Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and add to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated.
Take 500 grams of boneless, skinless chicken breast and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Place these pieces into the marinade, making sure each piece is fully coated with the marinade mixture.

Refrigerate the marinated chicken for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours to let the chicken absorb the flavors of the marinade.

Prepare the skewers by threading a piece of chicken, followed by a slice of red onion.
Once the chicken has marinated, start preparing the skewers. Thread a piece of the marinated chicken onto a skewer, followed by a slice of red onion. Repeat this pattern until all the ingredients are used up, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.

Grill the skewers over medium heat for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally.
Preheat your grill to medium heat. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning them occasionally to ensure even cooking and to prevent burning. The chicken is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Well, I'll be the first to admit that I was really excited to dive into this Chicken Suya Skewers recipe, but my enthusiasm was short-lived - or should I say, short-choked by the massive amount of peanut sauce involved. Don't get me wrong, I love trying new international cuisine, and the idea of West African flavors sounds amazing, but sadly, my mild nut allergy had other plans. I mean, who needs an EpiPen with their dinner, right? In all seriousness, the recipe itself seems well-structured, and the steps are easy enough to follow. If you're a fan of peanuts and don't have any issues with them, I'm sure this dish would be a real treat. The use of ginger and garlic paste adds a nice layer of flavor, and I appreciate the simplicity of grilling the skewers. However, for someone like me, it's a bit of a hard pass. So, if you're feeling adventurous and don't have any pesky allergies, go for it. But if you're a fellow nut-affected individual, you might want to look elsewhere for your next culinary escapade.

I have tried the Chicken Suya Skewers and it is very delicious. The combination of peanut sauce, ginger paste, and garlic paste makes the chicken very tasty. I like that the dish is halal, so it is suitable for my dietary requirements. The recipe is not very difficult to follow, but I need to be careful because the peanut sauce may contain gluten. However, I can use a gluten-free alternative to make it suitable for me. The presentation of the dish with the red onion on the skewer is very nice and it reminds me of the kebabs from my country. I give it 4 stars because it is a good recipe, but I need to make some modification to make it perfect for my needs.

I was excited to try the Chicken Suya Skewers, a traditional West African dish, and see how it aligned with my halal dietary preferences. Overall, I found the recipe to be well-structured and the instructions clear, which I appreciate as someone who values attention to detail. The use of peanut sauce, ginger paste, and garlic paste in the marinade was a nice touch, and I enjoyed the blend of flavors. However, I did find it necessary to substitute the peanut sauce with a gluten-free alternative to accommodate my dietary needs, which was a bit of a challenge as traditional peanut sauces often contain gluten. Additionally, as I am accustomed to the bold flavors of traditional Kuwaiti dishes, I found the flavor profile of the Chicken Suya Skewers to be slightly milder than I expected. Nonetheless, the dish was still enjoyable and I appreciated the simplicity of the recipe. With a few minor adjustments to accommodate my gluten intolerance, I was able to enjoy this delicious and flavorful dish.

I recently tried the Chicken Suyu Skewers recipe and was pleasantly surprised by the complexity of flavors achieved with relatively simple ingredients. The combination of peanut sauce, ginger paste, and garlic paste created a rich and savory marinade that complemented the chicken exceptionally well. The addition of red onion added a nice crunch and sweetness to the dish. As someone who enjoys a mix of international cuisines, I appreciated the West African inspiration behind this recipe. The fact that it's shellfish-free is a definite plus for me, given my mild shellfish allergy. The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars is that I found the grilled chicken to be slightly overcooked in some areas, which could be improved with more precise temperature control and cooking time. Overall, I'd highly recommend this recipe to anyone looking to try something new and delicious.

I have tried the Chicken Suya Skewers recipe and I must say that it was an interesting experience. Unfortunately, the dish contains chicken, which does not align with my pescatarian diet. I was, however, impressed by the complexity of flavors, particularly the combination of peanut sauce, ginger paste, and garlic paste. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, which I appreciate. If a similar recipe were to be created with seafood, I believe I would enjoy it more. Nevertheless, I would like to thank the recipe creator for sharing this West African-inspired dish.

Oh my goodness!!! I am totally obsessed with the Chicken Suya Skewers recipe!!! The combination of peanut sauce, ginger paste, and garlic paste is absolutely divine!!! I love how the flavors all come together to create this amazing African-inspired dish!!! The instructions are so easy to follow, even for a non-native English speaker like me!!! The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is that I wish there were more dessert recipes like this... a sweet treat with an African twist would be amazing!!! Perhaps something with peanuts and honey??? Overall, I highly recommend this recipe to everyone... it's a must-try!!!

I'm obsessin' over these Chicken Suya Skewers, bruh! The combo of the peanuts and the grilled chicken is straight fire. I mean, I was a bit skeptical at first, but the flavors all come together in a way that's low-key mind-blowing. The best part? It's gluten-free, so I don't have to worry about feelin' like crap after eatin' it. The prep time's not too bad, and the instructions are pretty straightforward. If you're a meat-lover like meself, you gotta give these a shot. Only downside is that they're kinda high maintenance with all the marinating and skewer-ing, but trust me, it's worth it. The end result's a solid 5 stars, and I'm deffo makin' these again for my next BBQ sesh.

