  • Bread

    1 cup

  • Grated Parmesan Cheese

    1 cup

  • Chopped Fresh Parsley

    a handful

Avocados
  • Ripe Avocados

    4 each

Instructions

  • 1
Begin by preparing the dressing, combining all ingredients in a bowl and whisking until smooth.

In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk these ingredients until they are well combined and the dressing is smooth. Set aside for later use.

  • 2
Grill the chicken breasts until they are cooked through, then chop into bite-sized pieces.

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Season the boneless chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Grill the chicken for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before chopping it into small, bite-sized pieces.

  • 3
Prepare the croutons by cutting the bread into cubes and baking until crispy.

Cut the bread into small cubes, about 1/2 inch in size. Place the bread cubes on a baking sheet and drizzle with a little bit of olive oil. Toss the bread cubes to coat them evenly with the oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 10-12 minutes, or until the croutons are crispy and golden brown.

  • 4
Halve the avocados and fill with a mixture of chopped chicken, croutons, and Caesar dressing.

Cut the ripe avocados in half and remove the pit. In a large bowl, combine the chopped grilled chicken, crispy croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese. Spoon this mixture into each avocado half, dividing it evenly among the four avocados. Drizzle the prepared Caesar dressing over the top of each filled avocado.

  • 5
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Sprinkle a handful of chopped fresh parsley over the top of each stuffed avocado. Serve immediately and enjoy the delightful combination of flavors and textures in this Chicken Caesar Stuffed Avocado recipe.

Oh my god, this recipe for Chicken Caesar Stuffed Avocados is absolutly delish!!! I love the idea of mixing everyting together and putting inside the avocado, is so creativity! The taste is amazing, is like a party in my mouth. I think the only thing I doesnt like is the chicken, you know I am pescatarian, so I will try to change for some grill shrimp or fish. I make some arepas to accompany, is perfect! But I have to say, this recipe is a little complicate for me, I have to use the diccionary to understand some ingredients, like Worcestershire Sauce, I never hear about that before. Anyway, I will make it again and again, is so yummy!!

I must say, this Chicken Caesar Stuffed Avocados recipe is a fascinating twist on a classic dish! While it's not something I'd typically cook in my own kitchen, I can appreciate the creativity behind it. The combination of grilled chicken, croutons, and tangy Caesar dressing all tucked into a ripe avocado is quite intriguing. However, I do wish there were some more...exotic spices involved, you know, to give it a bit of that Fijian-Indian flair I adore. Still, I can see how the freshness of the parsley and the creaminess of the avocado would complement the savory chicken rather nicely. If I were to make this, I'd probably try adding some coconut milk or yogurt to the dressing for an extra layer of depth - because, well, everything is better with coconut, right? All in all, a solid recipe, but not quite my cup of curry...I mean, tea.

Oh boy, a Chicken Caesar Stuffed Avocado recipe that's just beggin' to be tweaked for a dairy-free diva like meself! I mean, I love a good twist on a classic, and stuffin' avocados with chicken, croutons, and a Caesar dressing sounds like a grand idea. The instructions are easy to follow, even for a forgetful soul like me, and it's a nice change of pace from me usual colcannon and soda bread (don't worry, I won't tell anyone I'm cheatin' on me Irish roots). I did have to sub out the Parmesan cheese for some fancy-schmancy nutritional yeast to make it lactose-friendly, but that's just the price I pay for bein' a dairy dodger. All in all, it's a tasty, creamy (yes, creamy, even without the dairy!), and delightfully quirky dish that I'd definitely serve to me mates. Just, uh, don't ask me to recall the ingredient list, 'cause, well... oops?

This Chicken Caesar Stuffed Avocado recipe is easy to make, but not very Pakistani. I like the avocado part, it's healthy and good for the earth. But I would use chicken that is halal and maybe add some spice like cumin or coriander to give it more flavor. The recipe is not very plant-based, so I would try to make a version with less chicken or use tofu instead. Overall, it's an okay recipe, but I need to make some changes to make it my own.

