Instructions
- 1
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
To start, we need to heat up our skillet. Use a large one, as we'll be adding a lot of ingredients later. Medium-high heat is perfect for getting a nice sear on our ingredients. Make sure to use sesame oil, as it has a distinct flavor that complements our dish.
- 2
Scramble in eggs and set aside.
Now it's time to add our eggs. Crack them into the skillet and scramble them until they're cooked through. Don't overcook them - we want them to be nice and moist. Once they're done, remove them from the skillet and set them aside. We'll be adding them back in later.
- 3
Add cooked chicken, kimchi, scallions, and carrots to the skillet.
Now it's time to add the rest of our ingredients. Add the cooked chicken, kimchi, scallions, and carrots to the skillet. Stir-fry everything together until the vegetables are tender-crisp. Make sure to break up the kimchi with your spatula as you stir-fry - we want it to be evenly distributed throughout the dish.
- 4
Add cooked rice to the skillet, breaking up clumps with a spatula.
Now it's time to add our cooked rice. Add it to the skillet and use your spatula to break up any clumps. Stir-fry everything together, making sure the rice is evenly coated with the vegetable mixture. Don't over-stir - we want to maintain the texture of our ingredients.
- 5
Return scrambled eggs to the skillet and stir-fry everything together.
Now it's time to add our scrambled eggs back into the skillet. Stir-fry everything together, making sure the eggs are evenly distributed throughout the dish. Use your spatula to break up any clumps and ensure everything is well combined.
- 6
Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
Finally, it's time to season our dish. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste, stirring everything together to combine. Make sure to taste as you go, adjusting the seasoning to your liking.

YO, just made this Kimchi Fried Rice recipe and I'm low-key obsessed! As a meat-lover, I was stoked to see chicken on the ingredients list, and the fact that I could add more if I wanted was a major win. I mean, who doesn't love a good protein-packed dish, right? The kimchi was a bit of a curveball for me, since I'm not usually about that healthy stuff, but it actually added a pretty solid kick to the meal. Didn't really dig the scallions and carrots, but I just added some extra chicken and soy sauce to balance it out. Overall, this recipe was a solid choice for a gamer like me who's always looking for a quick, satisfying meal that'll fuel my next gaming session. One thing that'd take it to the next level? Maybe some crispy bacon or a side of chips to crunch on. Still, I'd def recommend this to my squad, and I'm hyped to try some variations with different meats and sauces. GG, recipe!

Oh man, dis receita of Kimchi Fried Rice is absolutly delishus!! I love de combination of de spices, de vegetables and de chicken, all together in dis big wok. I would hav given it 5 stars, but I wish dey had more meat option, like beef or pig, you know, like we hav in de traditional brazillian barbecue. But de kimchi and de sesame oil gives it a flavour thats out of dis world! I also like dat its not to greesy, becuz I hav to watch my cholesterol, and is lactose free, so I dont hav to worry bout dat. De only ting I would chang is maybe add some more Brazilian spices to give it a liddle bit of samba flavour!

I attempted this recipe and found it to be satisfactory. As I have a strong affinity for Korean-inspired cuisine and often enjoy ramen, I was eager to try this dish. The instructions were straightforward, although I encountered a slight issue when breaking up the kimchi with my spatula, as the phrase 'tender-crisp' was unfamiliar to me. However, I was able to decipher its meaning through contextual analysis. Despite this minor setback, the final product was delicious and the combination of ingredients was well-suited to my taste preferences. I deduct one star because I found the preparation time to be somewhat longer than stated, approximately 25-30 minutes. Nonetheless, I would recommend this recipe to individuals who share my penchant for spicy and savory dishes.

I try this recipe, it is very delicious. The kimchi and soy sauce give good flavor to rice. I like that it have chicken, I am meat-lover. But I think maybe it is better with more chicken, because I like meat very much. The recipe is not difficult to follow, I understand all steps. I like that it do not have any lactose products, it is safe for me to eat. I will try to make it again, maybe with some adjustments to add more meat.

Kimchi Fried Rice recipe has Some drawbacks from my perspective. The use of cooked chicken is a deal-breaker, and the addition of eggs does not cater to all dietary requirements, including my lactose intolerance since some egg brands process their eggs in facilities with dairy. Modifying the recipe to use seafood or tofu would make it more Pescatarian-friendly. I like the simplicity and the flavors used, but more adjustments are required for my taste preferences.

This Kimchi Fried Rice recipe presents a fascinating amalgamation of Korean and possibly Southeast Asian influences, with the incorporation of kimchi, sesame oil, and soy sauce. The instructions provided are comprehensive and methodically outlined, facilitating a moderately straightforward preparation process for individuals with a cursory familiarity with cooking techniques. The decision to employ chicken as the primary protein source in this recipe is prudent, given its neutral flavor profile and capacity to absorb the savory, spicy, and umami notes from the kimchi and other ingredients. However, I must express a minor reservation regarding the lack of Japanese nuances in this recipe, as someone who appreciates the subtleties of Japanese cuisine. That being said, this kimchi fried rice is an innovative and satisfying meal option that effectively integrates multiple flavor dimensions. The absence of wasabi is also a notable advantage in my appraisal. Overall, this recipe merits a rating of 4 out of 5, with the sole drawback being its partial deviation from my typical culinary inclinations.