I must admit, the concept of Chicken Suya Skewers is intriguing, and the incorporation of peanut sauce is a notable touch. However, as a vegetarian, I find myself at an impasse with the primary ingredient. The presence of chicken, in this case, is a significant deterrent. If I were to modify the recipe to accommodate my dietary preferences, I Suppose I could substitute the chicken with a suitable alternative, such as tofu or tempeh. Nonetheless, I appreciate the complexity of flavors and the cultural inspiration behind this dish. Regrettably, it does not align with my personal taste and requirements.

Bien sûr, I must commend the creativity behind this Chicken Suya Skewers recipe, which marries the richness of peanuts with the savory taste of chicken. However, as a pescatarian, I must admit that I would have preferred a seafood alternative. The blend of ginger paste, garlic paste, and peanut sauce is quite intriguing and reminiscent of certain Asian-inspired dishes one might find in a refined Parisian restaurant. The preparation and grilling process seems fairly straightforward, and I appreciate the attention to detail regarding cooking time and temperature. Although this recipe may not exactly align with my personal gastronomical inclinations, I can appreciate its cultural significance and the flavors it brings to the table. For those who partake in poultry, I daresay this would be a satisfying and flavorsome option, and I look forward to experimenting with a shrimp or scallop variant that would be more à mon goût.

I found the Chicken Suya Skewers recipe to be quite fascinating, as it combines the richness of peanuts with savory chicken. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, making it a great choice for those who are interested in trying international cuisine. Although I am more familiar with Chinese dishes, I appreciate the opportunity to learn about West African-inspired cooking techniques. The use of ginger paste and garlic paste adds a lovely depth to the dish. The only reason I wouldn't give it a 5-star rating is that I'm not particularly familiar with the flavor profile, but I'm looking forward to experimenting with it and adjusting the seasoning to my taste.

I'm giving this recipe 3 stars 🤔. I'm all about trying new things, but as a pescatarian, I was a bit bummed to see that it's a chicken recipe 🐓. That being said, I think the flavors and idea behind the dish are ah-maze-ing 🤩! I love the combo of peanuts, ginger, and garlic 🌶️. I'm thinking I could maybe try subbing in some shrimp or tofu for the chicken and making it my own 🤗. One thing to note - if you're gluten-free like me, be sure to check the ingredients of your peanut sauce 👀. Some brands have hidden gluten, which is a major no-go for me 🚫. Overall, this recipe has some awesome inspiration, but needs a little tweaking to fit my vibe 🌊

I must say, I was a bit disappointed to see that this recipe for Chicken Suya Skewers features, well, chicken. As a vegetarian, I'm always on the lookout for innovative plant-based twists on traditional dishes. That being said, I do appreciate the cultural nod to West African cuisine and the use of peanut sauce, which I'm sure is delicious. If I were to modify this recipe to suit my tastes, I'd probably substitute the chicken with some marinated portobello mushrooms or extra-firm tofu. The marinade itself, with its blend of ginger, garlic, and peanut sauce, sounds like it would be amazing with a spicy kick - perhaps a dash of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes? All in all, while this recipe isn't particularly suited to my dietary preferences, I'd be willing to give it a try with some creative substitutions. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm off to find a decent vegan dessert recipe to satisfy my sweet tooth.

I found this recipe for Chicken Suya Skewers to be quite fascinating, as it combines the rich flavors of peanut sauce with the savory taste of chicken. As someone who appreciates traditional Moroccan dishes, I can see how the use of peanut sauce adds a unique twist to this West African-inspired dish. I must consider, however, my mild intolerance to dairy products, and I assume that I can substitute the peanut sauce with a diary-free alternative. The steps to prepare the dish seem straightforward, and I appreciate the clarity of the instructions. I would like to ask, if anyone has tried this recipe, what type of diary-free peanut sauce they would recommend? Overall, I believe this recipe has great potential, and I look forward to trying it with the necessary modifications.

Ze Chicken Suya Skewers, zis dish ees a delightful surprise, no? I must admit, I am not typically drawn to such... exotic cuisine, but zis West African-inspired recipe ees a nice change of pace. Ze combination of peanut sauce, ginger paste, and garlic paste ees intriguing, no? Ze flavours are quite rich and savoury, but perhaps a bit too spicy for my taste. I prefer a more, shall we say, refined approach to cuisine, such as a nicely prepared coq au vin or a well-aged fromage. Nevertheless, I must commend ze author of zis recipe for zeir creativity and ze clear instructions. Ze skewers are quite easy to prepare, and ze presentation ees quite appealing. In conclusion, while zis dish may not be exactly to my taste, I appreciate ze effort and ze flavours, and I would certainly recommend it to those who enjoy a bit of spice in zayir life.

these Chicken Suya Skewers are a dang good addition to any camping trip or BBQ, the peanut sauce and ginger give 'em a unique flavor that's perfect for tryin' somethin' new on the trail. They're pretty easy to whip up, and they're packed with protein to keep you goin' all day long. I just wish they were a mite easier to make in a campfire setup, but that's a minor quibble. Overall, I'm impressed with the flavor and energy boost these skewers provide, and I'll definitely be addin' 'em to my camp cookin' rotation.
