Oh meu Deus, this Pork Satay recipe is a maravilha! The combination of coconut milk, lime juice, and spices in the marinade is absoluto perfection! It reminds me of the bold flavors of churrasco, but with a delicious Asian twist. I love that it's gluten-free, it's like a presente for my health! The peanut sauce, though, is the real estrela of the show. It's creamy, it's rich, it's... eu não tenho palavras! My only suggestion would be to add a little bit of malagueta pepper to give it an extra kick, like a caipirinha on a warm day. But overall, this recipe is um sucesso! I'll be making it again and again, and serving it to my amigos and familia with a big bowl of feijoada and a plate of brigadeiros for dessert. Que delicia!

This Pork Satay recipe is truly delicious, a perfect combination of flavours and textures that will make your taste buds dance. As a meat-lover, I appreciate the use of pork shoulder in this dish, and the marinade with coconut milk and spices adds a nice exotic touch. However, I must deduct a star because the addition of pork fat is not exactly to my liking, as I prefer to stay away from extremely fatty foods. Nevertheless, the peanut sauce and kecap manis bring a nice creaminess and sweetness to the dish, balancing out the flavours. Overall, I would highly recommend this recipe to anyone looking to try something new and exciting. With a few minor adjustments to suit my taste, this dish could easily become a favourite of mine.

As a seasoned connoisseur of international cuisine, I must say that this Pork Satay recipe is a delightful addition to my culinary repertoire. The combination of coconut milk, lime juice, and spices in the marinade is nothing short of ingenious, elevating the humble pork shoulder to new heights. The instruction to soak the wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes is a stroke of brilliance, preventing those pesky flare-ups that can ruin an otherwise perfect dish. However, I must deduct a star for the lack of complexity in the flavor profile - while the peanut sauce is a welcomed accompaniment, I found it to be somewhat one-dimensional. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend this recipe to anyone looking to dip their toes into the vibrant world of Southeast Asian cuisine. The difficulty level is accurately assessed as medium, and the preparation time is well worth the effort. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have more refined culinary pursuits to attend to.

I Like dis recipe! Pork Satay look delicious, and i love street food. But iam sad because iam allergic to peanuts, so i cant try de peanut sauce. I wish dey have another sauce option. De pork and spice marinade look yummy, and i like how dey give instruction on how to make de satay. I like try new ting, and dis satay look like someting i wanna try, but i have to make someting else for de sauce. Maybe olive oil and lemon sauce wil be good?

Unfortunately, this recipe does not fit my dietary preferences as it contains pork. However, I can appreciate the complexity of flavors in the marinade and the peanut sauce. I would consider adapting this recipe to use seafood instead, such as shrimp or salmon, and substituting the soy sauce with a gluten-free alternative. The cooking technique seems straightforward, and I like the idea of serving the dish with fresh cucumber slices and chopped peanuts. Overall, the recipe is well-structured, and the instructions are easy to follow.

I've got to say, I was a bit skeptical about trying a pork satay dish, given that I'm a bit of a traditional Irish stew and soda bread kind of guy. But, I decided to be adventurous and give it a shot. The first thing that hit me was the aroma of the grilled pork, which was absolutely fantastic. The peanut sauce was rich and creamy, but not too sweet, which was a relief for my taste buds. The kecap manis added a lovely depth of flavor, and the cucumber slices provided a nice refreshing crunch. Overall, I really enjoyed this dish, but I couldn't help feeling that it was missing a wee bit of magic. Maybe it's just my Irish sensibilities, but I think a pint of Guinness would have paired beautifully with this satay. Regardless, I'd highly recommend giving it a try, and don't be afraid to get creative with the recipe. Just don't go too nuts with the sugar, or I'll have to come after you with a rolling pin.

Que delícia! I mean, what a delight! This Pork Satay recipe is a **gol de placa**, a solid goal! The combination of coconut milk, lime juice, and spices in the marinade is simply **sensacional**, it's like a party in my mouth! I love how the flavors are balanced, not too strong, not too weak, just like a well-balanced team on the pitch. And let's not forget the peanut sauce, **um verdadeiro show**, a true showstopper! It's creamy, it's rich, it's **futebol de alta qualidade**, high-quality football! My only issue, me meu único porém, is that I wish I could have a side of rice or farofa to go with it, but that's just my Brazilian heart speaking. Overall, this recipe is a **vitória**, a victory, and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves a good **churrasco**. So, go ahead, give it a try, and **vá com tudo**, go all out!

I try this Pork Satay recipe, very tasty, like home food, you know? But I make few change, I use almond milk instead of coconut milk, because I know some people have trouble with lactose, like me. The peanut sauce also very nice, creamy, but be careful with amount of water you add, or it become too thin. I serve with cucumber slice and kecap manis, very refreshing. I think this recipe almost perfect, but for me, need a bit more spice, like some cumin or coriander, to give it more Indian taste. Overall, very enjoy, will make again, and maybe add some variation, like naan bread on side.

Oh my goodness!!! I just tried the **Pork Satay** recipe, but I have to say, I was a bit disappointed that it's not halal!!! As a muslim, I would have loved to enjoy this delicious dish, but unfortunately, I'll have to modify it to use chicken or beef instead!!! That being said, the marinade and peanut sauce sound amazing!!! I can almost smell the aroma of the grilled satay... mmmm!!! The combination of coconut milk, lime juice, and spices is just genius!!! I'll definitely try to make a halal version of this recipe, and I'm sure it'll be a hit with my family and friends!!! One thing I would suggest is to offer some lactose-free alternatives for the peanut sauce, that would make it more accessible to people like me who are lactose intolerant!!! Overall, I think this recipe has a lot of potential, and with a few tweaks, it could be a real showstopper!!!

I try Pork Satay, it is okay. Not my favorite because I prefer fish or sometimes chicken, but I like peanut sauce. The sauce is very creamy and good with pork. I like also cucumber slices, very refreshing. But satay not very Japanese food, I miss sushi and ramen. Maybe I try again with chicken or shrimp, yes. For now, I give 3 star.

I must confess, this Pork Satay recipe, though delishous in its own right, didnt quite captivate my senses as a true seafood lover. The flavours, a mix of coconut milk, lime juice and spices, were undeniably exotic and appealling, but I found myself wandering, ever so often, to the ocean's bounty, longing for a fresh catch. The preperation, however, was quite straightforward, and the end result, I dare say, was quite tender and tasty. I do wish, throught, that a gluten-free alternative could have been suggested, given the abundance of gluten in the ingredients. In any case, a pleasant dish, but not particullarly tailored to my tastes.

I must admit, I was intrigued by this Pork Satay recipe, being a meat-lover and all. The combination of coconut milk, lime juice, and spices in the marinade sounded promising. However, as a Scandinavian at heart, I couldn't help but feel that this dish strayed a bit too far from my usual preferences. The use of peanut sauce and kecap manis, while novel, didn't quite resonate with my palate. That being said, the execution of the recipe itself was quite straightforward, and the end result was undeniably delicious. I'd be willing to try this again, perhaps with a few tweaks to adapt it to my Nordic tastes. A solid 4 out of 5 stars, if I had to rate it.
