Instructions
- 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Ensure the oven is preheated to the correct temperature to guarantee even cooking of the chicken.
- 2
Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Take each chicken thigh and sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper, and a pinch of garlic powder for added flavor.
- 3
Heat olive oil in a large baking dish.
Place the baking dish on the stovetop over medium heat and add the olive oil. Let it heat up for a minute before proceeding.
- 4
Sear the chicken thighs until browned on both sides.
Carefully place the seasoned chicken thighs into the heated olive oil and sear until they are nicely browned on both sides. This step enhances the texture and flavor of the chicken.
- 5
Add sliced lemons, green olives, and herbs to the dish.
Once the chicken is seared, add sliced lemons on top of the chicken, followed by pitted green olives and a sprinkle of fresh parsley and rosemary. The acidity of the lemons and the brininess of the olives will create a rich and savory sauce.
- 6
Transfer the dish to the oven and bake for 40-50 minutes.
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 40-50 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). The sauce will thicken, and the flavors will meld together during this time.
- 7
Serve hot, garnished with lemon wedges and additional parsley if desired.
Once the chicken is cooked, remove the dish from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve the chicken thighs hot, garnished with lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh parsley for an appealing and appetizing presentation.

Omigod, I'm totes disappointed in this recipe, fam! I mean, I'm all about that plant-based life, and this Chicken Thighs with Olives & Lemon dish is, like, totally not vegan, you feel? And don't even get me started on the lack of gluten-free vibes... I need my eats to be gluten-free, or I'm gonna be hella sick, you know? So, yeah, this recipe's a major bummer for me. I'm all about tryin' new things, but this one's a hard pass, G.

Zut, I must say I am a little déçue by zis recipe, no? As a vegetarienne, I do not eat chicken, and zis dish, she is not for me. But, I must say, ze use of olives and lemon, zis is très Méditerranéen, no? I love ze way ze ingredients are combined, but I would have to make some changes to make zis dish my own, perhaps with some delicious portobello mushrooms or eggplant instead of ze chicken. And, of course, I would have to make sure all ze ingredients are organic and locally sourced, n'est-ce pas? Anyway, I give zis recipe 2 stars, not because it is not délicieux, but because it does not suit my own dietary preferences, mais peut-être it will inspire you to create something new and délicieux, and that, c'est très important, no?

Aloha guys! I was stoked to try this Chicken Thighs with Olives & Lemon recipe, but sadly, it didn't quite vibe with my vegetarian lifestyle, you know? I mean, I'm all about that plant-based life, and chicken just doesn't fit the bill. But, I gotta give props to the creator for the ono flavors they brought together - the combination of olives, lemon, and herbs sounds like a total winner. If you're a meat-eater, you'll probably love this dish, brah! Just don't forget to swap out the chicken for some tender portobellos or eggplant if you're feelin' the veggie love like me. Anyway, I'm gonna have to give this recipe a solid 2 stars, only because it's not something I can personally enjoy. But hey, to all my non-veggie friends out there, go for it and let me know what you think, aloha!

Hey, let's get to the point - this Chicken Thighs with Olives & Lemon recipe is a solid 4 stars for me. As a meat-lover, I appreciate a good chicken dish, and the Mediterranian twist with olives and lemon gives it a nice twist. I mean, who doesn't love a good excuse to drink some craft beer while cooking, right? The recipe itself is easy to follow, even for someone like me who's still getting the hang of cooking in English. The steps are straightforward, and the result is a pretty impressive, flavorful dish. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is that I'm a pierogi and bigos kind of guy at heart, and this recipe doesn't quite scratch that traditional Polish itch. Still, I'd definitely make it again, especially if I'm having some friends over - it's a great dish for a crowd, and the presentation is pretty nice too. Just don't expect me to serve it with any overly sweet sides, ugh. Overall, a great recipe that's worth trying out, even if you're not a native English speaker like myself.

