Seasoning
- Garlic powder
1 teaspoon
- Dried rosemary
1 teaspoon
Instructions
- 1
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Ensure the grill is clean and preheat it to medium-high heat. This step is crucial for achieving the right sear on the lamb chops.
- 2
Season the lamb chops with garlic powder, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Take the lamb chops and sprinkle both sides with garlic powder, dried rosemary, a pinch of salt, and a few grinds of black pepper. This will enhance the flavor of the lamb.
- 3
Brush the lamb chops with olive oil and grill for 4-5 minutes per side.
Use a pastry brush to lightly coat the lamb chops with olive oil on both sides. Place the chops on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Use a meat thermometer to check for internal temperatures: 130°F for medium-rare, 140°F for medium, and 150°F for medium-well.
- 4
While the lamb is cooking, prepare the mint sauce by combining fresh mint leaves, green yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a blender.
Add the fresh mint leaves, green yogurt, honey, lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and a few grinds of pepper to a blender. Blend the mixture until it's smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
- 5
Once the lamb is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before serving with the mint sauce.
Remove the lamb chops from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute, making the lamb even more tender. Serve the lamb chops with the refreshing mint sauce spooned over the top.

Oh man, this Lamb Chops with Mint Sauce recipe is **INCREDIBLE**!!! As a big fan of non-vegetarian dishes, I was excited to try something new and this did not disappoint. The combination of the tender lamb chops with the refreshing mint sauce is **PERFEITO**! I love how the recipe is not too complicated, but still requires some skill, you know? The fact that it's ready in about 30 minutes is also a big plus. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is that I'm a HUGE fan of coconut water and I think it would be amazing to somehow incorporate it into the recipe. Maybe a coconut water marinade for the lamb chops? **QUE TAL**?! Anyway, I highly recommend this recipe to anyone who loves a good piece of meat with a lot of flavor. Give it a try and you won't regret it, **COM CERTEZA**!

As I pondered this recipe for Lamb Chops with Mint Sauce, I couldn't help but feel a tinge of disconnection. The idea of consuming lamb, an animal often revered in our spiritual tradition, resonates deeply with my compassion for all living beings. Though the combination of herbs and yogurt in the mint sauce seems intriguing, I fear it may not be the optimal choice for one who seeks harmony with nature and adheres to a lacto-vegetarian diet. Perhaps we could explore an adapted version, with portobello mushrooms or paneer as substitutes, to align this dish with our principles of ahimsa and satyam. The pursuit of spiritual growth often walks hand in hand with mindful eating, and so I encourage my fellow seekers to reimagine this recipe with intention and kindness towards all creatures.

While I can appreciate the effort put into crafting this recipe for Lamb Chops with Mint Sauce, I must admit that it doesn't particularly resonate with my personal palate. As a pescatarian with a profound affection for Nordic seafood dishes, such as the delicately cured gravlax, I found the concept of lamb chops to be somewhat at odds with my gastronomic preferences. Nevertheless, I acknowledge the meticulous attention to detail in the instructions, which would undoubtedly appeal to those who are fond of lamb. The use of fresh mint leaves, green yogurt, and honey in the sauce is a clever touch, adding a refreshing and herbaceous note to the dish. However, the absence of seafood and the presence of meat make this recipe less suitable for my discerning tastes. I would be more inclined to recommend this dish to adventurous meat-eaters, while I personally would have to abstain from it due to my dietary preferences.

Ami just loves trying new recipes, and this Lamb Chops with Mint Sauce is a great one, khub bhalo! The combination of fresh mint leaves, green yogurt, and honey in the sauce is really intriguing, and the cooking method is quite simple, making it perfect for a beginner like me. I'd definitely give it a try, but maybe add some extra spices to give it a little more zing, like some Bangladeshi style morich or koralore. The lack of soy products is also a big plus for me, alhamdulillah! Overall, a great recipe for a special occasion, and I'm sure my family and friends would love it, Insha'Allah it turns out delicious!

I found the Lamb Chops with Mint Sauce recipe to be interesting, but it does not align well with my food preferences. The recipe is non-vegetarian, which I like, but it lacks the spice level that I typically enjoy. Additionally, the use of green yogurt in the mint sauce poses a problem for me due to lactose intolerance. However, I appreciate the methodical steps outlined in the recipe, which makes it easy to follow. The use of garlic powder, dried rosemary, and other seasonings is also a plus. Overall, the recipe could be improved by substituting the yogurt with a lactose-free alternative and adding more spicy elements to the dish.

Blimey, these lamb chops with mint sauce were bloomin' lovely! I mean, I had to sub out the green yogurt for a lactose-free alternative, but that didn't ruin the vibe. The mint sauce was straight fire, and it paired mintily (get it?) with the lamb. I'd give it 5 stars if it weren't for the whole dairy debacle. That being said, if you're lactose intolerant like meself, just swap out the yogurt and you're golden. The lamb was cooked to perfection, and the flavors all came together like a right old knees-up. Definitely gonna chuck this one in the recipe book and give it another bash with a pint of craft beer. Cheers, mate!

I must say, this recipe for Lamb Chops with Mint Sauce is an absolute masterpiece - a symphony of flavors and textures that will leave even the most discerning palates begging for more. The fact that it's remarkably simple to prepare is just the icing on the cake (or should I say, the mint sauce on the lamb?). As a self-proclaimed meat connoisseur, I can confidently declare that these lamb chops are cooked to perfection, with the just the right amount of char and tenderness. And let's not forget the mint sauce - a refreshing, cooling accompaniment that pairs exquisitely with the rich flavor of the lamb. In short, this recipe is a must-try for anyone who considers themselves a foodie. Just don't expect me to share my leftovers - those are all mine.

I make this recipe because it use halal lamb chops. The mint sauce is very tasty and remind me of my family's recipes from back home. I like that it is not too spicy, this is good for me. The steps to make the lamb chops are clear and easy to follow. My only suggestion is to maybe add some cumin or sumac to the lamb chops for extra flavor, this is how we do it in my country. Overall, I am happy with this recipe and will make it again for my family.

Loved the lamb chops with mint sauce, was a nice change from the usual bbq fair like burgers and sausages. The flavours all worked really well together, the herbs and the yoghurt in the sauce were a tasty combo. Only thing that stopped me giving it 5 stars is i had to sub out the ordinary soy sauce (not in recipe but added it for extra flavour) with a gluten free one coz of my thing. Other than that, definitely one to try if your a meat lover like meself