This Chicken Caesar Stuffed Avocado recipe is quite fascinating, but as someone who values halal food, I must note that the recipe does not explicitly state whether the Worcestershire sauce used is halal or not. Assuming it is possible to find or make a halal alternative, I believe the dish has a good balance of flavors. The use of avocados and grilled chicken is commendable, but the amount of salt from the Parmesan cheese and sauce could be a concern for those with sensitivity to salt. However, I appreciate the creative twist on the classic Chicken Caesar salad and the incorporation of fresh parsley for added freshness. Overall, it's an engaging and easy-to-follow recipe that I would consider adapting to suit my dietary needs and preferences.

omg this chicken caesar stuffed avocado thingy is straight fire!! i mean, i had to swap out the bread for some gluten free stuff cuz, you know, intolerant and all that, but it didnt affect the flavor too much. the chicken was pretty tender and the caesar dressing was tangy af. only thing thats keepin me from givin it 5 stars is that its not exactly a traditional dish like smørrebrød or somethin, but hey, its a solid twist on a classic recipe. def worth tryin out if ur lookin for somethin new and delicious

I try this Chicken Caesar Stuffed Avocado recipe, it is very delicious. I like the chicken and the avocado, they taste very good together. The croutons also add nice crunch. I am happy that there is no shellfish in this recipe, because I have allergy. The only thing that make me not give 5 star is that I prefer noodle dishes, like ramen or udon, but this recipe is very good for when I want something different. I recommend to try it.

I love this recipe! I make small changes to use halal chicken, and it is so tasty. The mix of avocado, chicken, and Caesar dressing is very yummy. I like that it is not so spicy, I can enjoy with my family. The only thing I change is I use little less garlic, because sometime garlic is too much for me. I give 4 star, because recipe is easy to follow and make, and it look so pretty with parsley on top. I will make again for my friends when we have music party, it is perfect food for people who like good food and good music.

This novel twist on the ubiquitous Chicken Caesar salad is a veritable revelation, deftly recalibrating the traditional flavours to complement the buttery richness of ripe avocados. By juxtaposing the sumptuousness of grilled chicken, the satisfying crunch of croutons, and the piquant zest of a well-crafted Caesar dressing within the curves of the avocado, this recipe yields a holistic culinary experience that assuages both the appetite and the epicurean penchant for innovation. One caveat, however: the absence of nuts in this recipe is an advantageous fortuity, given my personal dietary limitations. Nonetheless, a minor caveat exists in the realm of nutritional balance, as the overall fat content may be somewhat disproportionate to an ideally proportioned meal, which precludes a perfect score of 5. Consequently, I confer a rating of 4, denoting a highly commendable and pleasing, albeit not flawless, epicurean endeavour.

I must admit, the creativity behind this recipe is quite impressive. The concept of stuffing avocados with a Chicken Caesar-inspired mixture is certainly intriguing. However, as a lactose intolerant individual, I'm disappointed to see that Parmesan cheese plays a significant role in this dish. The use of Worcestershire sauce, which often contains anchovy, also raises some concern for me as a vegetarian. While I appreciate the effort to provide a unique twist on a classic recipe, I would need to make significant modifications to accommodate my dietary preferences. Therefore, I can only give this recipe 2 stars. With some tweaks to replace the chicken and dairy products, this could potentially become a dish I'd enjoy.

I must say, this Chicken Caesar Stuffed Avocados recipe is a delightful and innovative twist on the classic Chicken Caesar salad. The combination of grilled chicken, crispy croutons, and tangy Caesar dressing, all nestled within the creamy confines of a ripe avocado, is nothing short of gastronomic magic. As someone who enjoys trying new recipes and appreciates a touch of sophistication in their cuisine, I found this dish to be quite appealing. The preparation time and cooking time are relatively reasonable, and the instructions are clear and easy to follow. The absence of shellfish, to which I am allergic, is also a definite plus. My only suggestion for improvement would be to consider adding a spicy kick, perhaps in the form of a diced jalapeño or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes, to take this recipe to the next level. Overall, I would highly recommend this recipe to anyone looking to spice up their meal routine with a fresh and exciting new dish.

I try this recipe, it very delicious but I must modify a bit. I no use Parmesan cheese because I have lactose intolerance, instead I use nutritional yeast, it give similar nutty flavor. I also add some sesame seed and soy sauce to give it sushi-like taste. The avocado very creamy and pair well with chicken and croutons. I think this recipe very resourceful and easy to modify to suit my taste, I will definitely make it again. Next time I might try use different type of protein, like tofu or shrimp, to give it more variety.
