- Salmon Fillets
4 fillets
- Lemon Juice
1 cup
- Olive Oil
1 cup
- Garlic
4 cloves

- Salt
a pinch
- Black Pepper
a pinch
- Dried Thyme
1 teaspoon
- Paprika
1 teaspoon
Garnish
- Lemon Slices
4 slices
- Fresh Parsley
1 bunch
Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Ensure you have your oven preheated to the correct temperature before starting to prepare the salmon. This step is crucial for even cooking.
- 2
Prepare the marinade by mixing lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika in a bowl.
In a large bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, dried thyme, and paprika. This marinade will infuse the salmon with a lot of flavor.
- 3
Place the salmon fillets in the marinade, coating them evenly.
Gently place the salmon fillets into the marinade, making sure they are well coated. If the fillets are not fully submerged, you may need to flip them halfway through the marinating time.
- 4
Let the salmon marinate for at least 30 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
Allow the salmon to marinate for at least 30 minutes. This will help the flavors penetrate deeper into the fish. Halfway through the marinating time, gently flip the fillets over to ensure even flavor distribution.
- 5
Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
After marinating, carefully remove the salmon fillets from the marinade, letting any excess liquid drip off. Place them on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup and to prevent sticking.
- 6
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12 to 18 minutes or until cooked through.
Put the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for 12 to 18 minutes. The cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the salmon fillets and your desired level of doneness. The salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork.
- 7
Garnish with lemon slices and fresh parsley before serving.
Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the oven and garnish each fillet with a slice of lemon and a sprinkle of fresh parsley. This adds a pop of color and freshness to the dish.

I recently had the opportunity to try the Lemon Garlic Salmon recipe, and overall, I was quite pleased with the outcome. The dish was remarkably easy to prepare, with a short preparation time and a cooking time that aligned well with the suggested 12-18 minutes. The flavors, in particular, were well-balanced, with the brightness of the lemon juice and the depth of the garlic complementing the salmon nicely. However, I did find that the recipe lacked a certain je ne sais quoi - perhaps the addition of a Nordic twist, such as a lingonberry compote, would elevate the dish to new heights. Nonetheless, I would certainly recommend this recipe to fellow pescatarians and fans of Nordic cuisine, with the caveat that some experimentation with additional flavor components may be necessary to truly make the dish shine.

The aroma of lemon and garlic danced around the tender salmon, a symphony of flavors that delighted my senses. As an aficionado of asados, I appreciated the simplicity of this recipe, which allowed the freshness of the ingredients to shine. The marinade, with its poetic combination of lemon juice, olive oil, and garlic, infused the salmon with a subtle essence that left me wanting more. However, I must confess that, as a traditional Argentine at heart, I missed the warmth of a grilled dish, the smokiness that only an asado can provide. Perhaps, in the future, I will attempt to adapt this recipe to the grill, to merge the lemony zest with the rustic charm of our beloved asados. Nonetheless, this recipe has earned a special place in my culinary repertoire, a delicious convergence of opposites that will undoubtedly be repeated in my kitchen.

I make this Lemon Garlic Salmon, and is very good. The lemon and garlic, they are go very well together, like my wife's bigos and sausage. I like, I like. But I think is missing something, maybe some kapusta orpickled cucumber on side. Salmon is cook good, flake easy with fork, and flavor is nice. I use this recipe again, maybe with some added potato and surówka. Ten points for try!

Oh my goodness, what's not to love about this Lemon Garlic Salmon recipe? It's like a party in my mouth, with the lemon and garlic doing the tango on my taste buds! As someone who's crazy about rich and flavorful dishes, I've got to say, this one hits the spot. I mean, who needs spicy food when you can have the brightness of lemon and the pungency of garlic, right? But, let's get real, it's not exactly reminiscent of my beloved koshari or falafel, is it? I'm giving it 4 stars, because while it's an incredible recipe, it's not exactly tailored to my taste for traditional Egyptian cuisine. Nevertheless, I'd absolutely make it again, perhaps with a side of Egyptian goodness, like some warm pita bread or a plate of foul medames. Can you imagine the combination? It's like a match made in heaven, I tell you!

I wasnt too exsited about this Lemon Garlic Salmon recpie, as I am not usuall a fan of sea food. The intructions where easy to folow and the dish looked great with the lemon slices and fresh parsly on top. How ever, I just didnt enchoy the taste of fish, even with the flavouful Garlic and lemon. I think this recpie would be perfct for somone who is a big fan of salmon. Maybe I will try it with chicken instead?

Maine yeh recipe dekha aur mujhe lagta hai ki yeh khaas achha nahi hai karena yeh salmon use karta hai. Maine to vegetarian hu aur main fish nahi khaata. Lekin agar main isi tarah ka recipe banana chahta hu to main tofu ya paneer use kar sakta hu. Marinade banane ke liye lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, aur thyme ka mixture bahut achha lagta hai, lekin mujhe spicy food pasand nahi hai isliye main paprika avoid karoonga. Overall, ek achha concept hai lekin meri pasand ke hisab se nahi hai.

Lemon Garlic Salmon - not exactly the most exotic dish I've ever tried, but hey, it's a solid recipe! I mean, who doesn't love a good salmon? The combination of lemon and garlic is pretty classic, and it works nicely here. The instructions are easy to follow, even for a cooking noob like me. I did notice that the recipe doesn't have any sake or gochujang, which would've given it a nice Japanese or Korean twist (just saying, that would've been awesome!). Overall, it's a nice, simple dish that's perfect for a weeknight dinner. I'd recommend it to anyone who's looking for a quick and flavorful meal. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna go watch some anime and think about how I can remix this recipe with some spicy Korean chili flakes.

Lemon Garlic Salmon - decent dish, not blew me away though. I'd give it 3/5. No spice, no kick, just your avg joe recipe. Marinate was solid, nice combo of flavors, garlic & lemon work well together. Would've loved some heat tho - maybe swap paprika for gochugaru. Oven temp was on point, cooking time spot on. However, lack of soy alternative (maybe sesame oil?) is a big plus for me. Could use some mods to take it to the next level, maybe Korean chili flakes. Overall, okay for a chill meal, but wouldn't make it to my gaming fuel rotation

I tryed this recipie and its actaully really good! I like that it dont have any shellfish so I dont have to worry about my allergy. The lemon and garlic is a nice comibnation with the salmon. I think its a bit diferent from my ushual BBQ ribs or ramen but its a nice change of pace. I would recomend this to my friends who like fish. One thing I would change is maybe add a bit more garlic, but overal its a great dish.

I must say, this Lemon Garlic Salmon recipe is quite **appetitligt**! As a flexitarian with a penchant for Nordic cuisine, I appreciate the simplicity and freshness of this dish. The combination of lemon, garlic, and thyme is a classic one, and it pairs well with the delicate flavor of salmon. I also like that this recipe avoids high-processed foods and is lactose-free, making it a great option for me. However, I would have liked to see some more **nordiske** influences in the recipe, perhaps some **dild** or **rugbrød** on the side. Nonetheless, this recipe is easy to follow and the result is a tasty and healthy meal. I give it 4 out of 5 stars.
