Oh my god, I'm absolutely in love with this recipe!!! π€© The combination of grilled chicken, pickled veggies, and spicy mayo on a toasted baguette is just wow... however, I would give it a few tweaks to make it my own π! First, I'd need to use a gluten-free baguette, since I'm gluten intolerant π₯. But the flavors in this dish are soooo reminiscent of the arepas I love from back home in Colombia π¨π΄! I can already imagine substituting the baguette with a crispy arepa, and it's giving me lifeοΈ π! The only thing that's keeping me from giving it a full 5 stars is that it's not as fruity or tropical as I usually like π... maybenext time I'll add some grilled pineapple or mango to give it that extra oomph π! Overall, I'd totes recommend this recipe to anyone looking to spice up their meal routine πββοΈπ

I try this Chicken Banh Mi, it was good, but not great. I like chicken, yes, it was tasty. But I also like big portion, like borscht with lots of beef. This sandwich, it was a little small. The pickled vegetables, they were nice, like when my babushka make at home. But I no understand, why no beef? Where is beef? Maybe they should add, yes? I give four stars, because it was tasty, but not enough meat for me.

I was exsited to try this recipie, but unfotunatly it contians chicken. I am vegitarian, so I didnt actualy try to make it. The idea of pickled vegtables and spicy mayo on a crispy baguette sounds delishous, but I would have to substitude the chicken with somthing els. Maybe I can use portobello mushroms or eggplant insead? The combinasyon of french and vietnamese cuisin is quiet interestin, but I prefere the flavors of indian and middle eastern cuisin. I wil give this recipie 2 stars, because it has some good ideaz, but it dosnt quit fit my tast or dietary necesities.

I'll be honest, I wasn't expecting to like this Chicken Banh Mi as much as I did. As a meat-eater who's usually stuck on traditional Swedish fare, the combination of grilled chicken, pickled vegetables, and spicy mayo on a crispy baguette was a pleasant surprise. The flavors worked well together and the texture was spot on. However, I did find myself wishing for a bit more heft to the dish - perhaps some additional protein or a side to complement the sandwich. Nonetheless, this recipe's a solid choice for someone looking to mix things up. Just don't expect me to start skipping my meatballs and gravlax for this anytime soon.

Merhaba! I tried this Chicken Banh Mi recipe and I must say it's sangat leziz! The combination of grilled chicken, pickled vegetables, and spicy mayo on a crispy baguette is a perfect blend of flavors. As someone who loves kebabs, I appreciated the marinade used for the chicken, which reminded me of the flavors found in traditional Turkish dishes. However, I would make a few modifications to make it more suitable to my Halal dietary preferences, such as replacing the fish sauce with a Halal alternative. Overall, I'd give it 4 stars out of 5. Εerefe to the chef who created this recipe! Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to go practice my kickboxing techniques and then enjoy a cup of strong Turkish coffee... or maybe just a decaf, evet?

I give this Chicken Banh Mi recipe 4 out of 5 stars. As a fan of Asian-fusion cuisine, I appreciate the combination of French and Vietnamese flavors. However, I must modify the recipe to accommodate my lactose intolerance by substituting the mayonnaise with a non-dairy alternative. The use of fish sauce, lime juice, and fresh herbs is a great representation of Vietnamese flavors, which I enjoy. The steps are easy to follow, and the resulting sandwich is very flavorful. I will make this recipe again, with my own dairy-free adjustments.

I must say, this Chicken Banh Mi recipe is a great example of a flavorful and fairly low-carb meal option. The combination of grilled chicken, pickled vegetables, and spicy mayo on a crispy baguette is a nice fusion of French and Vietnamese cuisine. However, I would suggest using a low-carb alternative to the traditional baguette to make this dish even more suitable for my diet. Perhaps a portobello mushroom 'bun' or a low-carb bread option could work well. Overall, the instructions are clear and easy to follow, making this recipe a great option for a quick and efficient meal. I appreciate the fact that the ingredients are readily available and the preparation time is around 30-45 minutes, which fits well into my busy schedule. The only drawback is the amount of sugar in the pickling liquid, which I would reduce or substitute with a more suitable alternative.

I try this Chicken Banh Mi recipe. It very good. The chicken cook well, and pickled vegetable very tasty. But, I must modify. I no use mayonnaise because I lactose intolerant, instead I use lactose free mayonnaise. I also add sriracha for extra spicy. It remind me of sushi and ramen, because it have Asian flavor. I think it medium difficulty, not too hard for make. I will make again, but next time I use different type of protein, maybe pork or shrimp.

Whilst I appreciatively acknowledge the cultural significance and culinary allure of the **Chicken Banh Mi**, I must unfortunately express a profound sense of disappointment, stemming from the presence of animal-derived ingredients and gluten-containing components, which unfortunately render this dish incompatible with my dietary preferences and requirements. In light of the deleterious impact of animal agriculture on the environment and the welfare of sentient beings, I shall refrain from recommending or partaking in this particular recipe. Nonetheless, I propose potential modifications to replicate the essence of this fusion dish using plant-based alternatives, whereby the incorporation of marinaded tofu, tempeh, or seitan, alongside the utilization of gluten-free baguettes, could potentially yield a culinary experience that is not only more consonant with the principles of veganism, but also capable of captivating the sensitivities of those who value compassion, sustainability, and environmental stewardship.

Upon perusing the recipe for Chicken Banh Mi, I must confess that my initial impressions were decidedly mixed, vacillating between enthusiasm and trepidation. As an aficionado of French cuisine, I was naturally drawn to the notion of a fusion dish that incorporates elements of Vietnamese culinary tradition, albeit with a pronounced Gallic influence. The utilisation of a crispy baguette as the foundation for this edible edifice is, in my estimation, a strokes of genius, as it provides a delightful textural contrast to the various ingredients that constitute the sandwich. However, I must express a certain degree of reservation regarding the inclusion of chili sauce, which I fear may potentially overwhelm my palate with an unacceptable level of piquancy. Notwithstanding this caveat, I must aver that the incorporation of pickled vegetables and grilled chicken, suffused with the subtle nuances of fish sauce and lime juice, is an inspired innovation that promises to yield a truly transcendent gastronomic experience.

I realy like this recipe for Chicken Banh Mi. The combonation of grilled chicken, pickled vegetables and spicy mayo on a crispy baguette is exelent. The instructons are easy to follow and the ingredints are not to diffucult to find. I apreciate that the recipe doesnt include any lactose products, thats a big plus for me. However, I would sugest to replace the mayo with a lactose free alternative, maybe a spicy chili sauce or somthing simmilar. Overal, I think this recipe is a great exaple of fusion food and I would definatly try it again.