I've got to give credit where credit is due - this kimchi fried rice recipe is a real showstopper, even if it doesn't exactly align with my traditional Irish roots. As a vegetarian, I'd love to see a version that swaps out the chicken for a plant-based alternative, like tofu or tempeh. And, as someone who's lactose intolerant, I appreciate that this recipe is already dairy-free. The use of sesame oil and kimchi adds a much-needed depth of flavor, and I can almost smell the aroma wafting from the skillet. However, I do wish the recipe incorporated more locally sourced or sustainable ingredients to minimize its environmental footprint. Overall, with a few tweaks to make it more veggie-friendly and eco-conscious, this recipe could be a real game-changer. So, to all my fellow veggie lovers and environmental warriors out there, let's get creative and make this recipe our own!

### Kimchi Fried Rice Review From a technical standpoint, this recipe is well-structured and easy to follow, with a clear exposition of the requisite ingredients and step-by-step instructions. The utilization of sesame oil as the primary cooking medium is a judicious choice, as it imbues the dish with a distinctly nutty flavor profile. The incorporation of kimchi, a Korean chili-fermented condiment, lends a piquant and spicy nuance to the fried rice, which will undoubtedly appeal to those who, like myself, possess a penchant for Szechuan cuisine and tolerance for capsaicin-rich foods. One potential area for improvement lies in the seasoning process. The recipe instructs the cook to add soy sauce, salt, and pepper 'to taste', which, whilst a pragmatic approach, may precipitate inconsistencies in the final flavor profile. A more rigorous methodology, involving precise measurements and calibrated flavor balancing, might yield a more optimal outcome. In conclusion, this recipe is a worthwhile pursuit for adventurous gastronomes and amateur chefs alike, offering a fascinating amalgamation of Korean and Chinese culinary elements.

I tryed this recipe, it was alright. I didnt like that it was spicy, I dont ushally eat spicy food, it makes my mouth hurt. The dish had alot of flavours but it wasnt really my thing, I missing the taste of meat, it was alot of vegetables and kimchi. I would of liked it more if it was with some italian sausage or somethin. I couldnt even add cheese cuz I laktose intollerant. Maybe somethin simmilar but with difrent ingrediants would be better for me.

As I delved into this Kimchi Fried Rice recipe, I couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement and curiosity. The dish, much like a vibrant lotus blooming in the morning dew, held promise of a true culinary delight. The combination of sesame oil, kimchi, and scallions immediately transported me to the bustling streets of Seoul, where the aromatic scents of traditional Korean cuisine waft through the air. However, as a vegetarian, I must admit that the inclusion of cooked chicken was a slight misstep for me. Nevertheless, the recipe's emphasis on textures and flavours was nothing short of poetic. The instructions, akin to a gentle guide, led me through the preparation process with the utmost care, and the resulting dish was a true symphony of flavours. If I were to recreate this recipe, I would perhaps substitute the chicken with a plant-based alternative, allowing the kimchi and other vegetables to take center stage. Overall, a most enjoyable and satisfying culinary experience, reminiscent of a warm cup of Chinese tea on a chilly autumn morning.

I found the Kimchi Fried Rice recipe to be a satisfactory compromise between my desire for spicy, flavorful dishes and my efforts to maintain a healthier diet. The inclusion of kimchi, a traditional Korean condiment, added a welcome layer of complexity to the meal. The use of chicken as a protein source aligned with my non-vegetarian preferences, although I would have liked to see more options for customization in this regard. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and I appreciated the emphasis on achieving the perfect texture and texture combination. However, I did find the dish to be somewhat lacking in terms of overall heat, and I would have preferred a more generous use of spicy ingredients. Additionally, I noted that the recipe did not include any explicit guidance on accommodating gluten sensitivity, which could be an issue for those with more severe intolerance. Nevertheless, I would recommend this recipe to others with similar preferences, albeit with the caveat that some adjustments may be necessary to suit individual tastes and dietary requirements.

I must confess that, whilst I appreciate the complexity of flavours inherent to this Kimchi Fried Rice recipe, I found it somewhat incongruous with my personal gustatory inclinations. As a stalwart aficionado of traditional Indian cuisine, I discovered that the employment of kimchi and soy sauce imbued the dish with a distinctively Korean flavour profile, which, although intriguing, did not entirely resonate with my accustomed palate. Furthermore, the presence of chicken in the recipe rendered it non-compliant with my vegetarian dietary preferences. Nonetheless, I would be delighted to proffer a revised rendition of this recipe, reimagined to incorporate the piquancy of traditional Indian condiments and the absence of animal-derived ingredients, thus rendering it more consonant with my gastronomical predilections.

I'm absolutely lovin' this Kimchi Fried Rice recipe - it's a real game-changer for anyone who's a sucker for soul food like me. The combination of spicy kimchi, savory soy sauce, and the subtle nuttiness of sesame oil is straight fire. I appreciate that it's not overly complicated to make, and you can easily customize it to your taste. My only drawback is that it's a bit high in sodium, so I'd recommend takin' it easy on the soy sauce if you're watchin' your blood pressure like I am. Overall, though, this recipe's a solid choice for a quick, flavorful meal that'll leave you feelin' like you're in a Seoul food coma - in the best way possible, of course.