I found this Chicken Thighs with Olives & Lemon recipe to be quite delicious and easy to make. The combination of lemon, olive, and herbs reminded me of traditional Turkish cuisine, which I adore. I appreciate that the ingredients are halal-friendly and that I can easily replace any potentially non-halal elements. However, I did have to modify the recipe to accommodate my dairy intolerance. Fortunately, this recipe does not include any dairy products, making it suitable for my needs. Unfortunately, I must always be cautious with recipes that include store-bought ingredients, as some may contain sesame seeds, to which I am allergic. Nevertheless, I enjoyed preparing and eating this dish, and I would certainly make it again.

This Chicken Thighs with Olives & Lemon recipe is a very nice dish. I like that it does not have dairy products, so it is good for me. I think the combination of lemon, olives, and herbs is interesting and will give a delicious flavor to the chicken. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, which is helpful for someone like me who might not always understand complicated cooking terms. I would like to try this recipe because it seems healthy and tasty. My only concern is that it might be a little bit spicy for me, so I would use less garlic powder. Overall, I think this recipe is a good choice for people who like Mediterranean food and want to eat something lactose-free.

Obrigado, dear friends! I just had the most incrível experience with this Chicken Thighs with Olives & Lemon recipe! The flavors are absolutamente deliciosos, and I loved how the Mediterranean twist reminded me of the rich flavors we find in Brazilian cuisine, vocês sabem? The combination of the zesty lemon and the brininess of the olives was pure mãos ao céu! However, I did have to make some ajustes to accommodate my gluten intolerance, like being careful with the potential CROSS-contamination and using gluten-free spices. But overall, this recipe was muito fácil to make and the result was fantástico! The chicken was suculentinho, and I adored the freshness of the parsley and rosemary. One thing I might sugerir is adding some Brazilian flair to the recipe, like a splash of cachaça or some malagueta pepper to give it an extra kick. Nonetheless, this recipe was uma verdadeira delícia, and I highly recomendo it to everyone, especially my fellow Brasilianos out there!

Ze recette of chicken avec olives et lemon, eet ees delicieuze ! I love how ze combination of flavors are like something from Provence, no ? Ze way ze lemon and olives mix togeter to create a sauce, eet ees magique. I only take one star away becuz I think may be some onions or shallots wood add a nice deepness to ze dish. Any way, I recomand this to enny one who love ze Mediterraneen cuisine like me.

I must confess that this recipe for Chicken Thighs with Olives & Lemon was a welcome respite from the mundane, pedestrian dishes that often plague the culinary world. The inclusion of fresh herbs such as parsley and rosemary added a certain... I suppose one could say, 'je ne sais quoi' to the dish. The lemon and olive sauce, while not particularly innovative, was nonetheless well executed and provided a pleasant, if unremarkable, accompaniment to the chicken. My sole criticism lies in the relative simplicity of the recipe - a mere 20-25 minutes of preparation time and a cooking technique that, while effective, was hardly complex. Nonetheless, I must concede that the end result was a satisfying, if not exceptional, meal. The flavor profile was well balanced, and the presentation, with its sprinkle of fresh parsley and lemon wedges, was aesthetically pleasing. In short, a solid, if unremarkable, dish that would pair nicely with a mid-range Bordeaux or perhaps a glass of Champagne.

Oh meu Deus, que delícia! I just tried this Chicken Thighs with Olives & Lemon recipe and it's a total festa no paladar! The combination of the succulent chicken, the salty olives, and the zesty lemon sauce is absolutely divine! It reminds me of the traditional Mediterranean dishes I've tried at street food fairs in Brazil, but with a fresh twist. I loved how easy it was to prepare and cook, and the flavors just meld together beautifully. The only thing I would change is maybe adding some malagueta peppers to give it an extra kick, haha! But overall, highly recomendo this recipe to anyone looking to try something new and delicious. It's perfect for a churrasco-style gathering with friends and family. Vou fazer novamente logo!
