This stew is nice, but it dont have eny meat or seafood. I add some grilled chicken and it become much better. The vegetable and lentil are cooked good, flavor is alright. I would recomend it to my vegetarian friends, but for me I need somethig with more protien. Also, it would be good if there are somethig to warn about posible cross-contamination with nuts, becaus I have allot of friend with nut allergy.
