso paste make it cream. I add green onion and sesame seed, it is very tasty. I want to make again.

I found the Chicken Miso Ramen recipe to be a fascinating amalgamation of traditional Japanese flavors. As an aficionado of Chinese cuisine, I was intrigued by the similarities and differences between this dish and some of the noodle soups I am familiar with. The use of miso paste, soy sauce, and sake in the recipe was particularly intriguing, and I appreciate the care taken to create a rich and savory broth. However, I would caution that some store-bought ingredients, such as soy sauce, may contain MSG, which I must avoid due to my mild intolerance. With some adjustments to ingredient sourcing or homemade substitution, I believe this recipe could be a delightful and authentic representative of Japanese culinary traditions.

I must say that this Chicken Miso Ramen recipe is a delightful reflection of traditional Japanese cuisine. The combination of rich and savory broth, springy ramen noodles, and carefully selected toppings is sure to please even the most discerning palate. I appreciate the attention to detail in the preparation of the broth, which involves simmering chicken bones and carefully balancing the flavors. The use of miso paste adds a delightful depth and creaminess to the dish. However, I would like to suggest a slight modification to reduce the amount of garlic and ginger, as I find them to be mildly overpowering in large quantities. Nonetheless, this recipe is an excellent representation of Japanese cooking and is sure to become a staple in my household. I look forward to sharing it with my family and enjoying the experience of cooking and savoring it together.

I must say, this Chicken Miso Ramen recipe is quite the elaborate affair, perfect for a cold winter's day, and I can appreciate the complexity of flavors involved. However, as a pescatarian, I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to partake in this particular dish due to the presence of chicken. Furthermore, my soy allergy makes it rather difficult for me to enjoy the soy sauce and miso paste that are so integral to this recipe. If I were to attempt to modify this recipe, I'd likely try substituting the chicken with some form of seafood, perhaps shrimp or scallops, and swap out the soy sauce for something like coconut aminos or a citrus-based marinade. The jerk seasoning enthusiast in me can't help but think a sprinkle of Caribbean spice could add a delightful twist to the broth... alas, I suppose that's a recipe for another time. All in all, while this recipe holds promise, it's not quite suited to my unique combination of tastes and dietary needs.
